This is more than a store. As a first time mom, this is part of my support system. I first discovered this store because I was needing help learning about how to use some baby carriers I had received as gifts, and I was referred by friends to attend a Slingbabies meeting. The meeting was held in the classroom at the bundle store. At the meeting I met Amber, owner of the bundle store, and a Slingbabies leader. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about baby wearing. She gave me all the help I needed. After the meeting I poked around looking at the store. As a new mom, it was so fun just to look at everything she has there. Organic toys, clothing. Beautiful baby carriers, slings, and wraps. A cloth diapering section. Lots of items clearly handmade by independent vendors. Beautiful muslin receiving blankets. Natural remedies for diaper rash and teething, nipple creams. If I had a million dollars I'd by 3 of almost everything at this store. Now, the bundle store is all about quality, and often that means the prices are steeper, but you can tell you're getting really special stuff there! The staff is all knowledgeable about breastfeeding and baby wearing. They want to be part of a new mom's support system. The store offers classes- I took the musical baby class but there are lots to choose from, many of them focused on educating moms, but also prenatal yoga and fun stuff too. My music class was a blast! Amber, the store owner, knows everything about baby wearing and she really wants to help others learn about this awesomely helpful practice. I had a friend from out of state contact her when she needed advice about what carrier might be right for a specific need. Amber recommended a carrier that her store doesn't have in stock! She has an online store and could have easily recommended a carrier she could have sold, but she wanted to recommend what was best for my friend even if it meant she wasn't going to profit. Amber also does fittings for her nursing bras she sells there (and maternity clothes). My best nursing bra is from The Bundle Store. So in a nutshell- every mom within the capital district could benefit from a relationship with this store. Especially if you are interested in babywearing, breastfeeding, cloth diapering or using green/natural toys and remedies, you've simply got to get over there. read more

Too pricey for my budget but, you'll certainly get quality baby gear! They have a lot to offer, from cloth diapers and baby carriers to chemical-free sunscreen and baby toys. The owner is one of the nicest people you could meet and has exceptional customer service. I wish that we could afford to patronize this store more often but, unfortunately, this is a more expensive area and they're unable to keep prices as low as the bigger, chain stores. They also offer classes from childbirth assistance to sign language and such. There is much to gain from such an amazing store and I couldn't recommend it more. read more

I'm new to the area and have two little kids so I was so happy to find the Bundle store. This place is awesome. I try to buy USA-made clothing unless it's Fair-Trade certified and I love that this store has a large selection of Winter Water Factory clothes. I've been buying that brand of clothing for the last few years as it's one of the most affordable USA-made clothing brands and the designs are always really cute. Although I haven't been using cloth diapers, if you are, then this is the place to go for anything you might need. Besides clothing and cloth diapers supplies, there were also toys, blankets, kitchen accessories, lots of baby carriers, and nursing supplies. I really love everything in this store. The products are high quality and everything was well organized. This is going to be my one stop shop for everything I need for my kids. read more

Where do I even start. This shop is amazing. The owner did the most amazing thing. I'm from California and I met a woman in an infertility group that lives in New York. She overcame infertility and is almost due to have her baby. I googled baby stores in NY to get her a little something for offering to help me with an issue and it ended up not working out but the owner of the store sent her something anyway. Just out of the kindness of her heart. The customer service and kindness was over the top. If I ever am lucky enough to become a Mother, I will be buying whatever I can from this store and ship all the way to CA. They have a great selection of cloth diapers and wraps. Amelia was beyond friendly and helpful. She got us all setup with diapers and saved us thousands over disposable diapers. The new location is so much easier to get to and more spacious. read more
