Vega also made Great suggestions that I had not thought of, provided the paint and crown molding and most importantly they were on time at 8am! Clean up was immaculate!

Less the a year ago CertaPro (after I 1st recommended had to return for they had painted over rotting wood plus no bee holes in the wood was filler nor rotten boards replace! they did volunteer to return to make it right but failed again! large bee holes pointed out to supervisor, when I filled, nails which had worked out were sprayed over causing drips! deck boards were only replaced if I pointed them out, the bad boards I missed were left in place!! green treated deck boards were painted still wet which I even know u don't painted treated wood until completely dry, now the rain has washed paint away!! the outside steps to porch as deep in the ground where rot is alreading showing! I dug under them n left blocks to see step runners on the the workers just kicked the flat stone to the side! my biggest complaint is the use of non- English speaking help, on spoke so english but didn't understand English!! I pointed out multiple.issues n non were done!! u work in the USA u speak n understand English !!! my client is a good pay n will pay to have things done right n she is not one to complain, but even on the second attempt CertaPro dripped the ball big time a second time!!!!!! johnjohnsonph@icloud.com

5 Stars - Outstanding Interior Paint Job by Pro's Painting!…read more Lucio and his team at Pro's Painting were absolutely amazing from start to finish on our full interior paint project. We have a newer four-story townhome that needed a complete refresh--ceilings, trim, walls, and even some drywall repairs--and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Lucio was prompt in coming out for an estimate, and he helped us select the right materials without over-purchasing. We ended up with just enough leftover paint for future touch-ups--no waste, which we really appreciated. His crew took great care to seal and cover every inch of the house before starting. The prep work was meticulous: sanding, patching, and smoothing every surface to perfection. The final result is flawless, and clean-up was minimal--just a light dusting left behind. They completed the entire project in just 4 days, which is impressive for a house of this size. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and the pricing was extremely competitive. The additional discount Lucio provided on high-end Sherwin-Williams paint was a huge bonus. We'll absolutely be calling Lucio and his team again for any future projects. Here are the pictures 1. orinigal picture 2- contract - Commited to do whole deck stain and sidings 3. Material I have provided for the top to match my existing deck but even that he has half done on top of the deck, the old deck he did left unpainted. 4. Underneath the deck is not painted, where he initially commited, but later he denied and saying it is not in the contract (smart) 4. patches - the color not matched to the siding at all and now he says to buy me the paint
