Updating my review to respond to the business' response. Now I am really disappointed in the company. Lying publically to help their appearance doesn't fly well with me. 1. They said they tried many things to improve the level of service in my home. That is not the case. They never even offered to actually come back and look at what wasn't cleaned! I am a reasonable person. Even one attempt to rectify the situation would have appeased me. 2. The "inspections" that happen at the first two cleans are default. No favors here... and still.... the primary cleaning areas weren't cleaned, so please share what value is brought by the inspections. 3. Extra services free of charge??? I paid for everything that was done in my home. Nothing, absolutely nothing, was done for free, or even offered to be done for free. I am not someone who complains with a goal or hope of getting free services in return, so I am actually genuinely offended by this. After the first clean, I never even mentioned any type of free cleaning, or credit, or anything due to the pretty bad job that was done. I sadly paid for every minute (and lack there of) that your cleaners were at my house. 3. You were unable to consistently satisfy me? Y'all cleaned my house TWICE. and both times were a dud. Also-I was referred here by a friend. My friend recently had the same cleaner that I complained about, the one the owner was willing to go to his grave defending, and he had a similar experience. Responding to the response from the owner as its complete lies! Such a dishonest company. My husband does not work from home and is not home with 2 toddlers during the day! Nothing in his response is ever remotely true! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Unless you want your personal belongings to be gone through and destroyed and then when you call them up to complain as there's damage to your property from their cleaners they belittle you and tell you it was not their employees who did the damage! We've been customers for a few months now and are happy with the service. We wanted to go with a company, as opposed to just an individual that does housecleaning, in hopes that things would be more professional and more reliable and we are definitely satisfied with The Cleaning Authority. The price was very competitive compared with other services around. They have been very accommodating regarding cleaning around the clutter that comes with a house with two kids. I have used them for several months on a bi-weekly basis. I've switched cleaning girls throughout the process too (with the same company). I was only satisfied with one cleaning they did and that was after I told them I wanted to cancel. They do not do a thorough job. I would not recommend them for cleaning at all. Why would you market to areas you don't service?? I got an RSVP coupon in the mail and called to schedule a quote. Dependable. Deep cleanings. However, they leave my lights on and don't make the bed well.

I have used this company for almost a year. Overall, I have been very satisfied. In this type of business, you are going to get a certain amount of staff turnover. Despite that fact, everyone who has come to clean my house has been very professional. There have been a couple of times that I have had concerns about thoroughness, but the owners are great at correcting the problem. They really stand by their guarantee, and have sent teams back out for me on the two occasions I wasn't completely satisfied. No questions asked. The cleaners follow a system and are very detailed. They even dust my kids knickknacks and trophies, my lampshades and window pleated shades. And I love that they use green cleaning products. It is so worth the money to keep my stress level down. It's great to have a company I can trust- and I am picky! read more

This place is awful. I called them after a recommendation was made for a one time clean. I wanted them to clean before my husband and I moved into our new house. We were more than disappointed. First of all, I told the rude owner on the phone that it was a fairly large house and she said for some reason her husband assigned only two people instead of three people. Needless to say after 4 hours, they ran out of time. When I told her they didn't do any of the things that were the most important on the list, she told me they could come back the next day to do them. When I asked her why the basement was not done when I specifically told her about it on the phone, she said that they hadn't brought the right equipment to do it. Well, if I told her ahead of time shouldn't she have made plans for that? When I called to complain, the woman would not pick up. I called her 5 times until she did and then rudely told me that I should've been more specific. The work the two ladies did do was nothing spectacular. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not only is the work average, but the owner and workers are very rude and unprofessional. Too bad there isn't a 0 rating! read more
