Unlike other bars, I don't find myself fighting and shoving to get a drink at the bar which is a huge plus. Even when basically empty is has the nice, cozy dive bar feel that I adore. TWIN HOT LOBSTER ROLLS, ugh! Best thing on the menu!! The yuzu butter was the perfect addition to the roll. The lobster was tender, juicy and the toast was So soft & flaky! I also enjoyed the scallops! This spot is such a hidden gem about 15 minutes from downtown Boston.

Wings with Buffalo Hot on a Friday lunch thankfully didn't come out within a suspicious two minutes of ordering, as my last few have. Smoke rising and piping hot, but only a light splash of sauce, with much of the wings still exposed. Nice bold flavor with pepper and vinegar components intertwining beautifully. Crispness achieved. Tenderness and juiciness, still in the past, at least based on my recent visits. Not totally dry, but too close for a joint that was once my gold standard for wings. Bonus points for mini chunks in the blue cheese.

The food is lackluster for the price, an $18 bowl of clam chowder should knock my socks off, but it didn't. The fish and chips were severely over-breaded, they don't have malt vinegar in the bottle, a thimble full is supposed to suffice. They attempt to give gargantuan orders of fries to appease the mediocre preparation of the main entree. Get an UBER or go across the street to Buffs, but by all means do not waste your time and money at this establishment. Service at the bar was adequate, but the food overwhelmed the experience.

Nice quality tables and chairs as well as decorations creates an inviting environment. The warmth of the staff also makes it inviting. Food Type: What you would expect like Street food, classics. noodles and curries and a few regional specialties. Prices: Reasonable for food of this quality. We spent $90 pre-tip for three including an appetizer and a few beers (for me only). Food Quality: Very Good. We had three dishes and an appetizer and shared everything. Singha and Leo beer available as expected washed it down. I have been to Thailand on business trips and vacation and by no means have a palette capable of detecting nuances in regional dishes (I can a bit for Korean and Japanese due to extended time spent there), but could taste it was a bit playing to the American tastes. Still really good. Service: Friendly and generally fast. Minus (-) The meals came out separately. Meal one came with the appetizer. Then 7-10 minutes the second meal. Then 7-10 minutes the third meal. If eating American style ie everyone eats only their own meal, this would be a real problem. As my wife is Korean we usually eat family style (we often share meals at American restaurants, why not, you get to try more dishes), so this was not an issue really. The pluses outweigh negative it is still 4.5 rounder to 5. Absolutely worth a try. Enjoy!
