Nice atmosphere, yummy food. Definitely recommend! Weather is getting nice out, they also offer outdoor seating with some games!

We've been to the Mesa location and loved it so we decided to try this location. We were greeted by hostess and told to sit anywhere. It's a busy night and sat ourselves. We waited about 20 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Meanwhile couples just coming in we're instantly helped and offered menus. We waited 20 minutes no water, no menus. Very disappointed not sure if we will come back read more

Food and beverages good, service adequate-wait staff standing together talking rather than engaging with customers.

Katie was awesome and I loved the beer selection! Will be back! I live very close to here and this will definitely be my new go to bar !

Don't usually Yelp cause I'm old. But this place is pretty rad. Good tunes, food and service. I like TV's. There are a lot of TV's. Another plus, it's within walking distance of people that walk. There are a lot of windows, so you feel you are outside even though you are in a nice sports bar. Also, you can sit outside if you don't mind seeing people walk around and do normal life stuff. I haven't been here for football, but I imaging if I was here, I'd be able to watch football. Amazing. read more

Great cheese curds! Arica was a very attentive waitress. Multiple TVs playing all playoff baseball

I'm leaving 2 stars because it's new place. However, our visit was 1 star. I'm not sure we've ever had this bad of an all around experience somewhere. We were quoted 30 min and waited over an hour. We tried to get happy hour drinks while waiting, but the bartender had us waiting 10min and then said we "just missed it" 3 min past the hour . The bartender was rude. 1 of our drink glasses was shattered ( that happens). But the food was horrible; the frozen french fries were under cooked, the loaded tots were the same size as a Sonic tots order but were $14 and the pizza tasted like a Digiorno frozen pizza. They were also out of "anything breaded and fried". It was $97 for 5 people. We should have listened to the reviews. read more

Food and service was fabulous! Our servers were fun and personable. We had the tacos! Sooo good!

Used to go to the location in Mesa prior to COVID. It was a great place. Was anxious for the new location to open in Gilbert but have been terribly disappointed. Have visited 3 or 4 times. The menu has changed since COVID, and the food is mediocre at best. The beer was not cold. Last visit was for trivia with some friends. The trivia game was only displayed on one TV making it difficult to see and play. 9 TVs on the same game and only one on trivia. The music was terrible and way too loud. The servers and customers had to yell at each other to place orders. We couldn't even have a conversation with the people at our own table. They played the "Cheers" theme song, really, not even close! This is not a family friendly restaurant. We've given them several chances, but we are done with the Brass Tap. We receive better food in a better atmosphere by going to Barrio Brewing or TC's Pub and Grub. Applebee's is better than the Brass Tap. read more

Food not so great, drinks are fine but you have to up the food game if you want to be in a great location & if you want to survive the industry. Brussels sprouts say grilled.. they seamed to be steamed and slightly burnt to give the persecution of grilled. read more

Had the chicken tacos. Outstanding flavor. Ate at the bar. There was a great vibe there.

Fantastic environment, food and beverages and the staff is "bar" none the best! Always there at the right time to insure our experience is top notch. We will be recommending The Brass Tap to all of our friends and business partners. Hats off to Management for addressing the needs of the south east valley. Well done. read more

I the layout of the bar it's nice and open and patio is really nice. The food was decent for bar food, they have a nice selection. We ordered some wings, tots and a pizza. The pizza was ok, wings were pretty good until I got to the bone and a couple of them were bloody. The tots with cheese and jalapeños were good but soft. They were not crispy at all, we had to scoop them on the fork couldn't poke them to pick it up. Our waiters was nice she did check on us a lot, but didn't bring any silverware so we had to go and ask. Then once we had all our we waited to see if she was coming back, but once again had to go inside to get some plates for our food. They do have a wide selection of beers and every beer we had was good. If you're looking for a nice place to come watch games and just hang out it's good for that but they need to work on the service. read more

we have tried to go here on three separate occasions in hopes of the food getting better. poor quality of food for what it is.

After reading the other reviews I was really hoping to get the 5 star service. It was kind of confusing when we walked in weather or not we came in the right door. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our table was in a weird spot. Near the restroom, and by the other maybe front door? Our server did a good job. They were out of the beer that I wanted, no big deal, there were plenty to choose from. My wife and I decided to share steak nachos and a pizza. The steak were these weird strips, was hoping for some fresh, grilled, diced tri tip. The jalapeños were fresh, but they were sliced too, maybe give them a quick dice? The chips theme selves were good, and the queso was good too. The pizza was eh, almost like it came from the frozen food section. It needs help. My daughter had fish and chips, she said it was good, but the pieces of fish were small. When the "check" came, it was our server standing there giving me a total. I like to see an itemized bill, that way I know what I'm paying for. I would probably go back for drinks at the bar, but skip getting any kind of food here. read more

Excellent food! Had pizza and a wrap with fries. Beer selection is fantastic. Bartenders are excellent, great recommendations for new beer to try. First time in and will definitely return, highly recommend it! read more

