I don't recommend this company, I hired them To complete a top to bottom cleaning before moving in to our new home and they were charging me 614 dollars to get this work done, which comparable to other companies it was to be top notch! After coming back into my home when the "cleaners" left, first thing I found was murky was in my kitchen sink, dirty windows, baseboards not cleaned, living room fan not even touched., toilets dirty, dirty faucets, kitchen cabinet doors not cleaned, The list can go on an on. But I'll let you be the judge when you see the photos and videos . Called back to try to get my money back because the job done was horrendous, all I got was barely a discount, still charged me over half of the amount and they did not offer refunds that was the excuse. The saddest part of the whole ordeal was the fact the cleaners lied about how they cleaned the home and stated I had workers in the house causing it to be dirty, when only the first day there were a few people painting the staircase which I told them to not touch or clean so it was even less work. So to be technically be called a liar was def the cherry on top of the Giant mistake I made by hiring this company. Cleaners name were Sarah and Marie! Make sure they don't come to Your home in case you do want to make deal with this people . This company is amazing! Their customer service is great and they do an amazing job. There pricing is very reasonable also.

My daughter was in the hospital for a week, her mother, and I did not want her to come home to a messy house for fear that she would try to overdo it cleaning. We called rescue my time cleaning service and they came on short notice and got my daughters house cleaned for her on the day of her discharge from the hospital. They were a accommodating to special cleaner requests for our hardwoods and granite, as well as so kind about working around my baby and two dogs. I've been using Rescue my time cleaning, for months now, they always provide quality service!! Today I had Rachel T. Come and clean my entire house (over 2k sq ft) and it was not in its cleanest state, but Rachel took her time and left no inch of this house untouched!! I work as an overnight nurse with a strenuous job, mom to two small children and I don't ever have time to clean my house the way I'd like to. Rachel has restored my house to its beautiful cleanliness that I desire, she is so detail oriented and was great with the fact that I have a large dog and my kids came home early from summer camp and asked her a million questions about herself, lol! Mary did an excellent job. She was a little early and came in and got right to work! Not only did she do an excellent job of cleaning my stove, oven, and refrigerator she was also polite and very professional. When she finished, she asked me if I was pleased with the job she'd done and added that she would be happy to make any changes. However, there was no need to redo anything as she did a great job! My stove, oven and refrigerator were spotless. She removed all the food from the refrigerator and replaced everything in a very organized way. Paid for 3 hrs of service. Results from the cleaning could be accomplish in 15 to 30. Very disappointed. Floors not swept and mopped, bathrooms not cleaned. Nothing that I asked for was accomplished. read more

I hired them for a 4 hour clean. I watched her slowly move around my kitchen taking her sweet time. I kept waiting on her to move from the kitchen to other rooms because when it seemed she was done with the kitchen there was still an hour left. But nope, she spent the entire 4 hours on my kitchen. And when she was done there were still spots on the cabinets, good stains on the kitchen table and chairs, she didn't clean the glass doors off the kitchen, and it basically looked like something my husband and I could have done in half the time or less. Also, my oven was still dirty after I asked her to clean it. She didn't clean the glass inside the oven. She did a poor job and wasted 4 hours. When I told the company they didn't offer anything but sorry to hear that, thank you for trying us. Don't hire this company and if you do, pay to get your whole house cleaned, don't pay by the hour. And I found out the cleaner is Yvonne, definitely make sure you don't get her sent out if you decide to hire this company anyway. read more
