The Chopper Gallery is the best place for bikes, parts, service, and gear, Period. I ride over an hour to go there for any motorcycle need. They got me great financing with less than good credit and weren't pushy, but were always available to answer any questons. Their helmets are 50% what they cost directly from the manufacturer, and there is no way they make much money on those bikes. I mean, I got a Custom Screaming Eagle Road King for half of what Harley was asking for base Road Kings. Hell- these guys even give you free water when you show up since guys like me make the haul to come out. read more

Probably not going to buy here. Came in today to check out the inventory as I am trying to find the right bike for me since I'm switching from a street bike to a Harley. First impression of this place. There are definitely a good selection of bikes. The customer service here isn't great at all. First of all, I'm a new Harley rider so I was a bit appprehensive with buying one, but my best friend talked me into it and I couldn't be happier! I had called on three separate occasions wanting to buy a specific bike, but when I called, the bikes had already sold! They sell bikes here very quickly, so I would recommend going down there yourself and if you see something you want, get it on the spot; otherwise, it may not be there when you return! Carson sold me a 2015 Street Glide Special, which was pretty stock. He took the time to explain the features of the bike, and once I was convinced, I went ahead and bought it. What's amazing is their pricing!! I don't think anyone can beat their prices!! The financing was a piece of cake and their customer service was simply fantastic! I was supposed to have the bike sent to me on a Saturday morning, but their was a problem with the delivery service that they usually use, and went ahead and contracted an outside source which was much more expensive, but they paid the difference, assuring me the bike was delivered to me in a timely manner. I was truly impressed because in today's day and age, its really hard to find businesses now a days that go out of their way for their clients. Once I had received the bike, I called them because I wanted to upgrade on the exhaust system, and Ben, who is the Service Manager I believe, recommended I buy an El Dorado Exhaust System, by S & S Preformance. OMG! Ben hit out of the ballpark with this recommendation! Everywhere I go, people ask me about it and I am more than happy to provide them the information. I had my local Harley dealer install the system and had a Stage 1 tune done on it as well, and gained about 8 more horse power and the sound of those pipes is simply amazing!! This place is great. They are very friendly and professional. I Bought my road king from them about a year and a half ago. The bike is wonderful. Put 23,000 miles on it since I bought it and have had no problems. I stopped in there today as I was in the area and Craig the owner recognized me right away and greeted me, calling me by name. So I found this place online, I'm from Los Angeles and decided to take the drive to see the bike I saw on line. Mike salesmen helped me out and was very cool . He made sure to have my bike ready when I showed up for pick up. The neutral light was not working and was one of the items on the due bill so I'm going to get that done soon. Let's start by saying I have been riding bikes for 25 yrs. I have owned 2 custom Big Dog Choppers, therefore I know how they sound, feel and fully operate. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I found a beautiful 2006 Big Dog Mastiff with 10k miles! They were asking a price that I was willing to pay. Then upon delivery of bike I rode on out and immediately detected issues. I had troubles getting bike to go into neutral, it would also pop out of gear randomly, and if I was fortunate to get into neutral it would produce a loud clanking noise. Also going down freeway the bike would lunge randomly (they said it was fuel related) NOPE it wasn't. My bike went into service 3 times and they always said they couldn't duplicate my issues! They did a few minor repairs but would always brushed off my concerns of the tranny slippage and gear issues! Mind you at this point there was 500 miles since date of purchase but 250 were riding it back and forth to them to fix. So riding to work the other day (only my 3rd attempt at a ride since purchase date of Feb. 2020) I'm approximately 2 miles down the hill from home on the 74 hwy and I accelerate through a light and my bike popped out of gear and the clutch was flapping in the wind, also I couldn't even drop it into gear...completely locked up! Even though I was mad I still held my hopes up that the Chopper Gallery would take care of an issues that was there when i purchased it! NOPE they said they couldn't get ahold of Big Dog or Baker transmission because of Covid-19...Instead the offered to put in an Altima tranny (bottom of the barrel) instead of a new baker 6 speed that comes with a BIG DOG! Plus Charge me full retail on all parts but the labor would be on them. Keep in mind they said the tranny was BLOWN UP! They wanted to charge me $1900. Needless to say I was disgusted with their professionalism and customer care (knowing they sold me a bike with issues). I went in with a trailer and took bike and bucket of parts to another shop and they diagnosed it and are doing full repairs and New baker 6 speed tranny for less than Chopper Gallery and mind you it will be warranted! Last thing, Luke who is the counter person was wonderful to deal with and many times I sensed he was uncomfortable with telling me what they were offering. Everyone I told that i was looking for a new bike told me "STAY AWAY FROM CHOPPER GALLERY BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKED" but I like to have my own experience and they were not in this purchase for me to have the bike of my dreams they were strictly in it to make lots of cash dollars that I gave them. read more

