Breakfast- bagels, muffins, eggs, oatmeal
Marie P.

Grateful to have an airport club in Buffalo, and this spot does meet the need. The amenities are okay, but not amazing. The breakfast spread included bagels, muffing, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and parfaits. It was definitely closer to a mid-range hotel continetal breakfast than what I'd expect from a lounge. There was also a coffee machine that could make an espresso based drink. It was flashing an error on my first attempt to make a cappuccino. I notified a staff member and it was fixed for my second attempt 15 mins later. Unfortunately local regulations prohibit alcohol service before 8am. Not the lounge's fault, but c'mon. NYers, please write your local representatives. The space is small and I'd imagine it fills up during the busy times. However, there was a good variety of table spaces and laptop-friendly areas. The bathrooms were unisex, not stalled (single user), and no frills. Very spacious though! Families traveling with small children who hit up this lounge should definitely take advantage! Overall, this is the ONLY lounge option for priority pass people in Buffalo. So, you'll likely choose it no matter what. It gets the job done and is much nicer than being at the gate.

It's located right after the security, which was nice. They had a sign that said they were full capacity, so I scanned the QR code and went on the wait list. No later then 10 minutes later, got a message that I can come to the club. The club is small, but hey you can't complain because this small airport has a lounge lol. I also appreciated that they let me in w/o the 3 hour enforcement rule :) The bar, food and some seating area is on the left side of the entrance. To the right side is additional seating and the restroom is in the back. The food offering was decent, nothing too special. On the day I visited, there were little kids that were bit loud. It was crowded on the day I visited, but seemed like things moved smoothly. I did like that they had floor to ceiling window, so you can see the planes on the runway.

This is the only lounge at BUF. It gets the job done. Plane watching. Warm food. Nice service. clean spot. When I stopped in they had chicken fajitas and tomato soup plus a salad bar and snacks. Full bar with a few TVs. Looks like it could get busy, good to check ahead if you know you'll need to drop in. Very nice staff.

Got a drink before our flight. Packed but received great service. One beer didn't look quite right so they poured us another. Clean and quick.

Salad bar and squash soup

Drinks are good, can't go wrong with the basics. The food is terrible, eat before you come. The salad was wilted, the soup was flavorless. I have been here several times and I really only come for the drinks and the quiet setting. Overall fine

Useless employee of the year!!!

The host was very unhelpful,he was keeping people waiting outside for no reason,he was rude.was just serving his friends and other airport employees.

Nice to have a lounge at the Buffalo airport. It's small but clean, easy to find and use and staff is friendly and helpful. I've only been early in the morning so the bar is always still closed. But there is basic food, coffee and juice. This particular morning had yogurt, cereal, eggs, oatmeal and fruit. I am giving it 4 stars because compared to other larger lounges it doesn't offer the same level of amenities.

I recently added lounge access to my travel plans and stopped by the lounge. The lounge is easy to spot, just outside or after security. It's airside on the left as you exit. The checkin was seamless and the lady at the front was courteous and seated me right away. The food selection is similar to other lounges except it has a warm dishes for when I went for lunch time. Meatballs were fantastic, but would recommend listing the type of meat/s used. The warm brownies looked good but I did not try them. The bar tender served a mean ass sangria and even though the lounge is small and narrow most of the seats have a good tarmac view while you enjoy your food selection. Definitely worth a visit before your flight takes off

This lounge is small but has fast wifi and great food and coffee. Didn't sample the bar, but seemed to have great choices. I was pleasantly surprised with this Priority Pass Lounge. Service was great as well. Like other reviews mention it's not like an international lounge or a typical Amex lounge but this is definitely one of the best priority pass lounges I've been to.

Nice quiet lounge, great for PP holders hanging out at BUF. Wraps, pasta, and soup for meal service, full bar, and coffee maker.

It's always very chill in here and never super crowded so it provides a really good flying experience. Food options were not super plenty full so you should eat Outside the airport if you can. Plenty of stations for water and bathroom, brakes and lots of seating for waiting. Security lines were never long and you can come here closer to your flight so you don't have to spend as much time in the airport. It's right off the highway and easy to navigate to. Signage upon entering is clear and easy to follow. The hourly parking lot is SUPER close to the terminal and only $2/hr. The airport is layed out so that you enter through the arrival/baggage area, which is super convenient if you're picking someone up. Departures are upstairs. It's very easy to navigate this airport. It's small and not too crowded. It's nice to have this option in the area, especially because the Syracuse airport is also a smaller regional airport so flights can be limited.

When it got to my turn, since I had no time to spend in the lounge (too close to departure), A staff member scooped and boxed up the food for me, placed it nicely in a paper bag, gave me a bottle of water for me and my guest and I was on my way. I don't know what food was packed but I'm just glad I got to leave with something after the long wait. So kind and convenient!

The wait was about 20 minutes, which was reasonable. However, once inside, it was difficult to find a seat due to how packed it was. The hot food selection was very disappointing, and I honestly can't believe people pay $$$ for this level of service. The offerings included frozen basa fillet in a coconut-based sauce, overcooked chow mein, mayo-heavy coleslaw, and frozen chicken dumplings--overall worse than a decent food court meal, or even an average airplane meal. I understand that a domestic lounge may cater to short-stay travelers, but since international passengers are also being accommodated here, there should be a wider variety and better quality of hot food options.
