I feel strongly that, since I was diligent in attempting to resolve prior to shipping, they should take the item back and refund me the money. Edited: after posting this review and writing another email, I was contacted by customer service and allowed to return the item. Still one star off because it shouldn't have been so difficult.

After paying, she rudely pushed the bag over to me on the counter without even a thank you. My wife is Asian so perhaps this may be a bias thing. We've shopped at this location many times in the past and the customer service has been degrading over time. Consequently, we will never shop this location again. If I were Jeanne's manager, I would immediately institute remedial training. If her attitude continued into the future, I would be forced to let her go.
