The premise is beautiful and they now have a beautiful chapel for indoor wedding which can hold about 270+ people. The acoustics in the chapel is also pretty good. The food is pretty good, above average wedding food. Plenty of food during the cocktail hour and the prawns for the main course were huge. Lots and lots of desserts. The bride and groom brought their own vase and candles for the tables and the staff helped to clean them and packed them in boxes. My wife helped planned quite a few weddings, I don't think I've seen staff that helpful. They have lightings on the tree and the windows on the inside which makes the evening look extra special.

Nella, a delight to work with, really an amazing person with a beautiful heart. The whole team at Mamma Vittoria made sure to accommodate our every need as well as my guests. Laura was fantastic throughout the night along with Joanna and Samuel. All three were very observant & attentive to our guest, well organized, and just so sweet. The cocktail hour & dinner was great, everything tasted just as perfect as it looked, the portions were very generous, everything was freshly made and seasoned well. We kept hearing all night about how good everything was especially the calamari's, the seasoned potatoes, the moist flavorful chicken and so much more. My mom's 60th birthday party was planned to start at 6pm & I was told by Jude that we are able to come 2 hours earlier to start setting up and that he would help. We arrived at 4 pm & found previous party guest still in the venue and staff not even attempting to clear the room. I was met with a woman who rudely told me that there are still guests in the room and that we have to wait until they are done cleaning. (Our party started in an hour at that point, it was a half assed cleaning job) Jude had arrived half an hour later. I called the venue 14 times to try and clear things up and no one answered. Prior to the party, I was trying to explain that we need more time than just 2 hours to set up and I was dismissed with condescending remarks as if we were just throwing some pictures on the wall and a few balloons here and there. They should've had the previous party end and cleared out hours before. There was no water, soda or bread set on the tables for our guests when they came in. When my aunt asked of the ladies working for some soda, she was apparently very rude. Our event was from 6 pm - 10 pm. I understand that the lights will be turned on when the party is over but there was no courtesy warning a few minutes before. This is a message to the new management - take it from someone who has been in the restaurant industry for 12+ years, you lack hospitality and your greediness for money shows in the way you interact with your clients. Needless to say, they will be losing us as clients and to anyone reading this review, just know we aren't the type of people to complain about ANYTHING. Don't waste your money here.

I called him and he could care less about anything that we had to say! He told us that it's on the contract and no where on the contract did he say anything about it being over at 9pm. My fiancé called him after I had a complete meltdown and he charged us another 150 to stay an extra hour. Which he wanted in cash for some reason. I was completely disgusted !!! Do not book and if you do make sure you get everything in writing !! Oh and also, he charged my friends $300 for hall and us $400. Makes up prices as he goes. Not to be trusted.

They allowed me inside hours earlier to decorate with no problem. They do not give you access to the kitchen, but they do allow use of the refrigerator and microwave. Their solution was to use several small space heaters throughout which didn't do anything to warm up the rooms and only managed to continuously trip the circuits and shut out the lights. Also, do not use their in house catering. I wish I knew the name of the caterer they used because they would deserve a review of their own. The penne vodka was so spiciy you could not eat it. Normally the pasta would be one of the first things to go so you know it was really bad - it was barely touched. How do you screw up the pasta? Thankfully I had ordered a couple of extra trays of food because there would not have been enough food otherwise. Not sure how they calculate their food portions or maybe Mike just needs to review my food order with the caterer to see what was ordered vs what was delivered. Because definitely something is off. No complaints about the staff. They just couldn't overcompensate for the bad experience.