Just bought a used 2020 Low Rider S in beautiful shape. Less than 6K miles. I paid over 20K for it. When I first saw the bike the tag was 18k. They came and pulled the tag off as I was looking at it and said it was miss marked. Supposed to be 18,900. I said I'll give you 18 today. Well you know what happened. I offered full price, but asked them for a second key fob, was told by Mike ya I will find you one, didn't happen. Asked if maybe they could deliver because of me being mister mom and doing stay at home schooling. They gave me a guys number named Paul and said it's a separate fee that they don't cover. I said I spent over 20 grand and you guys can't do anything I asked? NOPE. They did offer me a free (under 20 bucks) t-shirt and a picture which I declined. My wife took them up on it. I did not lmao. They didn't even fill the tank before I left. Had to stop at the big flag station for fuel. I won't recommend to anyone. Tell you whatever to make a sale. Bad experience. read more

Not happy with the way I was treated. Was told the fork lock would be fixed or replaced and it never happened. Had a battery protected by a piece of Velcro to keep from shorting on the frame and I was told it was fine. The final straw was when I bought a bike, I asked about a set of saddlebags. They said they would sell me a used set. It turns out it was the set the bike came with, I found the previous owners information in a hidden compartment in the bag. They came and picked up the bike to repair the battery and fork lock and returned it claiming it was repaired and it wasn't - I never even met my sales person. He did the deal over the phone and didn't have the customer service to show up when signed the deal or even when I picked up the bike. Be careful. read more

They jerked me around for nearly a week. I filled out paperwork and gave them a check on Saturday. Said I couldn't take the bike until Tuesday. Tuesday comes they say I still can't have it but they will deliver it on Thursday. Said they were "safety checking it". Thursday comes now they are trying to get out of delivering it. Finally delivered it on Friday. I don't know what their idea of a "safety check" is but it is vastly different from mine. When they delivered the bike it was out of oil and the battery was dead. Next time I'll go a block down to the Harley dealer. read more

All I have to say is the finance co was great!. Whoever did the electrical on the bike I bought, and was waiting to have the back lights put on. And I know it was some one from there. Did a horrible job!!!. Duck tape really!!!. And twisted wire with electrical tape. It cought my back tire and got all riped olff the freeway, nice job!!!. Won't go back there again!!. My 5 year old could have done better! Electrical job. I hope when someone fixes your bike that do the same with duck tape. Bummer for you it says a lot about your work ethic.and the sad part I met some friends at toms farms and one of then noticed the wires hanging down from the lights. And how torn up it was under their. What a drag!. I would never send Anny one there to have work done!. I don't even have to tell them that all seen it. Chopper gallery custom work. If you can't fix it! Duck tape it. All the wires were mixed like that found them in a box and decided to use that instead. Of doing it right!!!!. Will never set foot in that shop again!!. Ever. TOP NOTCH! Mario and his service team are excellent, out of the box thinkers. Little back story...back in May, my home got broken into and they stole every key we had...keys to my house, my cars, and of course our Harleys. No FOB, and No key...means no riding. So I took it to a a dealership, who is a shit dealer, and who's name rhymes with "Quaid Loma Linda"...and they instead of trying to figure out the code after I purchased new keys and new fob's...said they could not bypass the code...despite us giving them directions on how to bypass the code, or showing them youtube videos on how to bypass the code...just said that nope they couldn't fix it...and even went so far as to say Chopper Gallery was full of shit and they couldn't fix it. Low and behold...we take the Harley down to Chopper Gallery...and they did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do...plugged it into a computer, got the code, programmed the Fob's and we were on our way. Extremely impressed with Chopper Gallery, and very happy that we purchased our bike there, and will be returning for anything else we need for our Harleys. I went in to the Chopper Gallery after going to several HD dealerships around me. First thing I noticed was pricing. I got my 2015 Street Bob i would say 3k less than what HD would have sold one for. Second thing I noticed was these are honest people. They aren't going to squeeze you into a deal that isn't right for you just to make a sale. Initially Will and Karson made it happen and I walked away with my dream bike. Fast forward 2 weeks later I was having some issues with the bike and talked to Luke. Luke is the MAN! He had my bike towed and worked on all for free and found out the issue. After about a week and 1000 phone calls/ a million dumb questions(all from me) I have my bike back and it's running better than ever. I would recommend coming here BEFORE you go to any other dealer. The prices are good, but product selection is limited. I ordered a set of pipes, they were supposed to be in within a day or two, 17 days later no pipes. When I called to check on the status I was told "Don't call us, we will call you when they get here." The said is not their fault the product is not in, blame the shippers. Poor customer service. Went down there to purchase a bike, I had talked to them a couple times during the week and drove two hours to get there. When I got there they told me I needed to bring my proof of income with me and insurance, which they could have told me in our numerous previous conversations. Additionally when I got there they wanted almost another $200 above the deposit they previously asked me for. They had me sign a document stating I would get insurance within a day of taking possession of the bike but then refused to let me drive it off the lot. I told them I would go home and get the documents they needed and bring it back and they held on to my $4000 deposit. They then called me on my way home and told me that my source of income was not acceptable. When I asked for my money back they told me I could not have it back because the owner had cashed the check, yes within 2 hours of me leaving. Now I have no bike and am out $4000 as they refuse to return it until the owner ok's it. 1 star good bike selection and because you have too put a star read more
