The last thing you said when I rode off was if I had any issues, for me to call you. Well, I did, and you ignored me. I love that you are blaming a Harley Davidson dealership for your selling a bike that was in neglected condition. Grasping at straws. I saw the oil and how dirty/muddy it looked. You in fact never did anything to this bike like you had said. And no, you never mentioned that the tail light was "Illegal." Be a big boy and admit you screwed up on this deal. You couldn't even remember to put the keys to the motorcycle in the envelope with the paperwork. And, you are the last person do tell me to do anything, but thanks. Honestly the best buying experience from start to finish. Don is a very down to earth straight shooter who makes fair deals and honors his word. I've been to a couple other shops in the area that come off smug, this was the exact opposite of that. I came in with a bike in mind and a bike to trade in, Don made me a reasonable offer on my existing bike and worked with me to make the deal happen. At no point did I feel pressured. There were a couple things that I had requested as part of the deal and we came to an overall agreement. The bike was in excellent condition and has been a dream to ride. During the 3 weeks I didn't receive 1 call! 0 communication from them. I called multiple times being lied too hearing different stories from both guys in regards to when the paint would be done. It was agreed to be complete march 20th. After Aaron offering to have it done sat march 16th. I expressed to Don how important the deadline was as I had rides planned including my Birthday doing the AZ run. In my frustration he literally laughed in my face! Then griped! "Im not making money on the paint so it'll get done when it get done". Completely dismissive. I had to call the police as each call became an argument. I filed an official complaint with Temecula PD and miraculously got a call the next day march 30th to pick up my bike DURING A THUNDERSTORM. Again an arguing with Aaron as he Rudely snarled "to get your bike bring a thousand cash! Not card cash!!" Upon picking up my bike Aaron denied me a receipt for the $8k cash I originally paid. Then literally LIED to my face, Stating I paid $5k that was on the paperwork AS SEEN IN VIDEO ATTACHED. I walk 5ft to Don asking "how much cash did I pay for the bike?" He states 8k!!! I dealt with Aaron on a Super Glide and everything was easy. No pressure just advice. We made a deal in a few minutes and after giving him a deposit I agreed to return in a week and finish paying for the bike and pick it up. He had asked me if I rode with a windshield or without and I had said With. When I came back to pick up the bike it had a windshield on it and he said no charge.
