Old Town Temecula Harley Davidson

Just wanted to leave this review and give a small shout out to the service team at Old Town…read moreTemecula HD. I originally just needed an update for my bike the week before a Vegas trip. They said they'd give it a shot being super booked. I get it down there. And added a couple extra things that I wanted sorted if possible before my trip. (Tail wobble at speeds and my drawer/bars inspected for alignment) Well come Tuesday they haven't had time. I call and ask for just the update. I need the bike by that Thursday. If not I told them I can get the bike as is and bring it back after. Get a call. They did all of it just in time to make sure the bike was set up and ready for my trip. They basically front lined my bike to make sure it was ready and safe for my trip. I respect that because I never expected that from them. I understood I mismanaged my time. But they still took care of me. That being said every worker I've spoken to during this was beyond respectful and overly eager to help. Solid team running this place. This will be my home dealership from here on.

Well not sure who would co e at this time to tow my HD Heritage classic my riding friend said hey you can call Temecula HD but you better hurry they close at 5. I called and spoke to service and he said let's me see if my driver is available please hold...... He said yes he is available. Before we hang up I asked what is this going to cost me. I figured because it's late Saturday it was going to be huge. He said the tow is free if you like for us to repair the flat. I said yes. After waiting for about 30 minutes there he was. The driver was very happy and professional (Eric) . The service guy was also very friendly and helpful. He said they are closed on Sunday and Monday is a Holiday so is it ok to get back to you on Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and they replaced my rear tire as they said. Price was reasonable. Good staff in the service area. Job well done. Highly recommended them.

I had an exceptional experience at Temecula BMW Motorcycle and HD, thanks largely to Jay Gullikson…read more In November 2024, I met with Jay at the Temecula dealership, just a month after visiting BMW's world headquarters in Munich, Germany. I walked in with my sights set on the 2024 1250 RT, but after several insightful conversations, Jay steered me toward the new BMW GS 1300 Adventure (Triple Black). His expertise was evident as he listened to my preferences and suggested that, for the custom configuration I wanted, a factory pre-order with a small deposit would be the way to go. He estimated a 90-day wait time, and he nailed it--the bike arrived almost exactly on schedule. Jay made the entire process seamless. He kept me updated on the build and shipping progress, which I really appreciated. When it came to financing, he went above and beyond, securing interest rates that rivaled the best credit union offers I'd seen. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction were top-notch. The sales team at Temecula BMW Motorcycles was great overall, but Jay's personalized approach earned my highest recommendation. If you're in the market for a BMW motorcycle, ask for Jay--you won't be disappointed! Additionally, I can't say enough good things about the Temecula BMW Motorcycles Service Department team, especially Dave and Kyle, who are nothing short of extraordinary resources. From the moment I started working with them, I knew I was in great hands. While eagerly awaiting the arrival of my BMW GS 1300 Adventure, I'd accumulated a hefty stash of accessories--Lone Rider Lights, Denali D7 Pro and D3 Pros, a Vantrue front and rear cam, SW Motech upper crash bars, and more. When the bike finally arrived, Dave and Kyle didn't just install everything--they turned it into a seamless, perfectly tailored setup. Their expertise went far beyond basic installation. They made sure every accessory was properly programmed and configured to work in unison, from the lighting systems to the cameras. It's clear they know BMW motorcycles inside and out, and their attention to detail ensured I got the best performance out of every add-on. They even went the extra mile to connect me with local resources for powder coating select parts with Temecula Valley Powder Coating and to keep my bike's all-black aesthetic consistent. They suggested Cerakote 21 for the exhaust pipe for that extra sleek finish. The result? A bike that looks and functions exactly how I envisioned. I'll admit, I probably stopped by the shop more often than I needed to while everything was coming together, but Dave and Kyle always made me feel welcome. Their enthusiasm matched mine, and it was clear they were just as excited to see the final outcome as I was. That kind of customer service is rare and truly special. If you're looking for a team that combines top-tier technical know-how with genuine care for your project, Temecula BMW Motorcycles Service Department--and especially Dave and Kyle--is the place to go. They've set the bar impossibly high!

Same goes for Max and all the other staff I got to meet. They were all outstanding! I'm coming back for more bikes guys!

The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was their communication--they kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. They were professional, reliable, and clearly know what they're doing. When we picked up the ATV, we ran into some unexpected issues loading it into our truck. Even though that wasn't part of the service, they jumped in immediately to help us without hesitation. That kind of customer service says a lot. Quick, efficient, reliable, fairly priced, and genuinely helpful. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing ATV parts and/or service work done.

The last thing you said when I rode off was if I had any issues, for me to call you. Well, I did, and you ignored me. I love that you are blaming a Harley Davidson dealership for your selling a bike that was in neglected condition. Grasping at straws. I saw the oil and how dirty/muddy it looked. You in fact never did anything to this bike like you had said. And no, you never mentioned that the tail light was "Illegal." Be a big boy and admit you screwed up on this deal. You couldn't even remember to put the keys to the motorcycle in the envelope with the paperwork. And, you are the last person do tell me to do anything, but thanks. But, let me offer you up this advice. Don't screw over women anymore, which you seem to have a habit doing based on other reviews. Also, we had asked for the service records, which you didn't provide. Probably because you didn't have them? Or, just another thing that you forgot? As far as my being happy; I rode her home, and had no way of knowing her neglect until I discovered you had never changed the oil/fluids. Thousands of dollars later, I am happy. No thanks to you. Over and out.
