The carne asada tacos were delicious - the meat was perfectly grilled with that slight smoky char, incredibly tender, and packed with bold, authentic flavor. Every bite had the perfect balance of juicy carne asada, fresh toppings, and warm tortillas that held everything together without overpowering the star of the show. I also ordered the carne asada plate, and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous and everything on the plate complemented each other from the seasoned meat to the sides. What really stood out is how simple, yet high quality everything is. No shortcuts, just real flavor and consistency. You can tell this is a spot people keep coming back to for a reason. Their chips and salsa is the perfect starter, especially with their salsa verde (my favorite). The esquite was also delicious with hot Cheetos on top. If you're in Puyallup and looking for delicious Mexican food, this taco truck is a must try!

You would eat anything at that point. LOL! The Taco truck is located on the parking lot of Shell Gas station on the corner. I ordered the 3 Quesabirria tacos (shredded beef) for $14.50. It came with the consume dip on the side. I dipped my Quesabirria tacos in the consome dip and it was so delicious, so flavorful with generous filling. I was full on the 2nd one. That was satisfying and truly made an impact on my taste buds that I could not forget. I'd like to go back again like real soon! Highly recommend! =D

Ordering and payment was a snap though this place is pretty pricey! We ordered the chicken bites, garlic fried rice and the marinated veggies and dined inside Beer Star. It was packed at 5 pm on a Friday. Service was prompt. 5 min wait for piping hot food is not bad. Once inside Beer Star, we found a table. It was surprising to see so many kids running around, family gatherings and being a pet friendly business a lot of them furry friends. Getting to the food, it was truly amazing. The chicken bites was the star of the show. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Perfectly battered and thoughtfully crafted. Its gluten and celiac free. We got the chicken bites loaded (for a couple of extra bucks) with hot oil and aioli. The garlic fried rice was slightly al-dente and quite oily. It slightly complemented the chicken. imo it could have used a few more ingredients like eggs?. The marinated veggies was fine and mostly eggplant. Next time I would probably stick with the chicken and try their wings with hot honey. Organic ketchup, napkins and spoons are self serve by the food pickup window. Limited hours 4 to 8 pm and yes they do run out of food, so go early. It a small parking lot (7-8 cars) with some street parking mostly taken up by Beer Star patrons. It's located in the Beer Star lot which is pretty small and has limited parking, but parking in the area isn't too bad. It's nice that you can dine in at Beer Star with your Chicken Supply order! And Beer Star is pet friendly! We love seeing all the dogs that come to hang out, and can't wait to bring our dog one of these days. My boyfriend loves their chicken bites, but the thigh is my personal favorite. The wings are really good too, but I think they're too much work compared to the other 2 cuts. All of the chicken is perfectly fried. It's so crispy and light on the outside, while the chicken meat is juicy and flavorful. I wouldn't be surprised if they use MSG because the chicken is very addicting. I've tried a number of their sides but the garlic rice is my favorite. It's very fragrant if you love garlic! The loaded fries were good in the sense that the fries are very crispy and the toppings are very tasty. However, the toppings are sparsely drizzled over the top level of fries, so once you eat through that layer, you're left with regular fries. The collard greens were very tasty but I found them to be too salty to eat on its own or with the chicken; that being said, I think it goes really well with rice! Their pickles are flavored well and pair up so nicely with their fried items. The marinated veggies were okay. They are served cold and were my least favorite out of everything that I've tried. Overall, this is one of my new favorite places and can't wait to be back!

Service was fast friendly and efficient. The truck is beautiful and the menu is very easy to read, with ample choices without it being too much to choose from. The four of us ordered the Philly sandwich with tots, kids 2 tenders and tots, a blue raspberry lemonade and the gumbo collard greens. Got out just under $63 with the tip included and it was very worth it. Portion sizes are great and food quality was even better. The Philly was dressed with tomato, lettuce, onion, cheese and a sauce. Tasted like a gyro and a cheesesteak had a baby with good hair! That meat was tender juicy and flavorful! Not only was the toasted bread nice and soft, but it held up with all the meat that was stuffed into it. It was exactly how it should be, more meat than stuff. The kids tenders were cooked to perfection. Simple, crispy and juicy. Tots on both meals were crispy and seasoned well. We chose fry sauce for the tots and it did not disappoint. Very close in taste to the burger sauce at in-n-out. The star of the show was the gumbo collard greens! Babyyyyy!!! When I tell you she know how to make some soul food, believe me. The flavors coming out of that bowl had me tussling with my kids for the last bite. I've never tried adding greens to my gumbo before, but I might have to from now on. This experience, from start to finish, was one I want to have again and again. I recommend trying whatever soul food item she's offering on the menu when you visit. Someone walking by as we were waiting, said to get the wings with the "oohwee" sauce. I'll try that next since I see myself going back again and again. 10/10 recommend.

The staff was super friendly and I really like the amount of options they had. I got the chicken Larb and the beef jerky and it was ready in about 12 minutes. The beef jerky was sooooooooooo good! It had great flavor and perfect texture. I wish it had prik Nam Pla instead of the jaew but that's just my personal and very unpopular preference lol The Larb was good but was extremely limey and I LOVE me some lime. I had to add some soy sauce to try to balance out all the bitter and citrus from the lime juice. I also added more cilantro since it was very basil forward. But still a solid plate of Larb. Ate every last drop. The portion sizes are decent for a food truck but I always get more when I get the same thing at restaurants. Overall, I can't wait to eat here again.