Such a great ambiance overall here! I love the food and drinks. Our server, Alyssa was so helpful when it came to the menu and her recommendations! I would recommend anyone to come here. I will be back again! read more

This place was so disappointing. We like trying new places and sadly we will probably not go back. We sat at the bar, and despite 3 bartenders, it took about 10 minutes to get one to take our order. The tequila pour my wife had was very light though my draft was good. The food was cold when delivered and not good. read more

I have been here a few times to sit at the bar and study and it has been amazing service. The other day I was there and this young lady behind the bar was talking to a woman about the specials and let her try one and she was very patient. The woman didn't want any of them and ordered something else. This woman was a bit extravagant and ordered a few beers NOT on the 5$ menu and then when the bill came she FLIPPED on the lady behind the bar. She was rude, poured the last beer in the bar top, said she was going to write a horrible review and that the lady behind the bar was stealing from her. SHE stormed off and made the people all around her very uncomfortable. The only reason I am writing this is because I knew the woman would write a review. She was talking loud her whole exchange there that I heard every word. I would not listen to anything she has to say about this place. I love the service and apologize on this ladies behalf for her behavior. read more

Great staff, great food and good beer selection. Ambiance is relaxed and friendly so sit back and enjoy.

Service not great. Food boring and blah. Boeing bar food nothing fresh or great. Seating horrible

Came here just for a quick drink and absolutely loved the atmosphere and everything about it! We recently moved to the area from living and downtown chandler and was missing the bar feels and this brought it back! Our server was Zoee and she was an absolute angel- giving the best recommendations and even reading me the descriptions of each beer I was curious about! She was very patient and helpful with any of our needs! Will def be coming back 10/10 and asking for zoee every time read more

The food was disgusting and there were flys everywhere. We do not recommend eating the food here.

Emily was the best server! so attentive and great will be back because of her, drinks are 10/10

Alyssa was fantastic! Great patio and tons of taps. Service was fast and the food was very good.

Ellie keeps me coming, she provides the best service and has the brightest smile. The food is great, the service is even better!! I'm thankful to have found this place, one of the best bars in the valley. read more

I've been to brass tap before and they are always so kind and courteous but I was disappointed today along with an incident that had happened yesterday also... I work in the same shopping center as Brass Tap and I'm all about going other businesses.. so I've order there for lunch a lot.. yesterday was a Friday and surprisingly they weren't very busy as a Friday .. I had called in and placed an order of their famous pretzel which was very good and I have no complain about that but as I walked in I was greeted by a waitress and had asked me what she can help me with and I gave her my name and told her I had called in for my order she then repeated my name since she didn't hear me when I had mentioned the first time then just walked away. I thought she was going to get assistance for me so I waited for 10 min and no one came to assist me, and by the way there were about 6 other waiters standing around and some even looked at me and didn't bother to ask me if I've been helped .. so I called out another waiter and told her I was waiting for my to go order and so she helped me but didn't come back with my order or at least let me know it was sti being prepared but instead let me stand there for 15 min and came back with my order. Today I thought I'll give it another try but after this incident I will not be giving Brass Tap my service again.. I walked inetting the waiter know what my name was and I was here to pick up my to go order.. a gentle men came and told me what the charge was so I gave him my cash and he came back with my order and walked away with my change... I was upset but I figured I'll be the better person and let you keep it and I won't be coming back. He could've said here's your change ma'am and I would've said it's ok keep it but he never said anything to me but walked away with my change.. I'm so disappointed!!! read more

fun trivia night! good vibes and frequently running promotion deals for affordable drinks. solid food. Efficient service

Kealie rocks - food is . This place is cool, worth the drive but glad I was in the area

I came in today for the first time and I couldn't have asked for better service. I was greeted by a hostess taylor and she helped us out a ton. She recommended some menu options and I will definitely be coming back! Great food, service, and overall an amazing environment read more

We loved the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. Alyssa was our waitress and she was awesome, friendly, and continued to ensure that we had everything we needed! We had no complaints and we will definitely return! read more

This place is the original bar experience. You want good service? Done. You want good food? Done. Seriously, as bar goers for years, we were hoping that something would open up nearby. This place knows how to do it right. Ask for the GM Chris, he takes care of his customers. Old town feel with a new location, can't get better than that. read more

Perfect place for families. Parents can sit on the patio and enjoy a beer while the kids can run around in the big grass field or on the playground and remain in sight. They even have a ball cart to encourage kids to run and play outside. My kids seem to make new friends each time we go. Beer selection is great just wish they had some domestics on tap, but can't complain as there is still beer. Tons of TVs and whoever is in charge of the music is awesome. Great overall vibe. This location is great as we are dying for bars like this in Gilbert and you can tell that their service is the first priority. The staff is happy, fun, and on top of their game. This is a model that needs to be followed for a restaurant/bar for a family oriented community like Gilbert. Once they start doing live music in that amphitheater it will just take it to another level. read more
