This lounge is okay. It's overated in my opinion. There is always a wait wherever you are. The food choices are limited. They always run out of food. They let too many people in. I much prefer the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounges.

Located near gate D this Amex Club is a busy one. It has an interesting elongated layout. Staff were welcoming. The food was pretty much standard for Amex clubs with an emphasis on chicken as the protein. I had a fifteen minute wait to gain access.

Fairly easy access, just off the Skylink escalator. We were lucky enough to have an early flight, but just in time for breakfast hours with many open seats available. It was a great surprise to see a fairly empty lounge almost all to ourselves. We really enjoyed the fresh juice options and the fresh beets shots, perfect little boost for our travel day. They had plenty of hot breakfast options and delicious fresh fruit at the buffet line. There weren't many employees to be seen because it was so early in the day, but there was also speedy clean up after we had finished our meals.

Checked in again a few days later on my way to my home city. Same food. But this time the ice cream station was opened. Bc they manage the crowds outside with the wait list, the lounge was a lot easier to maneuver but it still took me some time to find a seat. I had gone to the bathroom and a lady decided to usurp my table even though my suitcase was there. my suggestion is to allow guests to put up signs like occupied and then they're responsible for taking them down when they leave.

May return The 3 star ranking can blame on the Atlanta's - we were happened to be there a few minutes after they first opened. So... DFW is better than Houston. The narrow long corridor looking down on the lower level, entrance way and shops. The food court is small and people do line up. I also visited capital one, which I felt is better.

Every time I come into this century Lounge at DFW it is a different experience. Most days its too crowded to get in and other day these people cannot control their kids..When it is not as crowded, the service is worse. This time it was about six p m on a saturday and walking in was easy but it was barely enough seats. But several people were able to get in no problem without being turned away. Today plenty of cookies food and liquids in the area, but trying to get a cup for the coffee or a glass was almost like pulling teeth. I had to eat on the little nightstand next to my seat because the two tables next to me full of dishes for about twenty minutes. And trying to flag someone down to get them clean was near impossible. The staff seems overwhelmed with all the people who pile in here, but the front desk to check in people is fully staffed all the time for no particular reason. I get it everybody has their role and plays their part. But when things are looking horrible, other staff should step up and help those we're trying to catch up and keep up with a great experience for the customer. Overall, the American Express lounge in Dallas Fort Worth is still promptly. One of the worst I've been to and none have been better than my Baltimore (The Club at BWI) experience.FYI Available to Priority pass members. .Time and time again the experience there is always great.( sorry back to DFW) They are at a pretty big airport with plenty of people, all the time and the food is still better than what you get in the airport.Overall in 9 visits here in 2025 they get a 3 stars. Dont compare this to your other lounges before you go as you will be disappointed. But overall it's par for the course.

The lounge is large and has a nice second floor view of the terminal. It was pretty busy, and there was a 20 minute wait for entry. The staff up front did a great job of handling the crowds. This is the second Centurion Lounge I've visited, and maybe it's the high hopes I had after many visits to the PHX one, but the food here was thoroughly disappointing. Literally nothing tasted good. It's pretty similar to a standard Priority Pass lounge. Overall, good space to sit and rest, but don't come hungry. In fact, I saw tons of people bring in outside food.

An nice place to rest before or between flights. The Centurion lounge is located in Terminal D at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, across from Gate D12 (mezzanine level, above the D15 security checkpoint). It's easy to spot with the signature blue entrance that stands out right away. Check-in was smooth with kiosks, computers, and staff on hand to help scan your eligible Amex card (like Platinum) and boarding pass. From there, you take the elevator up to the lounge. The space is large with one entire wall of windows overlooking the ticketing area below, offering a nice view of the airport action. There are plenty of seating areas--couches, tables, and chairs--but it was very busy during our visit, so finding a spot was challenging. They have individual quiet rooms for phone calls or small conferences if you need privacy. There is a full size conference table. The full bar serves complimentary drinks (including cocktails), and the food buffet was excellent. I had a chicken dish that was fresh and excellent (and hot). The food was delicious, and you can go back as often as you like for refills. Staff continuously cleaned up areas as people left, keeping things tidy despite the crowds. They made several announcements to keep bags off the furniture (many used them as placeholders or to save space). If you have time for a layover or connection, this is a great spot to take a break, grab a bite, or have a drink--well worth it for eligible cardholders. Enjoy!

Update for Jan '25: It was the morning of the unusual snow storm in Dallas, and DFW was about to close so tried to get on a really early flight. Not a fan of lounges this early in the morning, but decided to stop by since I had a little time (had gotten really early to the airport again) and took the train from my departing terminal to terminal D. Learned some new things about the lounge: It opens at exactly 5:30, but only serves a continental breakfast until 6:30 (at which point they switch over to hot). The bar opens at 7. Did have a decent chocolate croissant and then was on my way. Will need to use this more regularly though once Delta enforces the 15 visits per year limit on their Sky Clubs.

One of my regular go-tos when traveling through DFW Airport. Sometimes it's crazy pants with lines stretching through the airport corridor (pro tip: execute Plan B and find a decent restaurant instead); other times it's peaceful. It's really a crapshoot. The buffet is almost always amazingly delicious. The bartenders do their best to keep you happy and keep the line moving. The service staff are almost always the BEST.

