I love the coffee here. It's strong and has a great taste. The inside is clean and cute. I love that they use glass straws- it's worth the extra effort it takes to clean them. Everyone is so kind and someone will give you water there if you stay for an extended period. Such a thoughtful action. 10/10 worth the experience. Sometimes there's a really long line, but it moves quickly.
We came here to try out another local Atlanta roaster and wow I was very impressed with the juicy fruity coffee. I'm not sure if it was a pour over or not as I wasn't paying attention to the barista while choosing my place to sit with the fam, but it blew my mind. I had heard about fruity flavored coffee, but had not tried it before. This experience was delightful. I also tried a few different shots of espresso. Valor has beautiful coffee presentation and a very pretty setup with outdoor seating, indoor bar seats, and free tables of pretty maple wood. Look forward to our next visit.
Located right in Dunwoody Village lies Valor Coffee. It's a very welcoming, modern, and open cafe. I wouldn't recommend it as a big study cafe though. There's wooden seats around the perimeter and one big community table. There is an outlet under the bar seating (one outlet per chair I think). Loads of free parking in the lot. I saw at the front that one of their specials was a peach gobbler: a peach compote cappuccino dusted with graham crackers. Sounds and looks delicious. It has like some type of citrus hint to it whereas the peach flavor isn't strong. I think the cappuccino overpowers it. The flavors weren't quite what I was looking for; it was advertised like a dessert, but I don't think the compote shines in this drink. The menu is very neutral color based. They also have a sheet up front that describes where their coffee blends are from (for all yall coffee nerds). They have some good seasonal drinks available that is fairly affordable and not overpriced. It's a busy cafe with the music and open ambience. For Black Friday, they were doing BOGO coffee boxes and 30% off merch.
When you walk into this coffee shop, you are met with extremely nice decor and a very airy environment. It seems like a very great work from home place and the vibes were really nice. I did however, feel like my coffee and Matcha were a little bit overpriced for the quality. On the other hand, they do give you a generous amount unlike most coffee shops.

