The whole process was effortless and organized, from the initial phone call to the day of service. I was able to get an evening appointment on a Monday, a few days after contacting them. Their two-man crew came in and were very respectful and polite, always asking first if they needed to move things, etc. They even asked if I'd like to observe what they were doing, which I thought was pretty cool. One of them smelled cat pee on one of the rugs and so he let me know that he'd be using an enzyme spray to get the odor right out.
