I called for an estimate, and Donna (owner) came out and spoke with me about what the cleaning would entail and the process moving forward. I worked with Tiwana about scheduling a monthly visit and what my expectations can be moving forward. Initially I had a couple different teams clean, so I felt like I was looking for more consistent service. Spoke with Donna and Tiwana, they assigned a permanent team to manage my monthly cleanings. Perfect solution, and I was grateful that they had flexibility with my expectations. I am leaving the area, and so I sadly am no longer going to use this branch of TCA- but the app and recurring payment system is so easy to use, reminders about when the teams would come and clean- everything is user friendly. I will miss using this group and location very much. I have them doing my move out clean in 13 days. I am confident I will have a shiny looking place when I have the walk out inspection, not even a small concern of mine. This is an independently owned branch. This time I experienced a homophobic attitude from a cleaner who then didn't do her job. I received a rediculous $25 credit for the situation no matter how many times I brought the subject up. The new team has not been addiquitly doing there job. After the initial cleaning that cost some $550 where things were missed, there are still some areas that have not been cleaned. All is inexcusable! Contract has been terminated.

After filling a police report I requested his insurance information and gave me the contact information for the Agent. After speaking to the agent she is blocking things refusing to let us speak to the Carrier or open a claim. Skip them over every time at this point they need to have ICE in there too since majority of the staff can't even speak English. Last I checked that was a requirement for citizenship.

They disabled a motion detector in my closet, unplugged a floor lamp causing me to get on hands and knees and crawl under a desk to replug, damaged an antique table with some sort of chemical, and the most egregious thing was leaving my front door unlocked after I instructed them to do so. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing!