Great vibe whether you're trying to get some work done, go on a casual date, or just catch up with friends. They've got both indoor and outdoor seating, and the natural light in there? Perfect. They don't have a huge pastry selection, but I went with an iced vanilla oat latte. Solid 7/10 could've used a touch more vanilla for my taste, but the espresso was smooth, not bitter or sour. Just right. Customer service was on point friendly staff, chill energy. Parking Wi-Fi Plenty of seating Merch if you're into that too Definitely a spot I'd revisit
I'm extremely picky about coffee places and valor exceeded all my expectations. The "girl breakfast" special is so amazing. It's smooth, creamy, and balanced. The service goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There is plenty of seating for studying, chatting, or just enjoying the ambiance. I will totally be back!
Great service. Friendly staff. Chill environment. This was my first time here and first coffee ever in Georgia (visiting from Cali). This place did not disappoint for the coffee snob in me. My latte was perfect. Smooth espresso, not bitter or burnt. I also tried the seasonal chamomile apricot scone and it was delicious.
This coffee shop was such a treat to find! Was in the area for a business trip and wanted to grab drinks from somewhere other than our usual hotel cafe. I was craving matcha as well so a coworker suggested this stop and we made a trip here and I'd def say it was a highlight. From the atmosphere to the drinks to the service and music, absolutely everything was great! Was able to even chill and do some work here while we waited. The workers were so friendly and nice and even brought the drinks over to our table which i appreciated. The drinks we got were also pretty unique and something I'd definitely get again. I wish they had a shop back home bc I'd def be a usual here!
Full disclosure- I am not a coffee drinker nor have I ever been. That being said, this place is amazing! I had one of the best cups of hot tea I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere is cool and inviting without being off putting. There were several tables full of individuals meeting and working. Very inviting. The highlight of my visit was the staff. Very pleasant, engaging, and helpful. I would go back just for a glass of tap water. A must visit!
Having to tour a place nearby - I decided to stop into Valor to work for a bit! Absolutely love the set up - from the choice of decor to the layout to the option for outdoor seating. When we arrived the line was pretty long so we found a spot to work inside, used the restroom, and got settled in. Looking across the community table I asked a young gentleman what he was having - & Nick introduced himself stating he worked there!! So I asked for recommendations instead. After asking what my go to drink is- Nick recommended the Caramel Cardamon and few of the seasonal options. I went with a hot caramel cardamom latte with oat milk! So good - not an overwhelming flavor at all. Very subtle. Really love the bean they use too! Very balanced. I will definitely be back for sure!!
I stopped by Valor on a Saturday morning after the gym around 9:45am, and it was already pretty busy! There was a decent wait to order, but the cozy, cute vibe made it feel worth it. The shop has some seating inside, though it's on the smaller side, so it can fill up quickly. I tried the fall spice latte with almond milk, which was good, but I've had more flavorful versions elsewhere. Still, it was a nice, warming drink that hit the spot for a chilly morning. The menu has a ton of specialty drinks, so I'd definitely come back to try something different next time. They also serve food, and while I didn't try anything this time, the options looked tempting. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a cute spot with a wide variety of drinks--just be prepared for a bit of a wait on weekends!
I don't know why it's taken me this long to finally draft up a review for Valor when my first visit was in 2023! I was super excited to finally get a REAL coffee shop in the neighborhood, especially since I have loved their Alpharetta location since 2020. Since then, I've been back a few times to meet friends for a cup of coffee or grab a bag of whole beans to go to make my own espresso at home! It's not the cheapest bag of beans but it's definitely freshly roasted and good quality! I love their seasonal bevs - I've tried their fall drinks like the Tokyo Drift (Applewood smoked cortado, orange blossom syrup, freshly grated nutmeg, orange peel) and the Spice is Right (Iced, spicy, creamy, coffee cocktail vibe with cold brew, hot honey syrup, vanilla bean and milk). You can easily sub out alternate milks, even on the seasonal specialty drinks. I appreciate the themes and play on the seasons. And also just simple but delicious drinks like the Nitro Lavender Vanilla Oat Latte. The seating can be a huge issue. I seem to always stumble in during peak, maybe? There seems to be plenty of space but no seating/tables. Many tables for 2 or 4 would be taken by 1-2 people studying/working all day, which is understandable but still frustrating. There is some outdoor seating (dog friendly, woohoo!) but is extremely vulnerable to the elements. Overall, I'm grateful for more local and noncommercial coffee shops in Dunwoody! Things were buzzin in Valor on a Friday morning. I arrived around 9a and it was pretty packed. I peeped a spot at the community table and I decided to drop my stuff before ordering. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and helped me with my order. I told her I didn't really want coffee and she made a nice suggestion -- London Fog. What made the visit even better, somebody paid for my drink! I was completely smitten. I was pretty inspired by my environment though it did get pretty busy around 10:30a, the line was almost to the door. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll def go back. Such a cute spot. read more

I enjoyed the vibe at the Valor Coffee shop. There is seating outdoors which is nice. The service was great and pretty fast considering I went on the weekend during the morning breakfast rush. It was a good coffee and a yummy chocolate croissant I would return for the coffee however the price was a bit high...all though all coffees are a tad pricey nowadays. read more

I've been to Valor a couple of times since moving to Sandy Springs and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. At first I was skeptical, because the branding, layout, and decor scream "WHITE PEOPLE ONLY" but I was pleasantly surprised as each time I come I see more and more black people. The first time, I just tried my regular latte with lavender and mocha and it was pretty good. The next time I came a large man who looks like he could be one of Mumfords Sons recommended the matcha and it was outta this world! I gotta try it iced next time! But the absolute star of the show is the house nitro oat lav! OH MY LANTA!!! Girl - RUN DO NOT WALK to get that immediately. The girl at the front who helped me very sweetly gave me a sample before I ordered and I immediately need it injected into my veins like a junkie on heroin. Staff is super nice, knowledgeable, and kind. Coffee is amazing and vibes are super chill. read more

