I continue to be surprised by the flavor because I am not a fan of reheated food in general. I had an enchilada, which was more like a wet burrito. The salsa has a nice flavor to it. Still really happy with the food from here.

Simply put: I'm really impressed…read more I was looking for healthy meal prep delivery options, and I wasn't impressed with the services I found, which generally were more "buy a week's worth of food from us," with items I don't care for, whereas I was looking for something more customizable. Then I found Gainz and Shreds. I will admit I was a little bit skeptical - this seemed too good to be true. Choose and customize your protein amount? Lots of veggie choices? Double veggies instead of carbs? Ability to order a single meal through DoorDash? Not outrageously priced? Really? All of that? But it's true! Very convenient to order through DoorDash, Food is prepared well and tastes great. 3 minutes in the microwave does the job, and a healthy (for me, higher protein) lunch or dinner is ready. It doesn't get much better than that. Look forward to continuing my support for this business.

As someone who cares about eating healthy and hitting my macros, Prepboys has been a game-changer. Every Monday, 12 fresh, flavorful meals arrive at my door, and they last me through Friday. No more stressing over cooking, prepping, or cleaning -- I just pop them in the oven and enjoy. Their variety keeps things exciting week after week -- I've had Asian, Mexican, Italian, Hawaiian, and so much more. Everything looks good, tastes even better, and always leaves me feeling fueled for my day. One thing I really appreciate is their communication. They actually listen to feedback and make things right if anything is off -- a rare quality these days. If you're looking for consistent, healthy, and delicious meals without the hassle, Prepboys is the way to go. Thanks again for keeping me fueled and on track every single week!

They were the best meal prep service I had subscribed to and it is disappointing they couldn't honor their commitment.

When I came back to them a couple years later, the price point had gone up & I was priced out.) The portion sizes were large. I think it was like $12-13/meal. 99% of the dishes were delicious. I was REALLY pleasantly surprised at the flavor & taste. I expected gentrified dishes. It was good! I was also specifically looking for meal delivery that generated less waste. Planter table delivered that. I got cool enough with my driver (and tipped well!) that he brought me a little thank you plant. I loved that I had the same driver each time. It was just a really pleasant experience overall. Nothing bad to say.
