Bobo and Sarah reassured me, and after trying on the wide selection of dresses, I was able to find a dress that fit me perfectly and made me feel confident and beautiful. My husband also rented his suit and was able to choose from a wide variety of options. His suit was perfectly fitted -- he looked amazing! Makeup: The makeup and hair team did an amazing job making me feel beautiful and confident. I wanted a simple and natural look, and they delivered the best version of myself on my wedding day -- elegant, natural, and truly me!! They were also very patient in doing this for my bridesmaids. Photos: The package I chose included both photography and videography, and I'm so glad it did. The team truly captured the essence and personality of my husband and me. We're both naturally shy in front of the camera, but they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We had…read morea big wedding with 250 guests and I was anxious all the way up to the day of the wedding, but I was surprised by how much fun we ended up having at our wedding. I would say one big reason is because of Shirley who was there with us every step of the day. I knew I wanted a day of coordinators who are not only bilingual, but also know the Chinese wedding customs. We had many Chinese guests and family members who did not speak English, and this was the first wedding of parents from both sides. I wanted to make sure we have a good time, and our parents are also well taken care of since we will be too busy to tend to them. We had all our vendors booked before hiring Shirley so we booked the classic package. For this package, Shirley started working with us about 6 weeks before the wedding. She introduced herself to our vendors and made sure they had the itinerary before the wedding, attended zoom meeting with us when requested, and she was quick to respond to our requests and questions. Our wedding included elements from both Chinese and Western weddings, it was a 14-hour day including getting ready, gatecrashing, two tea ceremonies, photoshoots, a first look, ceremony, a quick first dance practice, receptions, and three dress changes (7a-11 pm)! With so much to do, we had a tight itinerary, and Shirley made sure the right people was at the right place at the right time so we are on schedule. She communicated with our wedding party on what's next on the itinerary, and guided our parents through the itinerary. Shirley did a mini rehearsal with our parents for the ceremony and reception introduction on the day, and made sure they were there to see our first look through the window without interrupting our own moments. We highly recommend Shirley to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner or day-of coordinator.

They continued to tell us that they would keep us within our budget but then didn't help book any vendors. By the time we decided to terminate services we were 5-10k over our initial budget. Although we paid for full planning services we received very little assistance and guidance. My fiancée and I found ourselves more stressed with these wedding planners.