I love Valor--it's easily one of my favorite coffee shops. Every time I'm in town for work, I make it a point to stop by at least once (sometimes once daily!) to enjoy their seasonal menu. Whether you're a coffee nerd or a flavor foodie, their menu has something for everyone. But what truly sets Valor apart is the incredible staff. They're always kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether I'm settling in to work in their bright, open space or grabbing a quick caffeine fix on the go, I'm always blown away by the flavors, hospitality, and overall experience. I also never leave without a bag of coffee to enjoy at home--most recently, I especially loved the Happy Accident! read more

My first time having a hot matcha latte and it was amazing! The service was amazing the staff were sweet and very welcoming. The ambiance is a modern coffee cafe, with a bar set up. Lots of room and work space. I sat at the bar and it was amazing because they had outlets to charger your devices. read more
I think the nicest people work here- they were so kind to my friend and I today! I got an Iced Matcha tea and my friend got a special drink with Matcha and Orange juice. Both were so refreshing in this weather! The matcha was precision. This cafe is a nice place to grab a coffee/tea and read a book or get some work done. read more
Wow, what a beautiful coffee shop! I was instantly greeted by a friendly employee who asked me if it was my first time, and he handed me an adorable sticker haha how precious. Their menu har so much variety that it was pretty hard to pick. I chose iced cappuccino with lemon drop foam ($2 extra), and it was so refreshing! The music's a bit loud so beware of that. Ample parking in the lots. read more
A super aesthetic coffee shop with good coffee options and good food! And great service! The workers are also super nice and remember your name. And will sometimes even bring you water without you asking for it. Bonus: you get a sticker if it's your first time visiting or if it's your birthday! The only cons are that it's kind of loud. I frequently use to go to the Valor in Alpharetta and it was always an amazing experience! However, the Alpharetta Valor was a smaller space so sometimes I wouldn't be able to find seating. Then, I had an event in Dunwoody and I had some time to study beforehand so I checked out Valor Dunwoody and it was great! The space is huge and everyone was just as extra friendly as Valor alpharetta. I love the creative drinks and snacks and this is a great area too. read more
This is very clean and nice coffee shop. The caramel cardamom syrup latte was really good. There's lots of seating and some outside too. It feels very modern and the place has some nice merchandise on a wall. Staff is friendly and it's fairly quick but can get some long lines with how popular it seems to be! read more

The Southern hospitality from the moment you walked in shouldn't go unnoticed. I felt so welcomed, and the staff was so friendly. I am so happy I stopped in along my route. The atmosphere was just so lovely as well. The parking was nice and easy as it's in a plaza with other businesses, so there was ample spots. They had a wide variety of food options along with delicious coffee options, so many flavors to choose from. I got the signature lavender vanilla latte and it was absolutely delicious. The pumpkin scone was also really good, they have a lot of seasonal items. All of their items were reasonably priced as well and of great quality. If you happened to be nearby, I would not miss an opportunity to check out this cute coffee shop. From the food and drinks to the lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, this is a place not to be missed. read more
Looked like it is one of the most busiest Cafes around and the inside looked clean and like cafe :). It didn't take very long for me to order as the line moved quick enough. I ordered for an earl grey latte and a veggie croissant upon which I was given a number and asked to sit( I asked for in cafe). I got my food in good time but I was totally disappointed the moment I had my first sip and first bite. I asked for Earl grey latte and veggie croissant instead I got caffe latte and a butter croissant :(. I couldn't get hold of anyone as everyone was so busy helping others and couldn't let them know about wrong order as it was so busy. Walked out with disappointment :(. But would surely want to give this cafe another try. read more
You couldn't possibly rate this place less than 5 stars. The location is amazing with plenty of seating and a very warm, open feeling! The employees are absolutely amazing, very friendly, happy and knowledgeable! The chicken salad and veggie croissants my wife and I got were amazing as were the coffee drinks!! You will not be disappointed! read more
