We usually fly out of BWI early so this lounge never has a wait. This time around we arrived shortly after it opened and the food was hot and ready to go. My biggest gripe with this lounge is the size and the offerings. For breakfast they offered a cheesy egg dish, a salad, and bagels. I will say the egg was very good and fluffy but I wish there was a meat option to go alongside. My go-to here is always the Old Bay cream cheese with a nicely toasted bagel. The plates here are the size of my palms, likely to reduce food waste but it makes it so you have to stack food or make a few trips. Customer service here is good but again, since we arrived so early there was no one bussing tables. We ended up just piling our plates on an empty table until it was time for us to head back to the front. I did see a few people ask the bartender for things like apple and orange juice which wasn't out for regular consumption. read more

The Club BWI is a small longe with very limited seating and limited food service. The drinks were short pour and the tonic was flat. Check in was slow as the person at the desk was doing something and did not acknowledge my waiting with card in hand. Aldo, it's in terminal D and that requires multiple security checks unless you are going out of D. It's a long walk and except getting my steps in it should have been a pass. read more

I decided to check out The Club BWI which is the only airport lounge at BWI. It is hidden at Concourse E 10. It is inconvenient to any Concourse but E. If your plane leaves from A-C, you will have to leave E and go back through security again. The lounge is very small. There was salad and hummus and soup. There are some snacks like popcorn and candy. The ambiance is "compact". BWI airport can do better. There needs to be a lounge at concourses A-C. The Denver airport lounge is so much better than this. read more

As someone who doesn't drink, this club is not worth it at any cost. When I came with my family we had to use an app to get in line. We went in and there were hardly any open seating. We found some but the tables were reserved and tables we found were dirty. We sat down and got some soda and some snacks. The food was not attractive and the things we were interested in like the popcorn only had tiny bowls to sample them. The place was noisy and not a great place to relax. This is not the biggest lounge, it doesn't have the largest selection of food, and the vibe is a little like a basement conference room at a budget hotel, but it is a very pleasant way to spend some time while waiting for your flight. The breakfast bar was small, but still had several hot options in addition to bread products and fruit, and the coffee station included several flavored syrups. I can see it being hard to get food or drinks if busy, due to the layout and size, but when we were there early morning, it was very quick. It is located next to gate D8 and the Dunkin Donuts. This lounge was on the way to our gate, so we decided to drop by. There was a waitlist when we arrived so I signed up. Everyone who signed up around the same time got it at the same time. This lounge is small. And it's one of the more bare bones lounges I've been to. We didn't check out the food area since we had just had lunch. But my friend and I went to the bar and grabbed a drink. I got a Truly and a glass of bubbles. He a Heineken beer. I believe his dad grabbed a soda and a coffee? Since my boarding group started shortly after we got into the lounge, I left after I had those two drinks. Friends stayed a little while after. If you have some time to kill, this isn't a bad free option with certain passes. But there are much better lounges out there if you have a limited number of visits or are considering paying. As far as airport lounges are, this one is very mediocre. But it's better than sitting at the crowded gate if you've got a longer wait. It's small without a lot of tables or chairs, but we did find a table up front. The food was as expected...like a college dining hall. Coffee was good and hot. Someone was sitting up sleeping at a table, so it's possible to rest although there aren't loungers like some of the nicer clubs. Small restrooms, but I opted for the big ones right outside the club in the terminal. We passed 30 mins here before catching our flight. read more

Located in the International section near Gate D, this is one of those airport lounges where you genuinely question whether the walk--and the wait--is worth it. If your goal is a substantial pre-flight meal, or if you don't have at least an hour to spare, I would skip it. You cannot reserve a spot in advance. You simply show up and add your name to the waitlist if the lounge is full. On a Thursday evening around 6:00 pm, the wait was about 25 minutes. On a different visit earlier in the morning during the week, we were able to walk right in. The lounge itself is small and basic: a compact bar, one bathroom, and limited seating, much of it up a short set of stairs. It's not particularly well suited for families or groups due to the layout and seating constraints. On a weekday evening, the dinner offerings were modest. There was a salad station with mixed greens and vegetables, a chicken salad my husband enjoyed, and macaroni salad. Two soups were available, including a Mexican-style option that didn't appeal to me. There were baby pitas with tzatziki and hummus. Desserts--tucked around the corner--included cookies and a surprisingly good carrot cake. We each had a glass of wine, which was perfectly fine. The front desk staff were pleasant, especially considering they were dealing with understandably frustrated travelers who had made the trek only to discover the wait and the inability to pre-book. We visited again in December 2025 for breakfast. The small buffet included previously frozen folded eggs, cantaloupe and a few other fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, and coffee and tea. This lounge is definitely cozy in comparison to other lounges. I came basically right when it opened so getting in and finding a seat wasn't an issue. However, upon leaving I could tell it was filling up quickly. My suggestion would be to use the "pre-book" feature in your priority pass app if possible. The breakfast selection wasn't expansive, but it's better than nothing. However if you're very particular you may not want to rely on having your breakfast here. I was satisfied with the oatmeal I made and the girl picking up plates was nice. On my way out the woman wished me safe travels. So I encountered friendly customer service even at 4AM. Wait time was reasonably short, and process for adding to waitlist and checking in was good. This location is accessible from the D and E gates behind security. If you're in the A, B, or C gates, you'll have to pass through security twice (I have not personally confirmed if TSA will allow you to do this). I sat at the bar, and had a great view of planes at gates, a TV, and excellent service from the bartender. As a cocktail snob, this was a bar to order beer or wine from, rather than mixed drinks, but more importantly your cup will only run dry if you want it to. The food was surprisingly limited given that I was in the lounge from 4pm-7pm local time, which seems like it would be supper time. There was a Baltimore Wedge Salad bar as well as a popcorn machine and desserts. Located next to D12 gate at BWI, this pretty basic small lounge can be accessed via Priority Pass membership. We got in around 9:30am on Saturday and it was mostly empty. Breakfast offerings consisted of scrambled eggs, ham cubes, salsa, cheese, bagels and mini muffins. Drink options consisted of canned soda, drip coffee, fellow tea bags. I've experienced this lounge several times. Today was the most recent. The staff at the front desk and the ones behind the bar ware so unfriendly and downright rude but my credit card offers free access and I wanted breakfast. The selection is limited (eggs, oatmeal, bagel, fruit, cereal), and the orange juice you have to ask for. They don't leave it accessible. The food is subpar, not fresh or enjoyable. It's also a crowded space where they set up all the food. The ambiance is okay. The seating is comfortable and semi-private. There are plenty of outlets for charging devices. There's a TV that lists upcoming flight departures and gate numbers. If you have free access, worth stoping by. If you have to pay, avoid. There's a Dunkin' right next door. read more

