I visited this fantastic food truck yesterday! I have always wanted to stop by their Greenwood location but haven't been able to yet but this location is nearby work for me so it was a perfect chance to try! The workers there were so nice and friendly answering questions we had about their menu and something that stood out was being gluten free and celiac free! The fried chicken was crispy and seasoned to perfection while our sides like fries and collard greens were a nice pairing! The flavoring of those sides were creative and delicious but I think the big winner was the chicken! I cant wait to come back again!

Best crunchy fried chicken skin l've ever had, came for the collard greens (they are waiting on Tacoma permits to serve them here, hurry up, Tacoma red tape!!!!!) stayed for the fried chicken and loaded fries. Everything I made with care and is hot, fresh, delicious. Two person staff both extremely friendly, will be back again!

As a Filipino who has family that makes restaurant quality food, he is picky with his food but he said the flavors here are pretty close to how his family cooks it. I am always on the hunt for good kare kare and I saw they serve it so I was already super excited to go. We arrived around 1ish pm and we were able to find parking and enter inside where we saw three tables occupied with happy customers enjoying their meals. They have small tables and large tables, but definitely plan ahead as most of these tables seat 2-4 people. They have a section at the left end of the order area where you drop off dirty dishes in bins as well as a condiments section. They were playing some American pop songs that were remixed but it fit the vibe of the place. Additionally, they do have a grocery side which I definitely want to check out next time I'm there. We were greeted warmly by the owner who was cheerful and patient with us. My boyfriend got their longganisa and lumpia and he was asked if he wanted adobo sauce on his rice which I thought was neat! Now, here is where my complaints from as I was not offered the same treatment on my rice, told that they aren't serving kare kare, they don't have labels for the food at front, and some of the food was cold. I got the pork sinigang and dinakdakan which was pretty good and flavorful. They do have pastries, desserts and other offerings as well. It seemed like there are many regulars who come often as the owner would recognize and have friendly conversations with them. He also bid us farewell when we left while he was taking a quick lunch break, and I thought that was really sweet.

Filipino breakfast is made to order rather than pointing at your 1 or 2 choices. Wait time was about 10-15 min. It was another busy Sunday morning. For 3 orders of breakfast it came up to about $78!! A pricey breakfast!!! Should've gone to Denny's....but we were craving rice and real food. Family friendly. Ample seating as long as people are courteous to leave as soon as they are done eating. This time it was quite smoky in there.

I've never had and really wanted to see what they hype was all about. The owner was super nice, and the person on the phone (lady) was so sweet and put my order in for two. I'm so glad I went with 2 not 3 because these things are HUGE! As big as my head/profile. I really enjoyed eating them. So crunchy and just something new for me. They did taste like lumpia for me - not Shanghai but the actual eggroll kind. The ends of the empanadas were the best part in My opinion. OMG' I can eat that part all day lol. Also, I was so surprised (spoiler alert) about the fried egg inside. It made the empanada like a breakfast burrito! Lol so good The actual restaurant is in a strip mall type area with other cultural restaurants, and loved the Filipino displays and decorations. Love that. And the owner told me he was from Ilocos where they learned how to cook these. They had the hot Buffett with the traditional foods, and I liked that they had goat papaitan. I was tempted to buy but didn't. I did end up with cassava cake. Oh, that brings back good old memories of my mom making this! Thank you HERITAGE! Love the name too!!!

I came in right at 11:30 to all the hot fresh food looking soooo good. I ordered the 2 meat plate with a side of pancit. I got the dinuguan and the pork sinigang. Dinuguan had nice chunks of pork meat in it, not just fat. Sinigang was nice and hot and sour. Pancit bihon was flavorful and the noodles were not dry. To the people complaining about the owner being rude, he's not. He kind of has a bit of a harder tone of voice (if you have a Filipino dad or Tito's you know what I mean) not uncommon for Northern Filipinos, but that doesn't mean they're mean! I asked the owner what part of the Philippines they're from and he said he was from Pangasinan, Northern Philippines and I told him my family is also from Northern Philippines. He was quite nice and asked me if I've been here before and I said it was my first time but that everything looked really good. He thanked me for coming in and was very hospitable in the "Tito-way" that I miss from my uncles. You can taste the love in the cooking!

The food was served on paper plates with a scoop of rice, which didn't help with presentation and honestly made me lose my appetite a bit. The space also felt rundown and could really use a deep clean--you can tell it needs mopping and some general upkeep. That said, the owner or staff working was very nice, friendly, and easygoing. With some improvements to food quality and cleanliness, this place could definitely be better.

The lumpia come frozen in bags of a dozen, making them easy to store and cook whenever you're ready. We fried them at home and they turned out perfectly crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious - better than many restaurant lumpia we've had. Their vinegar and sweet sauces are also fantastic and pair perfectly with the lumpia. The banana turon were my favorite! The value is excellent for the quality and portion size, and I really appreciated their YouTube videos with clear, easy-to-follow cooking instructions. The process was completely foolproof, even for anyone new to frying lumpia at home. The only downside is their limited hours, which can make planning a bit tricky. That said, once you've stocked up, it's well worth it. Highly recommend if you're craving great lumpia at home--this will definitely be a repeat purchase for us!

And don't skip the individually wrapped Peach Mango Pie--it's crispy, sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal. This Jollibee is located inside Tacoma Mall, kitty-corner from Nordstrom Rack, with plenty of convenient parking. It can get very busy, so expect about a 10-15 minute wait to place your order and another 10-15 minutes for your food during peak times. The place was clean and organized. The cashier who took our order was polite, patient, and friendly despite the busy dinner rush, making the ordering experience pleasant. On this visit, we ordered the 10-piece Chickenjoy bucket with two sides, gravy, and three Peach Mango Pies. As always, the chicken was juicy and tender with a lightly seasoned, crispy golden crust. Dip each piece in the savory gravy for the full Jollibee experience. It's truly finger-licking good! Despite the wait, the food is well worth it. The standout was the adobo rice: flavorful, well-seasoned, and genuinely the star of the meal. The chicken strips were solid--crispy and tasty in the same way good fried chicken is from most places. The special sauce was a real win, too: an almost umami Sriracha mayo that elevated everything. I also received a peach mango pie that looked a lot like those McDonald's handheld pies, though I didn't try it this time. One small off note: while I was there, a child from the group ordering behind me climbed onto the ordering/pickup counter with dirty shoes and all. Neither the parent nor the employee seemed bothered by it, but it's the surface where food is handed over, so it felt a bit off-putting. Overall, though, the food and service made for a positive visit. The adobo rice alone is enough to bring me back.
