I noticed other customers coming in and standing at the door for a long period of time, not knowing what to do, then eventually going to sit down when no one came to help them.. It was my birthday lunch and my sister wanted to take me out to eat for my birthday. This is a brand new building, a brand new restaurant to Dumas. We could not wait to try it. The service was slow, the wait staff was very unknowledgeable about the menu or the food. When we were finally able to order, both of our food orders came out lukewarm/cold and very tasteless. I had to saturated in the nasty chili sauce. The stirfry carrots were raw. The Spring rolls were dripping with grease. We had to ask for plates for the appetizers. As I have included the photo, the container that held the chili garlic paste was disgustingly filthy, crusted over and dried up like it had never been cleaned. The worst part was when I had to go to the ladies room. There were multiple cockroaches around the toilet, and the toilet was filthy disgusting and look like it had not been cleaned in a week. I have included pictures of the cockroaches also. This is a brand new building and there should not be so many dead cockroaches everywhere! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The order was wrong, the waitress got my drink wrong, it took her forever to come check on us. And then when it was time to pay to leave, the line literally had 10 people waiting in line and took forever, they provided no paper ticket for your transaction or your meal until after you had already paid and you requested it. Not one time did anyone ask if things were OK. It is almost like they had a handful of incompetent high school kids running the place, and it was a wreck. I never once saw anyone who looked like they were in charge. What a disappointment! And to think that everyone in town has been really looking forward to this place. If you want cold food, poor service, a bathroom full of cockroaches and a dirty toilet, in addition to having to wait in a line behind 10 people just to pay your bill when there was hardly anyone there, then this place is for you. If not, you might be better off going to their competitors.
