Daniel the owner is extremely responsive and super helpful. We ran into several issues that caused the project to be delayed a bit. Daniel and the crew were super flexible. The only issue we had was our window coverings were put back on but backwards and lots of dust in the hallway and living room that was not cleaned up. These to me are very minor issues as the crew was on time each day and cleaned up after themselves.

I really was at a loss when I discovered water damage in our guesthouse with suspected mold. I…read morewasn't sure how to proceed, but one thing that was confusing was pretty much no remediation people I talked to would actually patch up the walls/floorboards/baseboards after taking them out and getting rid of the mold! Daniel and his team on the other hand.... They did everything! Daniel was so friendly and chill and seemed to know exactly what the problems were and even pointed out other problems as they went through our repair job that were helpful for preventing further damage and such. When work started, they put up plastic to isolate the problem room and cover furniture that couldn't be moved, took out all effected materials, and Daniel's guys even went to source some floor boards they had to remove due to damage which was something we were having a hard time doing ourselves. It was so appreciated on our part because he went out of his way. Real stand up guy! They patched everything up and it looks good as new and no moldy smell even a month later! When we first got a quote we balked at the price... everything is so expensive now and we weren't sure what to do, but it had to be repaired... so it was worth the price to have the convenience of the team who took out our walls and floors and such to be the ones who put it back. So overall, it made sense to go with Daniel and is team just for the consistency of the care. And they did a great job on both ends!
