They kept moving the time and eventually showed up at 5:30. They charged us $180 for the cleaning though that was not the price we agreed to, and they didn't have a conversation with us about why they were increasing the price til after. We clean our 1 bed 1 bath unit regularly, and it stays in good shape. The cleaners decided that instead of a standard cleaning that we agreed to, that they were going to do a deep cleaning, without bringing this up with me. Because of the lack of reliability on this service, I wouldn't recommend to others.

The DAI team, especially Ryan, guided us through the morass of insurance claims to get to a fair settlement in, what we now know , is a relatively common time frame. This conduct is both dangerous and highly unprofessional, especially for someone representing your company. They got me in as soon as they could as well. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion.
