Why don't people do what they say, if a business can't even get the estimate to me when they say and break it down I already distrust them.
The area that was to be painted had just been pressure washed and the man that did it did a very good job, the balustrades looked brand new, this salesperson from Berry included pressure washing in the estimate even when I told him it had just been done. When he did send the estimate it was not broken down and he wrote down what he wanted to, that is to say pro Berry Coating not me. Also, he actually was presumptuous enough to think I would allow his men into our home to utilize the bathroom, this is our home, you are supposed to be a professional company, he made the statement they had 16 employees and had never had to rent a port a let, I am sure somewhere in the not detailed estimate we were paying for them to use the bathroom, what happened to any sense of propriety, we don't know these people.
I told him we would furnish paint, primer, caulk, stucco patch and he still gave us a price that was ridiculous, let's hope the good times last, better hang onto some of this money you are getting but it won't be from me. read more
