The cinnamon roll was amazing. Soft and doughy, but not too sweet, with the perfect level of cinnamon coating. Next to old fashioneds, the french cruller is my favorite donut! This cruller was glazed with strawberry frosting and was insanely soft, on the inside, and had a light crunch on the outside. They also make tons of classic donuts here as well like; glaze twists, maple bars, sprinkles, cake donuts, and even mochi donuts. Not much in terms of drinks, just a cooler fridge filled with bottled drinks and fresh brewed hot coffee. There are tables here to stay and enjoy your donuts, but we all know that donuts are much better at home!

I was wanting a glazed donut with peanuts with white frosting and they didn't have that... I asked her if there's any more in the back and she said no and asked me what I had wanted. She stopped what she was doing and went in the back and made the donut exactly how I wanted it. I was so impressed. Who does this? And then she was telling me about the other offerings that they had. In the place was so well decorated and cute. And the prices let me tell you. I usually tend to go to mom and Pop shops and she is a dollar less per donut than the one in my neighborhood. The donuts were delicious very moist. I didn't even get a picture of the donut I ache because I couldn't wait that long. I definitely will be coming back. My dad made these for me as a kid and anytime I see them in the wild, I have to try it. The bierocks made were just ok. The pastry is great, but the filling was a little bland and way too heavy on the cabbage. But what the bierocks lacked, the donuts made up for by a million! We ordered a cruller, maple, glazed, old-fashioned, a glazed twist, and a chocolate cake doughnut. Just based off our order, you can tell there were no children with us, lol. The cruller donut was perfection. Airy and super soft with it almost melting in your mouth before the first bite. The old-fashioned donut (which are my favorite) was incredible! It was surprisingly light, for a cake doughnut, and had a thick layer of maple glaze. I think the layer was about an eighth of an inch, which for icing is bonkers. Even Peter North himself would be humbled by this glazing technique. Is this the most unassuming donut shop in all of the land? Maybe not the land, but at least in Clovis. They tasted fine--nothing special, just your typical sugar rush--but they didn't really have that fresh, airy crunch I was hoping for. The biggest letdown was getting them home. By the time I opened the box, the glaze had totally melted and turned the donuts into a gooey, sticky mess. They were a pain to eat and lost whatever texture they had left.