The Club at BWI has come a long way. When I came a couple of months ago there were seats that were ripped and the lounge felt outdated. Today I was in awe seeing that they've done some renovations, the food was pretty good (omelettes and bagels) and the staff was so kind. Alicia, Crystal and Steve specifically were so friendly. They greeted all the guests and made sure they were comfortable. The lounge was clean and stocked with drinks and cookies and there was ample seating. The WiFi worked great and was easy to get on. And the bathrooms smelled like fall. This lounge is small but mighty. Highly recommend visiting if you have Priority pass or a credit card that allows you lounge access. The lounge has looked roughly the same in the years I have visited it. It really needs some fresh paint and new furniture. Very small lounge not capable to manage crowd of Priority Pass guestd. Waiting time turns out to be shorter than stated. I was told that it was 40 minutes and I had to wait 20-25 minutes. Makes the lounge unappealing to visitors, imo. First impressions are everything and if I see a dirty seating area on a lounge, I'd rather wait by the gate. Free breakfast as expected. The bartender was friendly. I wanted a signature cocktail from the menu, but it was not available. There is a hot bar with eggs, and cheesy grits. There is also a salad and fruit bar, plus cereal, bagels and donut holes. It doesn't feel like a respite. It keeps you away from the crowded gates. That's all. It missed the mark. read more

In previous visits, it was a relief to come here and not be bothered by obnoxious people. Now they work here and I'm using the term work loosely. The condition of the lounge and the quality of the people who are employed here has declined. No issue if you have to wait to enter as sometimes they may be at capacity. However, if that's the case, when you are allowed in; one can only hope for a clean facility and options for light bites and drinks. The snack assortment has been scaled back since COVID-19. You can still prepare your own coffee and tea but if you're seeking a drink from the bar, you had better hope the person has some bartending experience and his/her give a shit factor is high. Upon entering, the reception personnel are curt and act like you're the problem. I'm sorry if I cut into your nap at work...but can you just pretend to do your job? The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. There is a shower should you opt to freshen up but don't be that guy/gal in there with no shoes on. If your foot starts to itch, you brought it on yourself. The area near the window typically has items similar to heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a cauldron with two soup options. I have my doubts about the temperature in which things are being kept. The urgency to replenish and tidy up the area is absent. Totally get that at a certain time in the evening you stop refilling items to avoid waste but the employees are ok with the display being in disarray and picked over. Since I'm not a scavenger type chick, I decided not to take anything from the cold bar. Items rotate based on the time of day you may visit (breakfast, lunch etc.). A password for the wifi is available when you check in at the front desk. There are plenty of outlets to recharge your devices. I find this helpful if you want to do updates or download content prior to a long flight. There are multiple televisions and if you can get seating near the window, I have found it relaxing to just take in the scenery of the hustle and bustle of the planes landing and taxiing. Having experienced this lounge over several visits and several years, I think it's warranted that management conduct a review of how well or how poorly things are going here. It's almost to the point where it's not worth the time and effort to get to the lounge when you're greeted with mediocrity. read more

I have previously been to the BWI Club on at least three occasions and it was always closed. Look at the pics. With it being in Concourse D you can imagine the letdown you feel after leaving out of security only to see a sign saying closed. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Well I caught it open on a recent trip going and coming and I will say it was not worth it. If anyone has given a positive review in the past I think they would have a different feeling now. The reviews the last few months show a significant drop off and I wish I could have experienced the better days I saw my fellow Yelpers expound on. I understand that lounges are not a place to get filled up, although I have been to many lounges with some good spreads where you can get a decent selection of food. That was not even an option here. In the morning on my visit the few options were non-existent and there was no rush to refill. On the evening I was coming back from a trip me and the wife made it to the lounge two hours before closing and once again saw the empty trays. When asked if they were going to get refilled the reply was that they ran out. Yeah ran out of motivation to do anything as I saw some fixing drinks at the bar but we were the only people in there. So who you fixing drinks for? Oh I know. Overall The Club could use a refresh on the furniture as it is looking worn (ok dirty) and the carpet could use a good steam cleaning. My wife has visited this lounge in the past on her many work trips through BWI in the past in what I guess what was its glory days but even she admitted to me that the lounge has gone downhill and disappointed with the recent visits. read more
