We just happened across the Breakfast Factory, when go to our favorite Bbq stop. It is super cute inside, very inviting once you open the door. They do have a couple outside tables also. Please keep in mind they are just getting started, working out kinks. It's cozy, has great counter help and pretty amazing food. Coffee is on the strong side, but flavorful! We both ordered the French toast platter, including sausage, and two eggs, I ordered over medium and got scrambled eggs, but they were hot and tasted great. The sausage was perfect! We had to ask for butter make sure you ask for two. The French toast was good. Maybe add a little vanilla to egg mixture. But will go back to see growth! I want to try brisket plate with tater tots! First time here, and I am not impressed. Ordered the bacon omelet with avocado and sour cream. The bacon says crispy, and it was NOT, and no sour cream. The bacon was under cook, and the avocado was brown. I ordered well-done hash browns, and they were soggy and soaked in brown old oil. They tasted so bad I threw them out! The food was so good! We got the loaded tots with extra bacon and the chicken and waffles. The loaded tots were cooked beautifully, perfectly crispy and cheesy. The hot sauce they offered was delicious. The chicken and waffles were also great, they were sprinkled with powdered sugar. They offered regular and blueberry syrup. The service was also great, as we were leaving they offered us some pastries since it was the end of their day. All around we had an amazing experience, and they definitely earned two new regulars! read more

If you plan to eat here, consider at least McDonalds or Starbucks. Assume that the ideal restaurant is a triangle. This one approximates a circle, having cut so many corners. The interior decoration is attractive and calm. Tables and chairs are well spaced. These are the best characteristics here. We walked in, "seat yourself"; the corner table we desired had not been cleaned from the last customer and was not cleaned during our stay. The table on the other wall was not cleared or cleaned, though a couple occupied it after a few minutes. It was not clear if the place was organized to be counter ordering; we asked people at a nearby table, and they said someone would come by to take our order. After a few minutes a man (one of the owners) brought us the menus. They were arty, yet purple text on black background makes it hard to read. Had to get the angles just right. Got coffee while we were deciding what to order. The coffee came, scalding hot. Evidently, they did not know that the preferred temperature for coffee drinking is 30 to 40 degrees F. We had a glass of iced water on the table and could not get at the ice because there were no utensils. I turned out later that only knives and forks were available this morning. And they were cheap plastic. When it was time to order, they were very responsive to avoiding my wife's allergy to capsaicin. She ordered a bacon omelet. Then my turn. First, I ordered the Dubai waffle. Oops, they don't have the chocolate. So, change to the chicken waffle. A few minutes later: no chicken. So, order a plain waffle and two eggs scrambled. After several minutes, the omelet appeared. The "crispy bacon" appeared to be undercooked, if cooked at all. Two scrambled eggs appeared on a small plate. No salt or pepper shakers on the table, maybe they were in the paper packages inside a small open box. I didn't dig to find out. Then the waffle came: cold, dry, no butter or syrup. Waved to the food server, who came back later with a plastic container with a whitish substance in it and with a package of maple flavored syrup. My wife donated her portion of purple colored "blueberry" sauce. Neither condiment was tasty or even approximately the taste that seemed to be attended. It seems that the owner and his partner are using this restaurant as their initial class in hospitality and restauranteering. I fear it may be a brutal lesson. We don't plan on giving it another chance. read more

Nice, clean, cute spot that recently opened up. Lots of seating and tables including bar style seating. Lots of options for everyone along with pastries if you just want to satisfy your sweet tooth. I got the brisket & egg croissant... it was probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The brisket definitely added a new dimension to breakfast sandwiches with a nice smokiness and it had a sauce that was perfect. I liked the way the egg were cooked, made it nice and flat but it wasn't scrambled. I'll definitely be back to try some of the pastries cause I haven't seen them available at other places in town. This was our first time trying this place, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was extremely slow, even though it didn't seem overly busy. We waited a long time just to place our order, and there was very little communication from our server throughout the meal. When our food was finally ready, it was not brought to our table right away. We later realized it had been sitting on the counter for quite some time because the server forgot to serve it to us. By the time we received it, the food was cold and clearly not fresh anymore. The quality also did not meet expectations, especially after such a long wait. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and the poor food quality made this a frustrating experience. We were really looking forward to trying this place, but sadly it did not live up to the hype. read more

Right off the bat, I just want to say the service was 5 star the restaurant was clean and well organized, however the food was a 1.5 star, I ordered the "load tater tot" and it was actually pretty good but way over priced, $18 for this was not worth it. Maybe like $14. Then I also ordered the patty melt, this sandwich didn't look anything like the picture and was way way over priced for a piece of bred and a sausage patty. The service was fine. Nice cashier. The prices for the food however, is not something I would pay. Ambiance is just alright. Not a lot of customers as one would expect in the morning. And they did not have a variety of food on display.. The flavor wasn't there for the food we did try. I added the picture of two of their breakfast sandwiches, which again could taste better. The tots were very oily. Bagel wasn't as soft. I didn't add a picture for the kids grilled cheese- but it was just toasted bread and shredded cheese. Been here twice. First time- amazing donut was the best I've had in a while Second time- not so great. Donuts were soooo bad. I'm talking about I would NEVER serve those to customers. Extremely dry.
