Capital one lounge is definitely worth it if you have the venture x card and like to travel. The food in here always looks so gourmet and they are delicious. Iv come in here a few times right before a flight and I get my fill. If you have a long flight you can get drinks before which make the flight extra enjoyable. Get as much as you like, it's free.. with membership. There are plenty of quick options too that you can take to go like fruit, pastries or sandwiches. The place is very chill. Feels very up class. Bartenders are great and staff makes frequent rounds to pick dishes. Worth it
Located in terminal D DFW airport, Capitol One Lounge, this is one of a few Capitol One Lounges. I've been to the one at Denver so I knew that this lounge would not disappoint. If you can, stop here on a layover! The service is amazing. The food options are phenomenal. Unlike other lounges, they have to go meals and bags that you can grab. But I had time. I actually arrived in between breakfast and lunch so I had both. Their sit down meals are finer dining. They don't have kid options except dessert so if you have picky eaters this might not be the place to splurge. I tried the relaxation room which was quiet but the chair wasn't working .
A fantastic experience. They had showers, yoga room, relaxation room, good amount of seating, bar, snacks, dessert and drinks. SHOWER: tell the front desk receptionist that you want to use it. they will prep it for you. restroom was 3/5. not the cleanest but it did the job! includes Dyson hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc. FOOD: food selection was 10/10. so tasty. something for everyone! there was even grab n go items that's pre packaged. I can't wait to come back.
I had a layover in Dallas and got the opportunity to try out the lounge. My layover was four hours and a staff member originally told me I had to wait due to lounge rules. After explaining that I was on a layover, she told me I still needed to wait. After about 20 minutes standing to the side to wait, a manager came to talk to me and said that I was able to come in. I suspect that the initial employee I talked with was new. It took me a little bit to find a place to sit (many of the open tables had signs that you had to be in a party of three or more) but where I landed was comfortable and had a good view of some of the gates. The staff inside was very friendly, including the bartender who made an excellent recommendation for a non-alcoholic beverage. The food was fresh and offered a wide variety. I also really appreciated the grab and go section if you were just popping through. To my knowledge, there are only four single stall bathrooms in the lounge. Both times I went, the line was long to use them. I didn't use any of the other amenities (showers, yoga room, etc) but I appreciated the availability. I don't come through Dallas often but would definitely use the lounge again in the future.
Capital One Lounge is located at the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport. It was the first Capital One Lounge that opened in 2021 and is located at Terminal D near Gate D22. If you have the Capital One Venture X or Venture X Business credit cards, you have complimentary access although they used to allow free guests too but have since taken that away. When you are close to the lounge you can put yourself on the waitlist using the Capital One app and get notified when they're ready for you. Once you walk in you will come across a beautiful space. There are seats, tables, and outlets + free wifi everywhere with the food and drinks in the middle. Out of all the food we got our favorites were the mac and cheese and short ribs. There was a full bar where they served their signature cocktails; we liked the blazing saddles and butter pecan old fashioned. There was also a worker carrying a cart of complimentary champagne and of course we took advantage of that too. Other amenities included a fitness room, relaxation room, showers, and luggage lockers. The lounge also had snacks and ready foods like sandwiches and wraps that people could take to go. The workers also gave us bags where we could hold these foods with us when we left. This was a really cool lounge and I'm glad we were able to stop by during our short layover.
This capital one lounge in Dallas Texas is a very nice one with very good food and all the quality perks that Capital one lounges have to offer. They had a waitlist when I first arrived but it moved faster than anticipated and I only had to wait for about ten minutes . The bar seating area is very chic and modern as are all the facilities including a gym, relaxing rooms and showers that you can book ahead of time. The deviled eggs with roasted corn on the buffet bar were delicious and I think about them often. As good as it gets for airport clubs.
I always love this lounge. This lounge is part of the reason I keep my Capital One card as I visit almost twice a year. The food is always fresh and the staff is often very kind. I love that. I can sit somewhere with strong Wi-Fi while having delicious drinks such as cocktails or lattes while eating delicious food. Sometimes the lounge does get a bit busy, but I have found that when it is busy, they usually set up a waitlist right at the entrance.
Capital One nailed the experience, spacious lounge with distinct areas and rooms, so it never feels crowded or chaotic. The menu stands out with genuinely diverse, authentic food and drink options, not the usual airport filler. The to go bag was a nice touch that actually sticks with you. Staff was attentive without being overbearing.
I fly to Dallas a handful of times a year, and on my way home, the Capital One Lounge at the Dallas airport makes the trip home a lot more comfortable. I typically get in within 5-10 minutes, but I do favor morning flights, which makes the lounge a little bit more accessible. I think the longest I've ever waited is 20 minutes. Once inside, you're greeted at the front desk and get all checked in within 2-3 minutes. With the wifi password in hand, all that's left is to find a seat. There's usually plenty, but I favor the bar-style searing near the drink dispensers. Easy access to snacks and drinks. And of course, built-in charging stations. I'll spend an hour or so there during most visits, and enjoy whatever food they have that day. I've never been disappointed in the food selection. Last time I had a breakfast sandwich and some fruit. The pastries have been fresh every time I've grabbed one. And I like to grab a carton of water to keep me hydrated on my flight. On my way back out, I stop and use the bathrooms which are always clean, spacious single-occupancy rooms. Its a lot more comfortable to have a private bathroom space to get tidied up before a flight. I do wish they had a few more bathrooms available though. There's usually a (small) queue for the handful they provide. Lastly, there's a nice attendant to give you a nice chocolate on your way back to the elevator. There's a QR code for a survey on the wrapper, so they seem committed to creating a solid feedback cycle.
The views next to the windows are fantastic if you like to watch planes! This lounge is much bigger than the LAS one. Unfortunately the food wasn't as good for gluten free however I did find a flourless brownie which I grabbed two of lol and bartender provided me with my requested glass of milk! Lovely lounge but also packed! I'm glad I got to hang out here.
I arrived at the airport and decided to visit the Capital One Lounge in Terminal D. The lounge is nice and roomy. They had showers and relaxation rooms. I grabbed a few bites and some snacks. I had brisket, cowboy caviar, hummus, deviled egg, and their banana pudding. The food was delicious and I was able to take some snacks to go. The employees were very friendly and helpful. A great place to relax before departing on your flight.
Conveniently located in terminal D. Easy to access to the elevator. The staff are very warm and welcoming. There's a lot of choices here. Plenty of comfortable seating lots of options of food and beverages. It's very quiet inside with a nice view of the airfield.
The Capital One Lounge at the Dallas airport truly exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing from start to finish. Staff walked around often to clean up, refresh stations, and make sure guests had everything they needed. In the evening they even hosted a champagne hour which made the experience feel extra special. The drinks at the bar were delicious, especially the espresso martini. The bartenders really know what they are doing and everything tasted balanced and well made. One of my favorite parts was the grab and go section. If you ask for a bag, they happily give you one so you can take items with you before your flight. They offer sandwiches, wraps, yogurts, salads, trail mix, water, and other snacks. We grabbed a couple of things before heading to our gate and it was super convenient. The lounge itself is clean, spacious, and modern. They also have a small gym area along with yoga and meditation spaces. Showers and nap rooms are available with reservations which is perfect for long layovers. Overall, this is one of the best airport lounges I have been to. The combination of great service, excellent food and drinks, and all the extra amenities makes it an easy five stars. Highly recommend stopping by if you are flying through DFW.

