He came over a few days later to inspect, and then scheduled the service a few days after that. Had about 750 square feet of travertine and tile cleaned. I was able to book them a week out, which gave me time to move the kids' toys and relocate the coffee table, etc. They gave me a time window between 9am and 11am, but they arrived right at 9am (two gentlemen). I didn't have time to vacuum under /in-between the cushions, so I was super embarrassed at all the crumbs in there. No problem! They handled that and steamed the couch. They also surprised us by cleaning our rug that the couch sits on because, quote, "it just completed the look." Man I wish I had before/after pictures of the rug because it looks brand new!
