This is the only cigar store in the tulsa area i will do business with. The owner is a really nice guy and enjoys what he does. Jason who works there is probably the best customer service guy i have ever met. I can walk in there and after talking to him g with Jason i walk out with 3-4 boxes of cigars and for some reason i never feel bad lol. Really good place to do business. I had heard about this place for years and they've always been charitable donors to the charity events around town. For years they were the supplier to charity fight night downtown that raised so much money for nonprofits around Tulsa. Well the time finally came when I needed to special order a couple boxes of cigars. They got the job done fast, efficiently, friendly, and fairly priced!! Cool atmosphere in this place! The best cigar shop in Tulsa! The humidor is large, and they carry all of the best selling cigars, including Arturo Fuente, Padron, Tatuaje and Drew Estate. They also are exclusive for selling the luxury Davidoff brand of cigars. James and the staff are knowledgeable, and take the time to learn your preferences, and make solid recommendations to try new cigars. I recommend buying a cigar and hanging out for a while. Went to get a celebratory birthday cigar and tried out this place because it's right down the street. The humidor has a nice selection and the staff member there was eager to help make some suggestions. This is mainly a cigar store, but they also sell some custom pipe tobacco. The big draw that it look like a smoking club, with a nice lounge area in the back for patrons who want to enjoy their cigar and private humidor "lockers" for those serious smokers and collectors. Big down size is that this is not a bar, but you can't really blame them. I'm sure they'd let you bring in your own private beverage if you we so inclined. read more

They have cigars for the first time cigar smoker--such as CAO Flavours, Vega Fina, and other mild flavored, medium bodied cigars--as well as top shelf cigars--such as Cohiba, Fuente, Montecristo, Ashton, Liga Privada, Padron, etc...--for the seasoned cigar smoker. Fogue and Bates carries a great selection of cigars which grows every month. Not only does this shop offer cigars and cigar accessories, they also offer a large selection of pipes, over 35 flavors of pipe tobacco, pipe accessories, and beautiful humidors. Next is the comfortable lounge, one of my favorite attributes of the shop. Inside, there are two lounges, one in the front and one in the back. In the back lounge there are two leather sofas, a glass-top table, plenty of seats, a pool table, and of course, a large LCD flat screen TV for catching all the games. The front lounge offers 2 leather seats as well as a couple barstools, which makes for great socialization among the other cigar smokers. Another great aspect of Fogue and Bates is the amazing events that are put on so there is always something cool to look forward to at this lounge. Finally is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Any staff member at this lounge will be friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. From the first day that I purchased a cigar at Fogue and Bates, I realized how valuable the staff members are to the lounge experience. Many of you whom have been to several other lounges may agree that some cigar shops and lounges have staff that are either unfriendly, unknowledgeable, or both. This is absolutely not the case with the staff there. It is extremely rare to find such a wonderful group of people at any kind of place, and is indeed a pleasure to be a part of such an amazing business. In business it is a basic principal that customer service is a key element to any company, and boy does this lounge have it. The walk-in humidor is much bigger than you would expect from the storefront, and there's a nice smoking area in the back.
