The cleaners were efficient, had a positive attitude, and clearly took pride in their work (one cleaner led me to the kitchen and essentially said "check THIS out" pointing to my stove, which was now spotless, when it previously had what I figured must've been permanent buildup from use over time). KSL communicated clearly when scheduling, before starting, during, and after finishing the clean. I asked via the project request chat what I should do to prepare for their arrival, to which they said there's nothing I need to do in advance. For the price, I thought it was a bargain. My recommendation is so strong that it's now 3 years past the service, and I not only can recollect the experience, but also am motivated to leave this review. read more

Wow...I really have no words for this service. 4 gentlemen showed up at my house at 1pm and immediately seemed confused about what a "standard cleaning" was. I tried to explain and walked them through the home and proceeded to call Elizabeth at HQ. She explained that a "standard cleaning" is dusting, wiping counters, mopping, etc. (things you would expect a cleaning crew to do). 2 hours later I walk back in to them "done". I will let these photos speak for themselves. $200 for this service....I think not. I have absolutely NO clue what they were doing for 2 hours but this is a mess. read more

Average cleaning services from a very nice duo of guys. I used them for a move-in cleaning on a just purchased home. Cleaners were very friendly, however, the quote was for inside and outside cleaning of the windows. When they were finished I asked about the outside of the windows and was told they don't do that. They called the owner and he verified the same even though the quote included the outside. He did lower the price and they did come back with a pressure washer for the 1st level on the outside but there was no soap and they looked almost the same. The 2nd story windows didn't get cleaned at all. For the whole house, it was a decent surface clean but not a deep clean. There were cobwebs in several places, the corners in rooms were still dirty as were two toilets. Inside of windows still shows dirt, fingerprints and grime as well. Super nice guys and probably better suited for weekly/bi-weekly cleans but not if a deep clean is needed. read more

I cannot say enough about the three team crew that cleaned our over 7000 square-foot home. Derrick, Deon and a lady. They did ok job but it was not close to white glove. Almost all furniture gone so a very easy clean but corners and edges still dirty including paying for carpet to be cleaned. The edges still had dirt and particles so not even vacuumed well. There were hard stains so understand those but looks like no cleaner was even used. Just disappointed with what I paid. I have to tell you. I haven't been so grateful in a long time. I've had two deaths back to back, and have four kids. I couldn't for the life of me, keep on top of things. I got in touch with about 4 cleaning services in my area, and they all wanted way too much. They ask the size of your home, and the go by the square footage. I didn't want certain rooms done, like the whole basement or the sunroom. The basement is a big work in progress and my sunroom is being remodeled. So, I shouldn't be charged for that right? I decided to go with this business, because she worked with me. I told her what I needed and she adjusted the price accordingly. I ended up getting the whole house done (except the sunroom and basement.) I had to run errands, so I left and came back. The first time I left, I had to go to the grocery store and get the funds to pay this company, out of the bank. I came back home, because I didn't think I'd be back in time to pay them before they left. She told me to go upstairs to check it out. I was more than satisfied. I left to finish the grocery shopping and get some lunch with the husband. I got a call from the lady from the company and she said that they were about to leave. When I returned home, I was shocked that they swept the dang on garage y'all..... they even organized a bit. Lord have mercy! When I got inside, it was sparkling. The floors were clean, 4 bathrooms, stairs, laundry area, sitting room, living room, my 4 bedrooms, the formal dining area, and my bedroom! Y'all this company is spectacular!
