    French Toast

came with 2 pieces of day old bread, no syrup, no berries, and cold. I don't understand? If your menu says 5 pieces and you put in two mediocre pieces then expect this review. Makes me think they aren't even sober cooking.

One of the best spots for breakfast The pancakes were perfect I could say the best in Morgan. French toast was nice as well as everything we had. The coffee is from Mountain Roast, and it's the best coffee in town. Seating was a simple style and restrooms were v clean Chef did an amazing job, surprised we haven't notice this place even though it opened last year! Will be back for the pancakes

    Frittata

Kinda a hole in the wall. We all know how that goes... Passing through West Virginia on a road trip up north. Needed breakfast, DUH! Great service, AMAZING FOOD! Highly recommend the frittata.

We found a HIDDEN GEM this morning......Everything is done by "scratch cooking". They offer a wide variety from Vegan, to gluten free to farm fresh foods. I had the Hillbilly Eggs Benedict and Wendy had the Smashbowl...Super Delicious, (no to-go box needed!) They also have special dinners on the 1st and 3rd Fridays (5 to reservations are required. The chef (Paris) makes bakery items as well as catering............... Thank you Parish, Trish, Austin and "Q".....What a great meal. Stop in and mention that the Commish sent you.... PS Try the Raspberry Fudge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was great but the wait was very long since they make each dish to order. Really liked that they had allergen free options

First time at this place from out of state, and let me tell you. This place is an absolute gem! Our…read moreserver Jaedon was extremely attentive and ensured we were taken care of the entire time. We will certainly be returning. Thank you, Table 9! The views, the food, the service, 10/10. Don't miss it!

When we got there, we were sat in good order and everything was quite nice. However, we realized…read morethere was going to be some interesting developments when the server came by and he seemed a little nervous, but that's understandable. In any case we placed our orders, I ordered the breakfast platter special, which was fried chicken and biscuits with country sausage gravy my wife ordered the eggs Benedict my daughter for her birthday ordered the French toast with two eggs and my son ordered the chicken and waffles. Talking first about the chicken and waffles. I've come to see that many locations offer chicken and waffles. This being about average for what I would consider chicken and waffles as it was a small filet cut in a half upon a very thin flat waffle, which would've done better to be a Belgian waffle with a much fluffier plump chicken filet. My son did enjoy it but when he finished it the server came by and he says did you enjoy that? Was it good, it must've been good because you ate everything! Then let's discuss my wife's eggs Benedict, which she thoroughly loved. However, the ham looked like it was sliced deli ham for a sandwich instead of Canadian bacon or a little thicker slice of country ham. It's not my call, as my wife said she enjoyed it. My daughter enjoyed her stuffed French toast and egg. Everything was cooked to her liking and she said it had a good flavor and of all four dishes that certainly was the best of the four. as for the last dish, my Sriracha sausage gravy, fried chicken and biscuit with home fries, the jury is still out as the home fries came out a little overdone and cold. The sausage gravy looks like somebody spread it on with a paintbrush, and it wasn't very warm. The chicken was warm and did taste good and the biscuit was good, but it made no sense when the server said, it comes smothered in sausage gravy. Take a look at the picture, and it looks more like a couple tablespoons of gravy on each biscuit with the chicken. We did have a good time and the ambience of the place was very nice, especially seated along the windows looking at the snow outside and perhaps we'll give it another shot at a later date. Overall, nothing over the top but nothing to make us fear coming back either. It was just kind of middle of the road, but I am glad that the nicest dish and the best presentation went to my daughter for her 20th birthday. At least that was a saving grace as well as the lunch with the movie, listening to the various antics and chatter coming from the server.

The shop was very clean and smelled delicious the moment you walk through the door. The lady working the counter greeted me the moment I walked in. I told her it was my first time visiting, and she welcomed me, asking if I had any questions. I asked for her recommendations, and she gave me a few of her favorites. I will be very honest, I am typically a Krispy Kreme or Country Style Donuts kind of guy. I don't step outside of those realms. I am very particular about my donuts. However, I am so glad I stopped by here. I ordered the Raspberry Truffle and Blueberry Cheesecake (I think). The donut was very, how do I describe the texture, it was a cake-like donut. Very fine and crumbly texture. It literally melts in your mouth. I wasn't a fan of the icing on the Blueberry Cheesecake; however, the Raspberry Truffle's toppings were absolutely delicious. Although I didn't like the icing on the Blueberry Cheesecake donut, the donut itself was absolutely delicious, which is the reason this rating remains five stars. I would absolutely recommend this place, and if I'm ever in the area, I'll be back for sure! Head over to the website, the pictures of the donuts are literally how the donuts looked in person!

So many options and they make the donuts and then apply toppings as your order. The donuts are yummy. I did knock down a star because I felt like I was being rushed and the store was empty. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, upbeat, and incredibly attentive without being overbearing. You can tell right away when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Sierra is that person. She knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, kept everything moving smoothly, and somehow managed to be everywhere at exactly the right time. Drinks never ran dry, food came out perfectly timed!

Much to my dismay, Oliverio's isn't a cereal made with olives (Can you imagine THAT cereal milk…read morethough?). But like a popular cereal, it's Grrrrrrrrreat! 5 Stars for a casually elegant restaurant by the river in Morgantown, WV. It can get pretty packed so you may find a small wait. I think they take reservations so that would be a good option. I've only been during the week when staying at the Marriott a short walk away. Our work crew loved it so much on our first trip, that we ate here 2 nights in a row on the 2nd trip. Over the few trips, I had the special (pear gorgonzola ravioli), the Sicilian Trio (Lasagna, Stuffed Shell, Baked Ziti), Stuffed Shrimp and Risotto, Wedding Soup, Arancini, Stuffed Hot Long Peppers, fried zucchini, peanut butter pie, biscoff cheesecake, lemon cake and few cocktails. And I enjoyed everything! The bread is good too! Speaking of dessert, make sure to save room for dessert. I usually don't order dessert unless something talks to me. And with 10 or so desserts talking over each other, 2-3 always stand out to me. If I'm ever back in Morgantown, I'll be back to this restaurant for sure. One of the highlights of my trip!
