I have been using BP to ship out my sales on Depop for over a year and noticed the prices going up not just incrementally but drastically. My packages come fully packaged, just needing a label. To print any label it was a dollar, which like alright it's 10¢ at the library but sometimes the convenience factor made it worthwhile especially if I was dropping off multiple packages. Last month, it went up to FOUR DOLLARS. That is highway robbery! Now, just to drop off a package with a pre-printed label, I have to pay a dollar?? It's free at the post office to print a label AND drop it off. I highly encourage anybody to just head to the post office and save yourself the time/money. It's truly a shame.

The crew was poorly prepared, using only one dolly at a time and moving boxes around aimlessly instead of efficiently. It was clear they were more focused on dragging out the hours than on providing quality service. From the packing of my apartment to the delivery of the boxes to the new spot - there was nothing organized or efficient about this move. I understand that we are all trying to make it in this world, but this was an experience I do not want anyone else to have. Communication with the team was ineffective, and my specific packing needs were ignored. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and the company's response to my concerns was dismissive. When I voiced my frustrations several times, they offered a paltry $210 refund (the move ended up costing over $1,300 when I was quoted half of that) and $200 credit for a FUTURE move, which does nothing to compensate for the terrible experience I endured. Then, when I said that I would still be writing a review, they said "it would complicate the process, and we would cancel the check." Shady much?
