If you love cheese & wine then this is definitely a place you need to try. They have a huge selection of all types of cheeses, the sandwiches are good but I personally love the cheese platters & soups. Also don't freak out if you don't know a lot about cheese, the employees are super friendly & will help you figure out what kind of mouse you are. Oh & their mimosas are delicious, I get one every time. read more

I went there a few days ago and the food was good but the cappuccino was amazing!! Literally the best and I don't even like coffee. The service was excellent too. My server, Andrea, was really nice and attentive. I felt very welcomed, not something I usually feel whenever I go to Florida. read more

We ordered from here for lunch. The selection of sandwiches is very unique with premium cheeses, meats, and sauces. I had the Grilled Chicken Breast and it was off the hook. Certainly not cheap but worth the cost for sure. read more

Nice place. Great service. Thanks Alejandro for making the difference Recommended!!!

This is one of the best sandwich shops in South Florida. They have delicious meats and incredible combinations of ingredients. My favorite (although I have only tried 2 of the sandwiches) is the grilled chicken with fontina cheese, and the basil pesto and rosemary aoili is amazing. The second sandwich I've tried is pastrami with mozzarella and pesto which was just as good, but the meat was a little too salty for me. Overall it can get a little bit pricey now that they raised their prices. But it's a great little shop full of wines, cheeses, sandwiches, cupcakes, and salads. A must go for something totally different. Sometimes the cashiers can be a little attitude-y but sometimes they're fairly nice. It's worth the food though. read more

Okay....let me say I only had a cupcake and latte...so I may go back for food, as people keep telling me the cheese sandwiches and soups are good...I found the place pricey... $4.50 for the cupcake (tiramisu) which was good...but overpriced...and $3.79 for a tiny sized latte that was lukewarm. The person I ordered from was very friendly. The place is very cramped. read more

I never liked cheese course before too much. One of my friends suggested me to try out the cheese course at Weston. I went there. It was the best experience. The bread on my sandwich was soft. The seasoning was really good. Maurizio was an amazing waiter. He took care of us really well. Very nice guy with a lot a lot professionalism. I should've left him a bigger tip. This guy deserves a raise. I must say the manager at Weston Cheese Course really has maintained it well. read more

This is my favorite sandwich, salad, and soup shop in Weston, and I'd highly recommend eating here if you want a healthy, decent sized meal. The food (especially the cheese) is always extremely fresh. The bread and meats are very tasty, and you honestly can't go wrong ordering any of their entrees. I think the roasted chicken noodle soup and smoked salmon entrees are particularly great. There's always a bit of a wait, which is unfortunate, but while you're waiting, you can get free cheese/spread and bread samples on the left side of the restaurant. read more

This is the stuffed avocado with chicken salad. I also added grilled chicken for extra protein for $4.50. It was okay. It's fairly priced IMO. I think I'd get it again. Just wish more veggies came in the salad part- like onions, olives, etc. read more

This place was a recommendation from a friend in the area. Hands down amazing ! I took my mom here for her birthday on a Wednesday and we both loved it. From the moment you walk in its a cozy warm humble vibe. The waitress we had Alejandra was fantastic. Very attractive and gave great recommendation on what we should try as first timers. Food was excellent! Definitely would recommend I had the southwest chicken sandwich & my mom had the grill chicken sandwich. Sounds pretty basic but it was definitely not..boujee like I like to say. After we had a cappuccino with torta santiago from Spain so delicious . Already planned to come back and try new things & make it a girl's day out with cheese & wine. read more

My colleagues and I get take out from here often. It is always delicious and high quality. If you dine in, I highly recommend the chocolate fondue! I wanted to pop in for a review just because today my order was incorrect when I brought it back to work. The manager did not hesitate to correct my order and have the whole order remade and delivered to me. Excellent customer service! Thank you! read more