This has been the 4th visit to this lounge since it opened and food, service and atmosphere has been consistently outstanding. As with prior visits the staff was warm and welcoming. This was my first time going to this lounge in the early morning and I found that they had a great selection of breakfast related options for dining in. They consistently do a great job of keeping the tables neat and tidy. Whenever I have left my table for seconds, they have usually removed my previous items by the time I get back. One thing that I have noticed is that as the Capital One lounges have gotten more popular, they have done a great job of not letting the lounge get overly crowded. They are addressing this 2 ways 1) there is now a higher spending limit for the Venture X cardholders to get lounge access and 2) they will post people at the entrance to sign you up to get paged for entry if the lounge is at capacity. So that means that even if you have the privilege, you may have to wait when it's busy. Overall another outstanding experience. read more

Great ambiance, super cute and tasty food selection and the people who work here are on top of replenishing and cleaning up for the abundance of passengers/ what a fantastic experience. The lounge design is very cool as well with a large window overlooking the planes and traffic: which make waiting and watching planes take off such a pleasure! Salud! read more
The food at this Capital One club is delicious. It has a welcoming layout and a pleasant design. I had the BBQ on grits and had to have a second. There were also some fun desserts which finished the meal. There are small tapas but you have plenty to choose from. This is even better that they have a beef dish since most clubs are chicken only. There was no wait to get in. read more

