I loved working with Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning Services. Brea had a lot of helpful hints to help me stay better organized and gave me problem solving techniques to try. My baseboards are white again!! The smell of clean lingers, but in a good way. You know that she scrubbed. My floors look brand new. My counters and surfaces are all clean and sparkling. I can't say enough. I am so grateful to her and its actually better than I was expecting. I've never seen these floors shine and all appliances are spotless. The time flew by because Brea put me at ease from the start. Her background is formerly from teaching. She became an entrepreneur. Its obvious that she made the right decision because she's very good at what she does. I will continue using Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning. I made a solid choice with Bizzy B. and Brea is extremely professional. She has a magical cleaning concoction and it gets the dirt off. My house shines and I am 100% satisfied. Please support small businesses by trying Bizzy B. Professional Cleaning Services. To top it off, Brea has a very likable personality and excellent work ethic. She doesn't stop until the job is done.

I cannot say enough good things about Brea. From the moment I requested a quote, to the moment she…read morerevealed my freshly cleaned house to me, she communicated every step of the way. I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. If you were on the fence about spending the money on a deep clean, I wouldn't hesitate. It was absolutely life-changing.

My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! Maybe I'm the only person in Houston that requires I meet the person who's coming into MY house when I'm not home. The owners both told me that's not their typical order of business to meet the people whos houae they are cleaning and seemed shocked I was even asking to meet the woman that would be in our house. So, I politely told him I would take my business else where. I'm sure these people are great cleaners, but not being able to fulfill the ONE thing I ask, I'm not interested in pursing business.
