Update: October 17th, 2026 on hold for 8 mins no one ever came! I'm officially black listed. The midtown location answers with in 15 sec's and they was no issues!! (older review) So I'm doing one star based on the customer service of the three mean lady's. Today around 4 o'clock we ordered what we always order for the last nine years. Yes I am very particular when it comes to my pizza so I asked .5oz of cheese. You guys have a scale it's not rocket science. What happened today? Was you guys got lazy and failed to wait the cheese and instead did your theory of "light cheese". Therefore, when I got the pizza, it was an easy pesto pizza not a pesto pizza with like cheese. I don't understand why taking accountability when you guys messed up on someone's order, It's so diabolical. Believe me owning up a mistake will not make you any less of a human. The sad part is that this is family owned by an extremely hard worker who worked at a previous Delish Pizza. Imagine all that hard work just for your employees diminish the work ethics. So this is why I am writing this review.. The pizza is absolutely delicious. The ladies today were not seen in the best light. And to top it all off, I waited inside for the pizza just to watch it sit on the oven converter belt. I had to get someone's attention and let them know that I believe my pizza was done and then they packaged it. It's the animosity for me. And if you don't believe me, sir, check your camera September 24 at.@ 4:15 I was wearing a red shit and black shorts. And NO SHADE although this is probably why on Monday when I came in at 3:30 you guys were getting cussed out over the phone. I thought it was the customer but no maybe it was the crew. Decided on pizza for late lunch yesterday so placed an online order for pickup at Delish Pizza in Natomas. It's a small place so no dine-in option but it is kept tidy and clean. Ordered a large Pepperoni Trio for $18.99 (plus tax) as part of their online order special. It was ready in 20 mins. Pizza is very good with crunchy crust and 3 different pepperonis. Reviews were good so we thought we give it a try! We ordered online and the website was easy to order from, very straight forward and no complications! They have a variety of options, from supreme, to build your own! The first time we tried this spot, we ordered 2 small build your owns, where we would get our own pizzas!!! You can get a variety of crusts, toppings, different sauces, etc! I got a thin crust pizza with: mushrooms, pepperoni cup, chicken, sausages, green peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, and arugula!!! Yummy! Everything was fresh and hot when it arrived! My wife got a pepperoni and olive pizza on regular crust! The second time we ordered, we ordered a large supreme pizza on thin crust, and I added fresh tomatoes, and subbed pepperoni cup over the normal pepperoni! The pepperoni cup are like the famous ones from mountain Mike's! Both times we ordered for delivery and the drivers arrived within 45 minutes which is a pretty good time for delivery! Also, both delivery employees were very nice, professional and courteous!!! They both smiled and talked very polite! Respect to the drivers! We looked up highly rated quick pizza places near by and Delish Pizza came up. When i called to put in my order they were quick to answer and very helpful. 2 large pizza's for $39.98 is a pretty good deal this year. When we went to pick up, the shop was clean, but be aware there is no eating in, it is a pretty small shop. Delish opened up next to my Star Bucks and across the street from my gym. I'm not a huge pizza fan but looking at their menu made me want to try them. Their large specialty pizzas are $24 and pastas are $9 ! That's about 1/3 less than a chain store pizza. We tried a BBQ Chicken pizza and got a 2 liter soda for $2 on top of it! The pizza was good but nothing special. I think this spot would be ideal for large orders and parties. The counter person was also a joy to see work. Unfortunately, this was one of those that does not make the cut. Between the overpriced add-on cost of delivery the extra fees a $13 pizza turned to be $27. And $27 for a small pizza is crazy. Upon my visit Saturday my order came to $26.08. I handed the girl at the register $30. Then she rang it up. To make the change easier I gave her a dime. She proceeded to look confused so I told her the change would be $4.02 she promptly said no it's $3.92 I reminded her I gave her $30.10 she was so confused. I clearly explained I gave her the dime for the eight cents and I should have received $4.02 in change. Seeing how confused she was I just accepted the &3.92 took my pizza home and did enjoy it. We always review the online specials as the savings are pretty good. Our regular order is a large combination pizza with buffalo chicken salad. Their salads are huge and can easily be a dinner for one person or side salads for the family. A good deal at $8.95 for a buffalo chicken salad. They also have garden or caesar salads for $6.95 each. We have always been happy with our pizzas. Service is friendly and helpful. Delish Pizza is strictly to-go. There are no tables indoors or outdoors.
