My only complaint is that the pieces take a week to be fired, glazed, and ready for pickup, but I know that's not necessarily in their control. I was scouting out their store when my tank was cycling so I saw it once when I started and then 6 weeks later it was the same or worse so I did leave time to see if they tried to control it and they did not. So I will personally avoid the store just to avoid introducing aptasia to my tank. Healthy looking livestock otherwise.

It is incredibly clean and well maintained. I may be a helicopter dad, but some of the larger places make me nervous when I can't see my kids. Go Grow has great lines of sight so I always know where they are and what they're doing. And I think that helps attract a certain level of customers too who do want to keep an eye on their kids. I find too often at other places parents who have totally checked out. I love Go Grow!
