It's a fast food chicken joint. It's kinda spendy for what it is. The chicken tenders were good. The BBQ sauce was okay. I didn't like the fries. They were patient as we were ordering and helpful with sauces and made sure to verify that the meal was rung up as we wanted. No wait but some people (Sunday). Chicken was good and moist and toddler loved both the chicken and the mac and cheese. We got the side fruit for our kid but it was just a sweet fruit cup (fyi!) and there wasn't a milk option so we stuck with water. Employees were quick to clean up messes and wipe down tables. Came here after lunch and was shocked by the lack of respect from a cashier who talked to me as if I'm special. Receipt says her name is Honey C. She was acting more like a bees stinger. I literally was just walking in line and older lady in black attire, short haircut called me up. She already came off irritable like she hates being there, but got more rude after I didn't tip. She talked very noticeably slow to me as if I have something, I'm probably much smarter than her. I didn't tip cause her attitude, and I can understand food service cause I worked in the restaurant business, but I don't tolerate when it goes over. I've managed a restaurant before and proud to say I've never talked to a customer like how she did and would've fired an employee if they did the same. After I ordered, now I'm already feeling upset that this lady was on edge, and I'm literally standing five feet from the register cause there's like a group of people waiting for their food right in front of me, but when she calls me up she says "you forgot your drink and your sauces." Unsure why there was even a need to say that when I'm literally standing near the front. I literally look at her for a second now I'm thinking she's crazy and wanted to start a fight, but I just smiled and said ok. And then walked away. The employees were all very friendly and they understand that most people haven't been in before so they had a lot of good suggestions. All together that meal was $33. Today disappointing. I ordered the tenders grilled. Yuck. They just were not good- odd smell from whatever sauce grilled in. I ate one. Husband not interested in them. Ordered fries- again mostly small pieces. Otherwise they were "fine". Mac & cheese still good. Husband ordered BBQ chicken sandwich. He thought it was good but not "come back" good. I went and ordered a sundae. They brought out a shake. I told them I ordered a sundae. Staff commented she thought I had, so she gave me a sundae & said to keep the shake. I thanked them but looked at receipt. I was charged for a shake so ... I am sure this place will do fine or ok although spendy, especially if you have kids but I compare these chicken places to Raising Cains- not even close to that quality!!! I ordered the Ultimate and couldn't finish it. It was like 2 meals in one! You can sub out your fries to any side so I chose the dirty fries. (There was an additional cost for this which they did not mention so be warned) Hubby ordered the Shaq Attack which, if you like spicy, was far superior - jalapeño coleslaw for the win! YUM!
