Apartment staff is friendly and they do monthly networking events in the activity center/games room. We really enjoyed our time living at CC Tan Center Apartments. The community is friendly, and we had no issues with management during our stay. A special shoutout to Sergio, their maintenance person, who is fantastic! He is always responsive, friendly, and professional, making sure everything is taken care of quickly. This is a luxury apartment building at an affordable price, offering great value for the quality of living you get. One of the highlights is that it's pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. If there's one suggestion we could make, it would be to add a designated pet area--this would be a great addition to an already wonderful place to live. Had an unfortunate experience when trying to come to the apartment. I initially set up an apartment tour online via their website and had a few back and forth correspondences with the front office here. After some conversation, the front office told me they were excited to give me a tour of the apartment complex and it's amenities. Fast forward a few weeks, I fly over to the LA area, rent a car, and come to the apartment to attend my in-person tour. Upon arriving, I noticed that the leasing door was unlocked so I was able to walk right in to the package delivery room. However, upon getting in, I discovered that nobody was there to give us the tour and that nobody was in the office. I double checked my appointment and verified I was on time and in the right place. I gave my point of contact a call and it went straight to voicemail. On top of that, I was unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail inbox was full. The inbox being full indicates that this is likely a common occurrence and if I can't even get in contact with someone during a SCHEDULED appointment, it doesn't give me confidence that this is a place I'd want to live in. Moreover, I'm also surprised that the front office (where the mailroom is) is permanently unlocked even when nobody from the office is working that day. Anybody could easily snatch the packages that were left out and about but that's another issue of it's own. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I booked my in-person tour way in advance, got confirmation for my tour by someone at the front office, flew to the area, rented a car, and got ghosted. Incredibly unprofessional and it seems like I'm not the only one who has had to deal with this. If you're not from the area I definitely wouldn't recommend traveling all the way over here for a tour because you might just get ghosted. read more

This property has fantastic amenities, is in a prime location, and management has the special element of the human touch. There is a gym, various outdoor lounge areas, a community room, the building recycles, pets are welcome, you feel safe as the building is access controlled, there's plenty of guest parking (parking pass required), and you have easy access to the 5 or 134 freeway. You feel as though you're dealing with a real human. I had major surgery and needed help with the basics (food, bathing, walking my dog, etc.). Management was so kind about allowing me to borrow a second set of keys/fob so my sister could take care of me. They are also thoughtful in that they give out goodie bags on Halloween, decorate the office on the holidays, and are very pleasant to interact with. My mother came to visit me and got lost (she's directionally challenged). The assistant manager was kind enough to take her up to the air-conditioned community room to wait for me (I was in a zoom interview) until I could get to her. I'm on a first-name basis with the maintenance man. Due to COVID, I haven't had many opportunities to get to know my neighbors, but the few I've interacted with are so kind! I love to see so many families with their kids. It's a relatively quiet complex too which is a bonus. The walls have some great soundproofing as it honestly took me weeks to realize I had a new neighbor. I didn't even realize someone had moved in/out since it's very calm and quiet. It's definitely great for a small family (3-4) with kids, couples, or individuals such as myself. Living here has been a fantastic experience and management has truly made it easy with online payment and personable service. I can call or text the manager with any questions or concerns and she is very responsive. CC Tan Center has set the bar pretty high. read more

Stayed here for about 2 weeks while completing a work contract. The unit I stayed in faced Colorado St. so the road noise was incredibly loud and obnoxious. The A/C unit is also loud and made the whole unit vibrate. If you have a dog I do not recommend this complex whatsoever. There isn't anywhere for your pup to relieve themselves due to no green space or dog park, and the neighborhood surrounding the complex is highly sus. Keep looking please, this place isn't great. read more

How do I say enough good things about this place without sounding over dramatic. We stayed here during our home renovation and were welcomed with open arms. The facilities were always clean, the management team was always responsive and our unit was beautiful. Not to mention the rooftop outdoor space and the gym that we used frequently. My husband and I made friends with the neighbors. We loved the added security in the parking garage at night when returning home late and it felt like there was never a hair out of place. We were greeted the first day by the manager Lucy and were warmly wished we'll on our last. I would recommend this place to anyone, including families and singles. read more

