WARNING! Do not rent here!!!! I lived here for a while unfortunately. It looks nice on the outside but the building has a ton of problems. Theres been loud construction going on for months after initially telling the tenants it would take only about 2 weeks. You cant use the pool or jacuzzi during this time. They charge you on your bill for items that should be included in your rent, such as $50 a month for parking. They make you pay for porter services and other non-sense fees they add on top of your rent. Ive never heard of charging a tenant for parking! There is NEVER any guest parking available for your guests. The gym looks nice but some of the equipment does not work. The roof top smells like dog piss and poop. There is water leaks in the building. Bottom line, go somewhere else. Youll be much happier. read more

Living here has been a huge letdown. From day one, we've dealt with poor management and completely unhelpful responses from corporate. Anytime we reach out about issues, we either get ignored or hit with a generic response that goes nowhere. The gym is always dirty and equipment is poorly maintained and always out of order, and we've seen dead cockroaches there multiple times (not to mention live ones crawling in the hallways). Gross, but we let it slide. What really pushed us over the edge is our upstairs neighbor, who stomps around all day and night--from 7am past midnight. It's been nonstop and impossible to ignore. When we asked management for help, all they told us was to "call patrol after 10pm," which does nothing for the 17 hours of noise before that. They even offered us a different unit, but only if we agreed to pay more and extend our lease. Save yourself the stress. There are better-managed places out there. read more

It's been about three months since my move in here at The Brand , so far I'm enjoying my residency , there have been zero red flags from a renters perspective and anything that would give a concern is quickly addressed by the amazing staff here , Adia was the one I spoke with specifically when moving in but anyone in the front office is well equipped and super welcoming/helpful, pet friendly , rooftop is great , gym is clean and open 24/7 with a pool and hot tub if you were wondering , A++ walking score with the Americana , galleria and brand blvd right outside the door , shoutout to maintenance as well it's nice knowing a reliable crew is on site and ready to deal with any issues that may pop up. Move in : July 2024 Move in process was super good. Adia was really responsive and helped us with all the questions before the move in date. Even on the moving day, there was few hiccups due to delivery person and moving company. But apt associates helped to address the problem caused by other people. There have been some work orders I requested and all of them were taken care of in reasonable timeframe. Security guy is really responsive as well. Overall very good. :) read more

Living in the Brand is great! The building is always clean and well maintained. Whenever I had a small issue, maintenance took care of it within 24 hours from the time I requested it. The gyms are nice and have all the equipment you would need. The pool could be larger but it's nice to have it anyway. Adia, who works at the front office, is always very sweet. 1 star for location 1 star for amenities: gym & rooftop area - Fire alarms keeps going off. There was a time we had false fire alarms every month! Imagine being 9 months pregnant and you have to come down the stairs from the top floor only to find out it was a false alarm? We've lived in other apartments but this was the only apartment that has too many false fire alarms! - Frequent sewer leakage in the garage. Imagine coming home with loads of grocery or picking up your dinner only to come home to a smell of sewer? The smell was so strong, you won't have anymore appetite for food. - Garage gate is always open! There was a time when our garage gate was open for almost half of the year. - Missing / stolen packages. As shown in the photos, someone in this building loves to open someone else's packages. We've had to report so many missing packages here that we ended up just sending our stuff to a locker near Americana. We've live in other apartments and they normally have someone handle packages but not in this building. They don't really care about your stuff. - They rent out some of the places here for airbnb. The management denies that there is an airbnb in this building but we've seen photos of it. We even met airbnb guests staying in the building. These airbnb guests sometimes leave their trash outside. - Pet relief in the rooftop is a nice addition, however, tenants don't pick up after their dogs! - Overall, the location & the amenities were great but I probably will not recommend living here because of everything else that I mentioned above. read more

I visited 10 apartments nearby and the Brand stood out on many fronts. it is very clean and the common areas are cleaned 7 days a week, it is a quiet place, great management and office staff, on site management who is very responsive, and on site responsive maintenance crew. Do you know what's ridiculous? This apartment is smoke-free but there is the smell of smoking and weed all over the building. People is smoking in the parking and front of the building. I even have some pictures from the office manager of the building Mrs. M who is smoking in front of her unit. You can see garbage everywhere. There are a few dead mice inside the wall in the bedroom or bathroom,If you do not believe me, you can check yourself. For example, if anyone lives in apartment 1608, go to the bathroom on the second floor, open the door on the wall next to the toilet. You will see a big space inside the wall with a lot of electric wires. There is a TERRIBLE smell coming out from inside the wall where you will see a few dead mice that were shot by electric wire. The smell is as horrible as a DEAD body. A few Airbnb around in the building. THe apartment 1606, the one on the left of 1608 when you get out of apartment 1608 is doing Airbnb. A lof new guests in and out Maintenance does not do their work probably. There were a lot of broken things when I took my place. The microwave never works probably. WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX IN GLENDALE. I am so glad that I recently moved out because since the beginning this place was horrible. I don't even know where to start from because everything from the management to the cleaning its awful. Overpriced cheap smelly apartments, cheap appliances, carpets, cabinets, bathtubs etc... I didnt had chance to check apartment before renting it out because I was moving back to Glendale from another state. Had I seen it in person I would never ever rent from the brand. Only good thing about this place its location, convenient access to shopping and restaurants. This apartment complex offer amenities that doesnt exist - coffee machine its always broken, a lot of machines in gym are broken, rooftop deck full of dog excrements and pee smell. Even they vacuum corridors every day its constant smell in corridors. A lot of insects than come to the apartment from corridor or from the windows/balcony doors. Pool its so small that its just for dipping not for swimming. Jacuzzi is really cold. Missing towels and cleaning wipes in gym its a norm for the BRAND. Filtered water for 5 months indicate with red thats mean filter has to be replaced. This was addressed few times to the BRAND manager but nothing was done. Cheap materials in apartments - specially floors and carpets. Don't take unit facing the yard you will not get any sunshine. But worse part of this building its management that is rude, unprofessional and always changing. We had issue with German Sheppard dog that is not even allowed to be in our complex and this dog always did a poop in corridors even in front of other residents. Owner never picked it up after his dog even many times it was in our corridors, close to elevator. We complained many times and they promised to fine him and evict because he brought the dog that are not even allowed to be here. This dog constantly was jumping on kids and residents that complained. In fact be prepared dont receive deposit back in full amount even tho you left the place clean. We were charged for painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning when we left place needy clean (photos attached) out of our $500 we got only $181 back for perfectly clean apartment. We didnt even had kids or dogs. Multiple times our parking space was taking by somebody and there was no even security on premises. Office hours 10- 7pm but security hours only 9PM-5 AM. I would never recommend this place to anyone because once you singed contract with them they don't care about you or community. Its the worst complex I was living in and I am so glad to be out of this nightmare. read more
