    Above & beyond. Don was low key, honest to the bone, and cared A LOT that I did what's best for me and whatever he could do to support that happening. I've visited over half the Harley dealerships on the west coast over the years, and all I can say is that working with Don ranks at the top of my experiences.

    Response to your very calculated lie. I never asked to clear the 1k balance! Theres was no charge for the tires or labor as I told you i would not buy the bike with bald tires. You stated "oh no no I'm gonna put new tires we'll order right now. Who pays almost 9k for a bike then pays for tires. You created those fraudulent charges & receipt days after I left. I received receipts in the mail yesterday! If these were authentic why wasnt they given to me the day i was there in person requesting them? I purchased the bike march 3rd!! Your receipts are dated April 3rd! Even your temporary identification paper has date sold April 3rd. Again more fraud & terrible integrity. Photos attached with dates including your postage. Typical want to make it seems as if the customer doesn't want to pay. Honestly and an apology goes a long way. I wouldve paid you Double to have it complete ontime! Explain your differences in dates? Show a receipt with tires, deposits etc from the date of purchase MARCH 7th. You cant because it doesn't exist. But nice try Don. Original review post) FRAUDS!!! Run! Away from this place. I should've taken that red flag and headed for the hills. He apologized claiming to be rude because I spoke professionally, he assumed I was an insurance adj. I purchased a 2020 street Bob March 7th. I'm just now getting my bike April 3rd. I paid a total of $8700.00. 8k CASH & $700 via card. Which the slickster Don charged 1k to my card. I noticed immediately so he reimbursed me $300 cash. He falsified the transfer paperwork to the dmv. He took my money & treated me like SHYT. Then deny me a receipt for the 8k I actually paid. During the 3 weeks I didn't receive 1 call! 0 communication from them. I called multiple times being lied too hearing different stories from both guys in regards to when the paint would be done. It was agreed to be complete march 20th. After Aaron offering to have it done sat march 16th. I expressed to Don how important the deadline was as I had rides planned including my Birthday doing the AZ run. In my frustration he literally laughed in my face! Then griped! "Im not making money on the paint so it'll get done when it get done". Completely dismissive. I had to call the police as each call became an argument. I filed an official complaint with Temecula PD and miraculously got a call the next day march 30th to pick up my bike DURING A THUNDERSTORM. Again an arguing with Aaron as he Rudely snarled "to get your bike bring a thousand cash! Not card cash!!" Upon picking up my bike Aaron denied me a receipt for the $8k cash I originally paid. Then literally LIED to my face, Stating I paid $5k that was on the paperwork AS SEEN IN VIDEO ATTACHED. I walk 5ft to Don asking "how much cash did I pay for the bike?" He states 8k!!! Catching Aaron in his unethical practice. Im in multiple women moto groups at least 4 other women have had this experience. These reviews are surely friends & family of these 2 snakes!

    Just bought a bike from Don at American V Twin. He was super friendly, has an amazing selection and his prices are unbeatable. If you are looking for a great deal and a reliable bike, look no further. Go see Don. Thank you for my awesome bike. I couldn't be happier.

    My 2007 EG had a lifter go bad causing my front cam to have issues. Don went out of his way to work with me and provided multiple options for repairing my bike. What most impressed me about Don and his shop is how important it is to them to not only provide outstanding service but to exceed the customer's needs. I will definitely be bring my sled to Don for any future services and or upgrades!!

    I purchased a Harley Davidson Sportster and wanted to have 10k service completed and to have my throttle fixed due to it not resetting. I did extensive research and decided to go with American V-Twin. Great price and service. I highly recommended this veteran owned business.

    Fast, competent, professional... I was very impressed. I will give them all of my business from now in. They fixed a vacuum leak and cracked fuel hose in the tank in my S&S 111. The bike (profiled in Bagger Nation 2008) has never run better. Thank you guys! I couldn't be happier.

They said they'd give it a shot being super booked. I get it down there. And added a couple extra things that I wanted sorted if possible before my trip. (Tail wobble at speeds and my drawer/bars inspected for alignment) Well come Tuesday they haven't had time. I call and ask for just the update. I need the bike by that Thursday. If not I told them I can get the bike as is and bring it back after. Get a call. They did all of it just in time to make sure the bike was set up and ready for my trip. They basically front lined my bike to make sure it was ready and safe for my trip. I respect that because I never expected that from them. I understood I mismanaged my time. But they still took care of me. That being said every worker I've spoken to during this was beyond respectful and overly eager to help. Solid team running this place. This will be my home dealership from here on.

I figured because it's late Saturday it was going to be huge. He said the tow is free if you like for us to repair the flat. I said yes. After waiting for about 30 minutes there he was. The driver was very happy and professional (Eric) . The service guy was also very friendly and helpful. He said they are closed on Sunday and Monday is a Holiday so is it ok to get back to you on Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and they replaced my rear tire as they said. Price was reasonable. Good staff in the service area. Job well done. Highly recommended them.
