Long story short, the guy in the Bay highlighted my entire head in bleach, burned off pieces of my hair underneath (I have thick hair thank god), and after growing it out for so long, my hair was super uneven, thin at the bottom, and the bleach parts refused to ever curl. My hair looked crazy unless I styled it-- the new growth being curly and the old hair lying pin straight. I couldn't take it anymore. My daughter did not allow much heat styling, but once we got home, the cut was clearly very poorly blended, with thick, heavy front pieces.
