I'm not using toxic flea treatment, so I headed to petco for flea shampoo and a flea comb. Tell me why petco carries neither of those items?? That is crazy, these are basics. I can choose from about 20 different deshedding brushes, and 15 different different shampoos for various skin and coat issues, but a basic flea comb and shampoo? Nowhere to be found. I was able to find flea shampoo at tractor supply, but ended up having to order flea comb on Amazon. I don't know why this seems so absurd to me, but it does.

We were visibly mortified, but instead of reading the room and stopping, the worker just kept going on and on about it. If a customer looks completely disturbed, a good employee should read the situation, tone it down, or use that opportunity to politely explain the health benefits rather than just insisting it's "cool."
