Ordered a Large half combo half Hawaiian, when i got home it was some artichoke pizza? Called and asked if they can deliver me my correct one and pick up the incorrect one and they said no. I then asked if I can get some type of coupon for having to drive all the way back and get my correct pizza, the girl said "no were making your correct one fresh and thats your credit" I said okay how long till the new one is done, she said 10 mins. Waited 10 mins (the rest of my order was cold by then, wings / breadsticks) when i finally got my correct pizza it was cold. I doubt they re made it. I'd recommend going to the other location in Natomas! read more

There's not too many chain pizza restaurants that get it right IMO, but this Pizza Guys location did not disappoint! We ordered two large pizzas, and both were full of delicious toppings. Hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. After having difficulty with their online ordering system, the person on the phone was friendly and quickly took our order for pick up. New resident to Sacramento and found Pizza Guys! Their pepperoni pizza is a must-try, the pepperoni was perfectly cooked and the cheese was gooey and delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of chew, and the fresh toppings were bursting with flavor. .Their dough was light and airy, not too thick or thin, and the sauce had a great tangy flavor with each bite. Recently was passing by and saw they had a lunch special; any small 1-topping pizza & 20 oz soda, so thought I would give it a try. There's no where to sit inside, it's more of a order and take home place, but the customer service was so friendly. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and added olives & mushrooms, each additional topping is only $1. The wait wasn't bad at all, only took ten minutes. The pizza was hot and flavorful, I really enjoyed my combo and will for sure consider pizza guys more often for lunch given this great deal. read more

Last night. Around 9:40 pm. Ok the service was great, The Pizza was Fantastic! My problem was with payment! I used apple pay and it was declined twice so I used my bank ATM card it too was rejected twice. Once using the scan feature and once inserting the card. So four payment methods used and all four times declined. So I went to apple play and it showed two transactions of $35.87 paid then went to my bank online it also showed two $37.87 transactions along with a note of possible duplicate transactions. This morning the apple pay and bank accounts show four $35.87 transactions Im willing to pay one $35.87 charge but not three of them. I did file a dispute with Apple Pay last night. Not happy at all. Have had problems here using a previous coupon that they couldn't use that I had received that day. Arguing with the cashier and handing him the actual coupon. It would not go through. I explained it was in the mail that day and expired in 30 days. That was back on February 20 2024 using Apple Pay. read more

Two stars just because it's good - we usually get it once to twice a month They have an online coupon for 25% off that's advertised on their website & when applying it on my order tonight it said it was invalid. Thinking it was a glitch, I clicked "pay in store" so I could ask in person why it was t applying Once I get there to pick it up the manager/supervisor she claimed to be stated she could not apply it because it was an an online coupon. Explained the situation to her & technically the order was placed online I just wanted to pay in store because the coupon code wasn't working. She told me she couldn't apply it because corporate took the button away and that she could give me $5 off instead (would've gotten $10 off the coupon) she then told me I should've contacted IT support to see why it wasn't working - like I have time to spend 30+ mins on just trying to figure out why your company's website isn't working lol Needless to say probably won't order here again & been coming here for the last 12 years read more

The location is great! It's right near my house and inside a shopping center. The shopping center across from it is significantly more busy so it's nice to not have to fight over a parking space. The customer service is good. They have delivery available and they can get you a pizza pretty quickly. They made my pizza in around 15 minutes. I was not expecting the impossible pesto pizza to be that good. It had me licking the pizza box for one last taste. It was nice and warm, toasty, and not too soft. It had the right amount of sauce and you can tell they made the pie with love. No complaints from me. The prices are decent. Sure you can go to Little Caesars not too far from here for like 1/3 the price, but it's just something about experiencing something new that makes it better. I will say the flavor makes up for the price. You should be able to walk out of here under $20 for a medium pizza. However, the larger pizzas or ones with more toppings are going to cost you. I'm going to put this place at $$$$ since most people buy a couple larger for their friends/family and that's going to be around $60. Bottom Line/TLDR: expensive but delicious pizza read more

I have been ordering the same thing once a week and sometimes twice a week for over a year now. Today I went in and the manager is gone. The new manager was very rude and kept saying are you going to place an order. I asked if I could get what I usually have and she rudely told me no. She said I had to use an app to order the same thing I have been for over a year. This is how Pizza Guys treats repeat customers. I will never eat from any Pizza Guys again. App does not give you the option to add the gate code to your order for delivery. I tried calling to add our gate code to our order and I've been on hold for over 15 minutes. Phone will ring and then they will circle my call back to the automated system. If my order is unable to be delivered, I will be pissed! read more

We ordered a Pizza last week XL Combo & it was GREAT! We don't ordinarily order pizza that often but it was So Good we decided to order another one. We used the app to save the 25%. We ordered another Combo with Extra cheese, only this time a Large. Sad to say that this time it was NOT GOOD! The sauce & toppings started an inch & 1/2 down the crust, not only did it not have extra cheese it hardly had any cheese at all. The toppings were also very minimal. I called to complain, but the lady that answered the phone seemed less than interested in what I was talking about. Sounded like she was very busy and didn't have time to hear about my order that we were not satisfied, with. She wanted to refund me for the extra cheese I told her we don't want anything back. We just would like to be able to order from our local pizza place and have a consistent pizza. Would you please relay that up to management she said "yes ok" & hung up the phone. I think we will try them one more time but if they don't get it right, we will go back to Round Table where we can be sure to get a consistently prepared pizza. read more