I have been here numerous times in the past two years, and, every single time, the TERRIBLE service overshadows the excellent food. I am usually willing to forgive the legendarily poor service. Usually. However, tonight, in the 12th hour of a steady rainstorm, I called in a to-go order for two Perfect Pairings, which involved a roasted turkey breast sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. ...I did not realize until I returned home that Cheese Course had actually put in the order for a black forest ham sandwich instead of turkey. This is problematic for two reasons: 1. It is WRONG! This is nowhere near what I ordered; 2. Not only do I intensely dislike ham, but I also cannot even eat ham because it makes me incredibly ill. I am thankful that my husband eats ham, and that he had not eaten much of his chicken salad sandwich, so we switched sandwiches. I am beyond angry. This is absolutely unacceptable. Because the menu is fairly limited, this ham mix-up is even more insulting. Do better. read more

Cheese course is always great! Love the coffee and how dainty it is. All the employees are wonderful! However, I always end up being served by Alejandro! He's super nice and very attentive! I had lunch at The Cheese Course in Weston for the first time and I'm hooked! The Cheese Course has a great reputation for their cheese and wine, but their baguettes are also delicious! The staff here are very friendly and welcoming as soon you walk thru the door. I had a half order of their Spanish field greens salad with chicken breast off their bistro menu. The greens and Manchego cheese were very fresh but I have two complaints: the chicken breast tasted like it was pre-packaged (think Subway chicken breast) and the olives were not pitted. I don't mind olives with pits but they don't belong in a salad. I almost cracked a tooth on my first bite! Other than those two gripes, the salads are great and very refreshing - especially with their iced tea. Outdoor seating is also highly recommended. read more

Wow I went here growing up as a kid in Weston I believe this is the original Cheese Course I was upset ot see they took out most of the cheese, and expanded. Although I have to say it is nice to be able to sit down and have a table and eat here. The did a nice job with the expansion/renovation I always get the same sandwich the chicken salad on white It has pine nuts basil and granny smith apples. Plus there aren't a ton of good paces to eat in Weston You know if this pace has lasted well over 20 years it must be amazing !!!!!!!!!!! read more

So yummy. Mushroom and brie soup is sooooo good. Lovely lunch spot especially for those cheese lovers!

OK but could be a lot better. Irregular hours despite website postings. Chronically understaffed. Staff with little knowledge of the menu. Soups are very good. The half sandwiches with a soup or salad are a good feature. Most of their wines by the glass are average. The cheese selection is OK. The store layout is suboptimal at best. But the prices are OK and the overall experience is worthwhile. read more

Yummo!! Today I had the stuffed avocado salad (with chicken salad) you can choose tuna if u like. Generous amount of chicken salad, very tasty with chunky chicken salad, the chicken salad has raisins FYI. The salad was definitely filling and worth the $12.00. I would absolutely be enjoying this salad again. My next item to devour will be the applewood bacon sandwich that my lunch date enjoyed Delivery was prompt, person taking the order was patient and friendly. Delivery person was also friendly. Salad also comes with fresh bread :) oh and the salad dressing is soooooo good. Sorry didn't get a pic of the sandwich read more

The food here is certainly good. The expansion was definitely necessary. I find the sandwiches to be consistent and unique when I go. Only complaint is the design they have, it's very ikea-like. By that I mean I've seen things from ikea in there like the water glasses they use. I know that's very minor but it leads me to my next point which is the chairs are really uncomfortable. They create this feel that makes you want to stay but it's hard when you have a chair that feels like a hurricane shutter riding your ass. Dessert was very good too. read more

Came for the first time with a friend who had purchased a Groupon. The service was very attentive and appreciated the decor. Would recommend coming for Happy Hour as they have some great specials! Everything came out quickly and was fresh. The cheese fondue was absolutely delicious. It says that it serves 2 but serves 3 easily. We also had the chocolate fondue was great (I mean a pot of melted chocolate so of course). We had a great experience and I hope to come again! read more

The Cheese Course in Weston's Town Center offers a pleasant menu right in the heart of Market Street. Stopping in for a quick lunch was unplanned, but thankfully they have plenty of menus around and after talking to an attentive employee I was ordering within a minute. The price: pricing was fair. $17 for a soup, small meat platter, and coffee including a tip is what I expected to pay for a light lunch. The wait: despite there being only 9 customers and 9 visible front of the house employees, this was a considerable wait. Soup, a cured meat plate, and coffee only require prep work and nothing else in terms of active cooking once you order. That being said, it was still 15-20 minutes waiting. The service: employees were polite, but they were frequently engaged in their own conversations so much so that many failed to notice me waiting later on. Two started to playfully jostle and one almost bumped into me because he was so unaware. The food: this was the highlight of the experience. I sat outside and enjoyed the tomato bisque soup. While the bread left a little to be desired, it plentiful and in the style of fresh Italian loaves. Overall rating: good, not great. I might visit again next time I'm around. read more

