This spot is nice. They have a pretty good selection of liquor although the humidor is pretty small. They do have inside leather chairs and out side seating so that's a plus. The bartender was pleasant enough. I will come back.

Macanudo Vintage Maduro was perfect! Also I have a new favorite cigar.

I attended a holiday party and was blown away by the creative and colorful space. It is inside Tulsa's Performing Arts Center. I was lucky to find parking on third street so I walked through the main doors. You have to go left and walk all the way down the hall to find the lounge. There was clear signage and helpful staff guiding the way. Right outside, there's an interesting timeline on the wall. As you enter, there's a wide open space with a dance floor in the middle. You know you're in a unique space when your eyes don't know where to start exploring and you want to just take it all in. The space had been a black box since the 70s and the idea came up to turn it into a space that would generate revenue for the PAC trust. The one of a kind space was designed by Christopher Murphy. His inspiration was the lavish Studio 54 in NYC, a historic venue and cultural icon that was a nightclub in the 70s and now is a theater. I wasn't familiar with it but as soon as I looked it up, the theme made sense. It was known for its opulent interior design with walls covered in metallic fabrics and ornate art installations throughout it. The disco era wallpaper in the north wall was imported from Germany. Bianca and Truman (the horse lamps!) are so fun. I wish the pictures did them justice (apparently Jagger rode a white horse inside Studio 54). The capacity is 150 on the main floor and 50 on the mezzanine depending on seating arrangement. There's a full service bar, sound system, baby grand piano, lighting effects, small stage, and on staff event planner. You can submit booking inquiries on their website.

We went with friends to visit and try a "new" (to us) restaurant. Some things you need to know, you…read morereally need a reservation, they are quite popular and parking is an issue. They do have valet parking for $10. We had a reservation for 4 at 6:00 pm on Saturday night. Valet parking arrival worked great and we were seated quickly by the staff. We were given our menus by the server and she said she would be right back for our drink order. 10 minutes later she returned. (There was a large table she concentrated her time on). 10 minutes later she brought our drinks. We said we were ready to our order appetizers and in fact we were ready to order our entrees also. She said great! I'll be right back! 15 minutes later she came back and said she was ready to take our appetizer order. We gave her both, asked questions about the menu. In the mean time another server brought bread to our table. 20 minutes later we got our dumpling appetizer. They were great! An hour has gone by and we were getting hungry. Our server is bustling around, but we were feeling a little invisible. We asked another server if we could get our water refilled, they did. Our server eventually came by and mentioned the food should be coming soon, and asked if we wanted more cocktail's since ours were long empty. Only one of us ordered another. At the hour and a half mark our meals arrived. Two filet minions, a Dover sole, and a duck. All were hot perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Just had to wait over 50 minutes for them to come to the table. We asked if the cocktails one of ordered was ready. She disappeared for 5 minutes and brought it by. We were done quickly because we were hungry, the steaks were particularly juicy and tender. We asked about dessert, she said she would be right back. 5 minutes later she brought dessert menus, by now we were quite done and just asked for our checks. It took another 15 minutes to get our checks, wait for her to pickup our cards and produce receipts to sign. The valet electronic receipt said don't request your vehicle until you are 3-5 minutes from leaving. Which we did. When we finally left the valet said he was swamped and had 11 cars show up at the same time, he apologized, but we could wait inside it would be a bit. There was one person receiving vehicles and one shuttling them. We waited 15 minutes for our car to arrive. By now it's almost 8:45 pm. The food was great. The service was subpar at all levels. I felt our server was concentrating on the larger tables and patrons who "appeared" more affluent, working for better tip opportunities. At $150 per person with appetizers and drinks before tip, I did not feel the experience was worth the price. This is mostly for the complete lack of service at all levels. This was a one and done.

Just a series of sad experiences. The attitude of the staff each and everytime leads me to believe…read morethat the details really wont matter. Extra star for the effort put into the decor.