While visiting airline lounges is certainly a unique thing that only so many people have experienced, there are different classes of airline lounges, and I truly believe that Centurion Lounges are among the better ones (at least within the United States). I had always looked forward to traveling through Dallas or Philadelphia, or another city with a Centurion Lounge. In fact, when I was first introduced to Dallas's Centurion Lounge, I got spoiled enjoying a free massage when passing through each time. While this is no longer offered in the Dallas lounge, there are many other amazing benefits of the Centurion Lounge that keep me coming back. The Centurion Lounge is known for chef-inspired food and drinks that go well beyond cheese and crackers and house wines. While there are Admirals Clubs and The Club (among other lounges) which I have passed through in Dallas, the one I plan my layovers around is the Centurion Lounge in the D gates. Having heard stories of long lines and waits, I was pleased to have no wait though I was warned that I arrived before food started being served due to taking a red eye flight. Fortunately, I only needed to wait ten minutes (until 6:30 AM) for that to happen, and there were a few cold items available like orange or apple juice and both butter and chocolate croissants. Even checking in today was easy as I arrived to the exterior entrance of the lounge, went upstairs, and then was checked in at the counter right outside the elevator. There was a long relaxing lounge area and then a bar with plenty of seating. I initially sat in the relaxing area until the hot food was served and then moved to that area. There was plenty of a variety of hot dishes and cold dishes which would even put a restaurant to shame. I was fascinated to see that the food just kept coming out. I was certainly filled up prior to heading to my flight shortly thereafter. While my gate was in Terminal A, I took the Skylink train and found that it was only a 5-10 minute walk to get from my A-gates to and from the Centurion Lounge in the D gates. Specifically, the Centurion Lounge is located in Terminal D, across from gate D12 among the shops and restaurants. The hours are 5:30 AM to 10 PM daily, which is longer than hours at some of the other Centurion Lounges. The lounge's amenities include a premium bar with complimentary drinks and food, high-speed wifi, workspaces, print/fax/copy, and magazines and newspapers. To access the lounge, you'll need to be flying out of DFW on the same day and hold an eligible American Express card like the Platinum or Centurion card. While many clubs offer an opportunity for anyone to buy a one-day pass, the Centurion Lounge does not. Rather, only American Express card holders who have a Centurion Card, AMEX Platinum, or one of a few select other cards can access it complimentary as a card benefit. There is a per-person guest charge while the card holder can continue to access the lounge for free unless the cardholder has spent over $75,000 on their card. Feel free to read up more about the Centurion Lounge at https://thecenturionlounge.com As I travel again soon, I look forward to my next visit to this lounge!

Had a layover here in Dallas, glad to experience some Texas style food without leaving the airport, the chef did a good job and the food was packed with flavor and the jalapeño was spicyyyy. The agave syrup was something I didn't expect, it was great pair with coffee or ice tea.

At the Amex Centurion lounge after 2PM. We have a 2.5 hour lay over here. Much better lounge than the Lufthansa waiting room. The place is busy and narrow and packed. Lots of ice tea stations with guava, not fi The food line is long, longer than at the Delta lounge and only one station to get food as well. The food options are better than at the boring and tired Delta lounge. This is the first Centurion lounge I know about. Not bad. The curry chicken is okay, could be a bit more trimmed up. The kale Caesar is okay. The tomato basil soup is my favorite here. Had a couple of bowls of it, added some sour cream to make it more creamy. It's good on its own. The white chocolate and cranberry cookies aren't bad, super sweet though. Service is quick here and the staff are quick to clear your tables. The blueberry cobbler was good as well.

I never understood why in the world you'd want to book a suite just for a layover, like why?…read more WELL, here's why. Long layovers are only fun if you're lounge hopping or shopping around and walking around the airport. It's all fun and games until all you want to do is take a nice nap when it's well past the hours of the night and your flight is not until the next morning. It's too short of a layover to book a hotel room but also too long to be not curled up in a blanket in a private space to catch some zz's. Thanks to Priority Pass, we decided to give these guys a try and we're so happy we did. Me and my husband each had 1 hour for free so we were able to book 2 free hours of nap time! We split it up pretty evenly where we got our first couple of hours walking around the airport and moving our legs/working in our computers. And then, when it was about 2am, we went to our Minute Suite and spent 2 wonderful hours napping in quiet. What I loved about the experience is you get pillows and blankets and can really enjoy a dark, private and quiet space even with dimmable lights and white noise if you need. If you prefer to work or watch TV that's also available. Overall pretty awesome experience, the only thing is I think they were doing some work at the airport and you could hear everything so maybe having some kind of a sound proof would be awesome. The couch had a bit of a wear and tear but it's fine we just covered it up with extra blankets. All in all, amazing experience! If they provided sanitizing wipes to make you feel like it's super clean after the last guest this would be even better. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend and from now on, I'll be sure to book these especially during long overnight layovers.

Every seat has access to power outlets and USB ports for easy charging. They also have United Club WiFi that's easy to connect to- not fussy with passwords and such. The food assortment was great for such a small lounge. I took advantage of all the fresh fruits (which was excellent quality) and helped myself to the oatmeal bar where I added lots of fresh fruits and nuts. I also had a hashbrown which was awful (the frozen and reheated kind), but was salvaged by its accompanying salsa, which was good. For 06:00, it was extremely busy and hardly any seats available. Compared to other United Lounges I've visited, this one is comparatively small. After finding my seat, I headed for the breakfast bar. The selection was ok, not great. They offer two trays of hot items, potatoes, bacon and egg bites. A selection of breads, condiments and fruits. A multi functional coffee machines. Overall, it was a good experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Despite being busy or not, facilities should have more staff to keep it clean. This is a privilege lounge to those paying $59 per visit, per person. It goes without saying that facilities should be pleasant to each guest.
