Believe the hype - the reviews are accurate. After more than a year of chasing down a vibration…read moreissue on my WK2, Justin took the time to actually listen, test the vehicle thoroughly, and apply his own experience to find what multiple Jeep service centers (about five) missed. The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.

My wife and I brought our 2024 Hyundai to this shop for warranty service, which took almost a week…read moreto even begin with (car dropped off Friday the 2nd, returned to us the 11th). Less than 24 hours later the exact same issue came back, after checking and clearing with my own OBD reader the light continued to come back twice over the weekend (from the 12th to the 15th), and when we returned to the shop on the 15th to ask about why the issue was recurring and about how long an expected repair or additional diagnosis would take, the manager proceeded to become increasingly irate to the point of arguing with me and my wife. He eventually stormed into the back room, and a few moments later emerged red faced to say he was no longer interested in working on our vehicle and would be returning the parts. We will gladly be taking the vehicle elsewhere; as a week for a relatively simple job, only to have the same issue recur immediately after getting the car back seems plainly stupid. Even more so when returning to the shop, the manager or whoever he is proceeds to argue with you and your wife about something as simple as a time frame and then throws you out. Would advise staying away if you actually have questions about your car and/or what's wrong with it.
