People who run this place don't know how to run a business. Waited almost 15 minutes before someone…read morefinally came to the window to wait on me, and they claimed it was because I was theee in the middle of a "shift change" at 3:35pm, then they had multiple issues with the employee they were attempting to train. I screwed around for 45 minutes trying to get the untrained employee to process my application to renew my license and take payment, but the inexperienced employee couldn't even figure out how to process a credit card. The manager who was trying to leave didn't want to take the time to just run the card herself. After three attempts to run my card, I finally had to demand they return my card so that I could leave after nearly an hour. I'll go elsewhere to renew my license, and I suggest you avoid these hacks as well.
