The session lasted about 45 minutes. During the entire time I only heard and felt the salt come out twice. It was literally like sitting in a room for no reason. afterward, she gave me a tour of the place and it just went downhill from there. She showed me the float tub that was filthy dirty had some cardboard board looking piece on top with a dirty bucket next to it.. Please do your research before you go to this place. I don't know who is writing her reviews, but she must have a very large spear of influence Dublin women, especially we don't settle for this kind of nonsense.

At my first session, Alicia gave me a tour of the space with different health treatments they offer. There are some excellent package deals if you visit often. Alicia was great. She had several customers in for different treatments and was easily working with all of us. The salt room is a lovely little room with reclining outdoor chairs. There are yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and a few other items for comfort. Music plays softly and there is a warm glow from the salt wall. At my first treatment I didn't really notice any salt in the room compared to other salt therapies I have gone to. Alicia said they use a finer grain of salt. Skeptical at first, I went with it, but an hour later I really did notice a difference in my breathing and feeling lighter in my chest. My other two sessions went great. This is a cool little wellness shop. I am glad to have found the Groupon. Mold exposure is no fun but Sweet Dreams treatments helped me heal faster!

The Salt sessions are $30 per session (approx. 45 minutes), but they often run specials that would be great to take advantage of. The room seats 6 and is dimly lit so it is a very relaxing experience. Tissues & ear buds are provided at each station. The lobby is really quite charming and the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to ensure that you have a pleasant experience while you are there. I really like their aesthetic very much. I had been sick weeks before my visit and had some congestion I couldn't shake. 15 minutes into the session I felt a sense of relief and was once again able to breathe freely through my nose. Again, this was my experience and I can't guarantee the same for anyone else, but I do know that there were other certain benefits such as stress reduction. Beyond the salt room that I so enjoy, there are many other services available ranging from a salt play station for kids to massage.

We got to try some of the equipment and the salt room. Focused Fitness is more of a personal Pilates studio. Get one-on-one workouts here. There are not many other places (none that I know of) that offer this type of Pilates. It is a neat concept for those who have extra money to spend on health. The salt cave was cool. It does leave you salty with a coating of white salt all over your clothes. It was relaxing. I would make the recommendation to have a light spa or ocean type music playing in the background if people want sound. Overall this little studio was really neat. They do offer massages that were somewhat reasonably priced. However, again for people who have to watch their expenditures the one-on-one fitness is a bit pricey.

I'm not sure how FF's parking works exactly, as the spac parking lot's spaces are numbered - is that a pre-development heyday thing, or what? Want to highlight the awesome viby house music playing. The space is small, but houses a lot of cool looking contraptions/pilates machines; I'd love to learn their intricate purposes in an in-depth class! Anna, one of the instructors, greeted us and told us about Focus Fitness and how things are done around here. Things are done a bit different here: Instead of classes, they run private or semi-private times with clients/members as opposed to a general schedule of classes offered, you show up, do a workout and leave. Anna also specializes in nutrition, which is exactly what I've been searching for. Official first time in a salt spa! Three of us sat in the room for the recommended 30 minutes, which is basically equal to two days at the beach. Nice reclining beach chairs, so you can get comfy when you breath in the salt-filtered air. No ambient music playing, not sure if they don't have it playing for a purpose, which could be the case. This room is used for salt room yoga, so perhaps an instructor comes in with you, thus that's your form of sound. If there isn't music any set up, maybe a suggestions for clients that just want to sit and not do yoga. Just a thought, however. Two of the three recliners have heating properties, fyi. This was such an awesome event!! Completely informal, relaxed and totally hands on!! We literally were encouraged to try out whatever equipment that peaked out interest, and Anna and Dina gladly demonstrated telling the benefits. Dina is a spunky esthetician, and I'd totally get a consult with her!! Excellent event, giant thanks to Kayla for setting this one up!!
