I remember first coming here in 2003. They felt like true outlet stores, with heavily discounted merchandise. Today, it feels like a regular-priced mall. And many items are not cheap. For example, I was interested in a pair of jeans, but checked online, and Macy's was cheaper with their current sale! Several places had buy one, get one 50% off, so 25% off total, which you can find at a regular mall. There also used to be a larger variety of stores, especially in housewares. I would say 80% of the stores are now clothing or shoes. There is a Disney Outlet for toys, Samsonite for luggage, and Vitamin World. There are, of course, sunglasses. The food court is OK, but it gets very busy on the weekends. The only real sit-down restaurant is Ruby's. One thing to know: the cell phone reception is REALLY bad! Several locations have free wi-fi for customers, but I found a few required a password. Another not-so-smart thing is that the bathrooms near the food court have only 3 single-use bathrooms! There are larger ones towards the middle of the mall. But near a food court? Come on guys.

Well, I've only shopped at Target and Dollar Tree from here, but it has so much more to offer. Here's to name a few... The Boiling Crab, TGI Fridays, IHOP, Habit Burger & Grill, California Fish Grill, Red Wing, Panda Express, Ross, Petsmart, UPS Store, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Crumbl, Gotcha Teahouse, Cold Stone Creamery, Jersey Mike's Subs, Dave's Hot Chicken, LA Fitness, Rolling Rice, Ono Hawaiian, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and many more. Free parking is available. It gets really packed on the weekends so come here during early hours of restaurant and/or store opening or late afternoon. I haven't entertained any eateries from here. I'll have to spend a whole day just to get immersed in all the good eats offered at this shopping center. Watch out, I'm coming LOL.

This is one of the largest if not the largest shopping center in SGV unless I've missed an even much larger one. Tons of free parking. They have underground parking, too. There is a Tesla charging station area. Just be careful when entering on the side where the Tesla stations are located because it gets really crowded and tight over there. There are 4 floors of businesses. First and second floors are where you'll find most of the restaurants and food/drink shops. Fifth floor only has the Five Star restaurant. Non-food businesses are everywhere else. There are elevators to get to the 2nd floor and upward. Oddly enough, I really don't frequently visit this shopping center, but I have been here primarily for Wushiland Boba, sometimes for 99 Ranch, other times for Vege Valley in the past (they have moved to a new location), and a few times for Five Star restaurant. I was here last weekend for Wushiland of course. I saw a COMING SOON sign with the below biz(es). I may be coming here more often with all the new food/drink joints arriving soon LOL. She also suggested me to consider going up a half size so that my big toe would rub up on shoe while I ran. They are about 3 mths old. It was $12.99 comes with 3 mths worth of food. There were one beta fish and I might think about going back to get it. The staff is usually well attentive while you're shopping and explains all the current sales. Typically the selections of New Balance sneakers are extensive. Their shoes are very comfortable and offer regular and wide options. The deals here are consistently great. Some weekends 50% off or sometimes they offer buy 1 get 1 one 50% off. Each time we visit I find new stylist sneakers and apparel on display and available for purchase. It gets pretty crowded in here on busy weekends, but it's expected.