It saddens me to write this review seeing that Cheese Course has been one of my favorite places for years! It's been one of those places that I like to go alone and sit outside and enjoy my dinner and a glass of wine while reading a good book, or catching up on emails, but that has all changed since they became a full service restaurant. Let me comment that the expansion looks great, the way they've decorated the restaurant is adorable, but there is much more to a restaurant than the decor, it's the service and the quality of the food. I've been twice since they became full service and both times I was highly disappointed. Let's start with the first, it took close to 10 minutes to be greeted by a waiter, and they were not busy, MANY empty tables, with lots of servers just standing around. Took lots of time to get silverware and drinks. I had to flag another server walking by who wasn't mine to bring me sugar for my coffee. Food came out in a reasonable time but took close to 30+ minutes to get a chance to flag our server down to get the check to pay, many servers hang out outside or behind the counter just chatting. When we finally flagged him down he winked at us, and we had to just let him know we weren't here to flirt but rather to pay our bill. Now on to my second experience, I don't have much to complain about personally besides the size of the salad bowl. They stuffed the salad in this miniature bowl, and when you try and mix it your bowl completely tips over spilling the salad. We asked for extra dressing and received it when we were almost finished with our salads. Our observations around us showed that many of the guests were highly unhappy with the service as well. The people to the left of us never got an extra plate they asked for many times, the bus boy said he couldn't find cleaning cloths to clean their table, the people to the right of us had to get up and go get their own forks and the people across from us were doing everything in their power to flag down the server to order some coffees. I don't foresee this working out for this restaurant if they don't realize the issues at hand here, the service and do something about it. I would like to return with better service, so I hope they're reading these yelp reviews and reflecting on ways to improve. read more

Love is Gouda! It's all cheesy and I wouldn't have it any other way! Out of all of The Cheese Course locations, this is by far my favorite. I adore it! Coming here on a weekend is my favorite way to pass my days off. This place makes the best little date option, look no further. I love coming here. I've tried all of the cheese courses and #46 (Cow, Sheep, and Goat) and #51 (& Truffles) are my favorite. Like soup? I'd recommend their tomato bisque. Into sandwiches? #18 (Smoked Salmon) and #5 (Grilled Chicken) are great! read more

Ordered pickup via DoorDash because restaurant was not picking up phone. Upon arrival, received notification that order was going to take much longer than expected over an hour later. I thought estimated time was unreasonable for 1/2 a sandwich and soup. I tried to cancel via app and but DoorDash would not give a refund. So after waiting 10-15 min to speak to a manager, I was told manager was too busy and that they couldn't cancel the order on their end. I said I would return when food was ready. I received another notification that order should be ready based on estimated time. After arriving a second time, we were informed order was canceled by restaurant. I asked if they could make a sandwich, but they said no because they had other orders. At this point, it's 1 1/2 hours after placing order. They did not want to give a refund, but I would not leave. After arguing, they gave less than our order amount and I said it wasn't enough. Eventually ended up giving us the difference. They did not apologize or try to correct the situation. They wanted us to leave with no food or refund. Awful customer service and a waste of time! Place has gone downhill. Won't be ordering there again. read more

I've given Cheese Course so many chances over the 20+ years they've been in business. It used to be that the place smelled so bad and I never liked it. Until only recently, they didn't have a full menu of food you could order and sit down to eat. Once they built out the place properly and developed the menu, I've always wanted to love it... but there's always something wrong. I once went and there was an extremely rowdy and drunk table of young adults home from college probably. Multiple customers complained and the manager did nothing to calm them down. They were also vaping inside the restaurant and a customer had to ask them to stop since she was a cancer survivor and concerned about her health around vapes. The place is dirty, customer service is lacking. The acoustics in the place suck. They still don't carry oat milk. I once found a hair in my scrambled eggs with salmon. Always something... and recently they were shut down by the health department for several very disgusting offenses. I won't go back. read more
