Seems like a ton of money for what I thought was a good backyard style burger but nothing fancy. I think backyard style is the best description of the flavor. A bit dry. Not super juicy. We waited longer than we expected, but good thing they have many monitors so we watched the World Cup while waiting for our food. When the food came, they were an impressive sight. The burgers were loaded and dripping with grease. My son liked his Fat Boi, but I thought the Al Pastor in the Trompo was a bit bland. The Trompo was also so greasy that grease was running down my hand and forearm while I am eating it, and I can feel my arteries hardening already! The Highway Style fries were decent. A smash patty laid between two layers of fries and then topped with melted cheese. It was decadent but a guilty pleasure. The kids gave the place 7-7.5 out of 10 and they said they would come back. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a personal order of chili cheese fries. My bf ordered one of the new chicken burgers, spicy sriracha crispy chicken, and a half order of onion rings. I don't think the sides come with the burgers, so you'll have to purchase them separately. The burger was heftyyyy!!! I could barely finish it all and didn't have enough room in my stomach for the chili cheese fries! It really fulfilled my cravings and it was exactly what I wanted in a diner burger. They were very generous with the bacon and I had bacon in every bite! (It was a bit salty tho) I like that they add the lettuce and tomatoes on the side so you can add it to yourself when you get home. My bf really enjoyed his spicy sriracha crispy chicken burger and onion rings. This was his first time having Red Onion and he absolutely loved it! 4 stars because it was quite pricy for 4 items, however, I guess it does make up for how big the portions are!

What I don't understand is why I'm charged an additional $2.50 for the lettuce wrap when I'm not even getting the bun. If you're taking something away, what's the justification for adding an extra charge? I could understand a modest upcharge, but $2.50 for a few leaves of lettuce is hard to justify. I can buy an entire head of lettuce for about that price. What bothered me even more was that no one mentioned the charge when I placed my order. It wasn't until I picked up my food and saw the receipt that I realized I had been charged extra. Customers deserve to know about additional charges before they order, not after the fact. When I politely asked why there was a $2.50 charge, the employee simply looked at me and said, "I don't know." There was no explanation, no offer to ask someone else, and no attempt to address a perfectly reasonable question. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the surprise charge. The burger was excellent, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. At this point, I don't plan on coming back. Or maybe I'll just bring my own lettuce next time. Better yet, just give me the burger without the bun, and I'll wrap the damn thing myself when I get home.
