But looking back at the situation, I feel a little cheated out on the experience, since we were made to feel pretty uncomfortable as though we did something wrong, and like we had to appease our server. If ordering food at the bar and moving to the restaurant afterwards is not appropriate, I wish it had been conveyed to us at the outset. We could have sat at the bar area, no problem.