I always love stopping at the Capital One Lounge during a layover or before a flight. The lounge is spacious, modern, and moody. There's plenty of seating and large windows overlooking the tarmac. The menu rotates seasonally, but all the offerings have some Texas flair! Whether you're grabbing something to go, sitting down for a warm meal, or cozying up to the bar for a signature cocktail, you'll leave satisfied! The lounge attendants are welcoming and attentive, helping you get the most out every visit. read more
This is a beautiful and large lounge at DFW. They get busy and often have a waitlist which is easy to join in the Capital one app. There's tons of food offerings and it's hit or miss. I really liked the caprese salad and the miso butter and jelly sandwich. Both were really fresh and flavorful. Smoothie parfait and Mac n cheese were kind of bland and flavorless. I got an oat milk latte with vanilla and caramel and it was yummy. There's tons of drink options too. They have a treat area with trail mix type mixes which were really good for the flight. Overall a great lounge and experience. read more
The lounge is located near Gate D22. This lovely space is organized, good lighting, and modern decorations! A guest would check in at the desk to show a boarding pass and CapitalOne venture card to access the lounge. The staff is very personable and the team is quick to refill dishes and desserts along with tidy up food area. Staff usually pass out complimentary chocolate and politely ask that guests give their feedback via a quick digital survey. I have visited many times throughout the years and CP1 Lounge team has always giving good vibes and 5 stars service! Kudos to them! read more
Will return. This is the first of CO lounge. When we first got here a little after 11am, it was a ZOO. People are everywhere, from the entrance to the checking in counter. We left for the centurion lounge. Before boarding, we came in, because the entrance was empty. We even found a cozy corner. It's facing a runway - learnt a lot for the short few minutes that smaller jet takes off earlier - duh ha ha ha. Food is better than Amex's - hope this comment won't get me in trouble, to have my post removed. read more
I am really happy to be a Capital One Venture X card holder. In addition to the ability to use Capital One Lounges where available, we can use Priority Pass Lounges around the world. This Capital One Lounge is near Gate D22. At the Dallas Fort Worth airport, there's a good Skylink system so my flight is from E gates and I can still use the lounge without going through security again. This visit they had a wait and they were well organized about texting us. I had to wait only 5 minutes. Food is bite sized and a lot of variety. They encourage carry out which I think is awesome. Good service and a nice bar. My fav is the Tailwind lager. They have other local brews as well. Comfortable seating and power points. I think DFW was the first one, so it looks a bit older than the fresh look of the lounge at Washington Dulles. Of course I will be back. read more

I'm incredibly impressed by this lounge! I'm an Amex, Centurion lounge user but have used the Capital One lounge for my last 3 or4 trips and I've been very impressed. This lounge specifically is clean, comfortable, and the staff is incredible. Specifically Dante was very nice and made everyone feel welcomed and brig hot Ed the entire room. If you are flying through find time to stop in the lounge. PS: Alan is the man behind the bar!! read more
really solid lounge for a north american airport. definitely check in the app to keep an eye on the estimate wait time and put yourself on the online waitlist. the staff are all really friendly and nice. they also have a lot of staff walking around to make sure everything is clean and all the food is refilled. the drinks are also all really good with lovely bartenders. one thing is that i wish the lounge has more bathrooms as the wait can get pretty long when then lounge is full. read more
Had a good time again both to my destination and returning a few days later to my home airport. the takeout section is a lifesaver as you don't have to scarf down your food. Little tapas style helps with cleanliness. My only gripe continues to be the way the bathrooms are designed. There's constantly a long line along the wall because 4 stalls are lined along the wall. read more

Great lounge! I put myself on the waitlist and waited only about 20 mins. Once inside there were so many great food/drink options around the lounge. Plenty of seating too. Large windows with lots of light overlooking the tarmac. read more
I'm quite annoyed that this lounge has always become so crowded that the wait during the normal da time has been 2hrs. It's a little crazy in my opinion and the normal layover time is no longer sufficient to make it to the lounge and to my gate that I often grind myself skipping this lounge instead. Honestly, I cannot wait til the new policies are implemented in Feb 2026 so the crowd management can be a little better. read more
I had a layover in Dallas and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to finally check out the Capital One lounge! It's located at Gate D, right outside of customs if you're are flying internationally. When we entered the lounge we had to put our name on a waitlist. They estimated 15-20 minute wait but honestly we got in pretty quick within ~10 minutes. This has been by far the best lounge experience I've been to! I've been to other lounges with the priority pass which had a decent amount of food. The capital one lounge blew me away! There were lots of different meals like mango shrimp ceviche, chicken Marsala, bruschetta Mac and cheese, various salads, pastry bar, and soda and coffee on tap. My favorite dish was the mango shrimp ceviche! They consistently refilled food. They also had lots of grab and go sandwiches, salads, matcha chia pudding, smoothie bowls, and yogurt bowls. It's perfect if you want to bring food with you during your flight! We ended up grabbing a few of the smoked beef sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. My family said the sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious. There was coffee on tap that I took to go too. If I had more time, I would've liked to check out the yoga studio and other amenities they have there. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would love to come back if I'm ever flying from Dallas again! read more
I have been looking forward to checking out the Capital One Lounge in DFW. I heard great things and they live up to my expectations. If you have Capital One Venture X, you get in for free. The entrance is located near gate D21. The wait was about 15 minutes to get in. By far, this is one of the best lounge I have been to. Although, they do not have a big spread like other fancy lounge but it's efficient! I like it that the portions are smaller and served individually and not buffet style. If you like the dish, go back for second. I had this chicken marsala that was excellent. The chicken and corn dish was amazing. If I didn't just ate on the plane, I would have tried everything! What I like the most is the "to-go" section. If you don't have time to sit and eat, there are salads, mini sandwiches, parfaits and water that you can take. Since I had another 4 hour flight from Dallas to Sacramento, I grab a couple of things to eat on the plane. It was perfect! Staff was really nice and courteous. I felt very welcome. read more
