They do have excellent eye-catching merch displays and still focused on upscale dressing and seemed like every section had a sales associate to help and areas were upkept. They are targeting heavily toward the older higher income demographics. It is especially telling when you listen to their choice of piano music in them. I would think a salesclerk would go a bit bonkers hearing taped renditions over and over of sickeningly sweet instrumental earworm inducing oldies all day long. I'm surprised this mall chain has lasted, as it hasn't really changed with the times. As times get ever more difficult with less to spend in this way, it will be interesting to see how this chain reacts.

The merchandise is high end, name brand. They carry men's, women's and children's clothing and shoes and a small section of seasonal household decor. Yesterday, I bought several gifts. The store was decorated with a pianist playing Christmas music. I found exactly what wanted and an associate carefully took the information for wrapping and sending. I saw several other things I wanted, including Christmas outfits for my granddaughters. I left without buying, but later in the day decided my girls needed those outfits. I called the store and Deidreana found the outfits and put them on hold until I got back over there. The outfits were even on sale. Returns/exchanges are easy. They put gift receipts in each package. The store is always immaculate and has lovely restrooms. There is plenty of parking around the store, although parking fills during the holiday shopping season. I recommend and will probably go back this week myself.

The prices are a little too rich for my blood, as I prefer outfitting babies and toddlers in hand-me-downs that they can throw up on, fall down in, get muddy and messy, and also don't cost $125. My 15 year old was able to find a couple dresses that she liked and a bodysuit. She was on a mission to find something in yellow, but she did not like the floral prints that kept popping up. My 11 year old, whose style is much different than her older sister, did not really find anything that grabbed her attention. She found herself browsing the more professional looking area of the store with me, but only left with a couple of button-up sleeveless blouses that were on clearance near the window of the store. Oddly enough, I purchased two of those blouses for work as well! They were only $4, so I couldn't resist. I've worn them both to work and they are perfect for a business-casual setting in the height of an Indiana Summer (which is hot and humid!). I also purchased some costume jewelry, most of which was deeply discounted, which is very good because some of it has already begun turning colors from minimal wear. I don't think I'll purchase jewelry there again. All and all, considering that this is a "fast fashion" store, the prices were decent and the staff with friendly. We will return to shop here again.

Lunch Money Boutique emphasizes sustainable fashion for the kiddos (Am I the only one who wrestles with whether to spell it as kiddos or kiddoes?). Lunch Money is located next to Byrne's Grilled Pizza. I really do love this corner, though it's definitely more of a premium corner in terms of shopping. Lunch Money? The styles are adorable (and yes, leaning toward "luxury"). The employees are friendly. The store itself is nicely designed and a genuinely pleasing atmosphere. I'm not sure what it says about me that these newborns have better fashion sense than I do, but if their parents shop here it's definitely true. For those with mobility issues, entering from the back is your best option in terms of accessibility. There is a step up-front. It's my one major downer for this entire neighborhood - it's just not particularly wheelchair friendly. I didn't end up buying anything on this visit, though I undoubtedly would. If you're looking for more premium options and care about sustainability, I'd definitely recommend a visit here. As an added plus, this is also the same building as Kids Ink.