Have been living here almost two years now. I can say the location of the building is SUPER convenient to everything around. The gym, stores, groceries, you name it are all within walking distance. I love how close it is to the freeway as well! There are so many amenities here which I love and to have in room laundry has been so helpful! Parking is great as it comes with the property and security is here at night so I feel very safe here as a woman. If you ever need anything here be sure to ask for Lucy in the leasing office as she is so friend and always willing to help! read more

I'm staying in one of their units but through a third party company. We had some AC issues and Sergio quickly identified and addressed the issue with great professionalism and friendliness. I've lived here at CC Tan Center Apartments for 2 years, and was one of the first residents at the complex. I wanted to give a huge shout out to the management team, Lucy, the property manager, who always puts her heart into everything she touches. She's very detailed oriented and listens to your needs. I also want to give a shout out to Sergio, the maintenance manager, who goes above and beyond when he helps with maintenance needs. My refrigerator was acting up and he took the time to make sure every facet of the refrigerator worked properly. Ramiro is also on the maintenance team and he is always working hard to make sure the complex is nice and clean. It's because of these people the complex is a wonderful place to live. I took a tour a this community and I was very impressed on how clean all the hallways and amnesties were. The gym is a good size and has everything I need to get a good work out in. The rooftop they have has a really nice view of Glendale and I would definitely be using that grill up as well! Definitely recommend checking this community out! I've been at CC Tan Center for over 2 years now. It's a great location-- close to the mall and Americana but right off the freeway so you don't have to drive through that traffic all the time. The staff is great-- Sergio does an excellent job of maintaining the building so it's very clean and any issues are rectified very quickly. I've lived in other buildings in the area and this one is much more quiet and laidback, which is really nice. read more

I had such a great experience with CC Tan Center! I live about an hour away from Glendale, so it would be inconvenient to drive all the way to Glendale, just to find out that the apartment wouldn't work out + COVID-19 and all that stuff. I called, and spoke with Erin (one of the managers). She answered every question on the phone kindly and patiently. Erin was so professional. She even went the extra mile; she literally walked into all 4 of the units that I was interested in and took a video of the unit, and it helped me make a decision to the point that I applied online without even walking into the unit. That saved me a lot of time, and I was able to apply for the unit before somebody else did. Afterwards, I drove all the way there just to experience being inside of the unit even though the video was sufficient. So many community managers nowadays are too lazy or don't think somebody is serious about renting, so they kinda blow you off on the phone sometimes. I'm glad that Erin didn't. The apartment is nice, clean, and new. I'm glad that they have community managers like Erin that are willing to be hospitable and helpful, especially with a shopper like myself. They really care about their tenants, and I recommend this apartment complex! read more

I moved Into the CC Tan Center recently and Love it. I looked at over 20 rentals before deciding on CCT center and I am so happy I moved in here. The apartment is new and has all the amenities I want: washer /dryer in unit, dishwasher and all new appliances. The community amenities are very appealing. I really enjoy the rooftop deck with fire place and look forward to the gym re opening. It is within walking distance to the Americana and Glendale Galleria and quick access to the 5 freeway. The management and staff are 5 star. No place is perfect but the team does a good job in communicating and act promptly in a professional manner. I highly recommend checking out the apartments for lease if you are considering moving. read more

Can't say enough about the staff and customer service here. I had an emergency move in situation. I came here on a Saturday morning and was moved in by Sunday evening. Erin the assistant manager is hands down amazing!! Sergio the maintenance manager is beyond helpful and has helped me with "very minor" issues. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a good apartment in LA. My partner and I found CC Tan Center and wow did we hit the jackpot. First let me say, the property manager Lucy is heaven sent. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for the community. While we toured the property, I witnessed her take care of folks that needed help with things ranging from new blinds to maintenance requests. Not to mention that the property itself is stunning. Very unprofessional company , had 3 different appointments last week showed up to 3 of them . And not a single person to assist me or show me the rooms . How can you have a client waste their time drive 40 miles for each appointment and.l and nobody to assist them . I have leased at many Glendale property and this has never occurred . I moved to Cc Tan Center On December 1st of 2020 and leasing office was very helpful and extremely sweet. The leasing office customer service is amazing as well. I immediately decided to lease an apartment here everything is brand new and quality and I've met the building service gentlemen as well, and his name is Sergio very helpful with everything I ever asked for he was just a phone call away, extremely helpful and professional. I went to the CC Tan center a few weeks back after that building and their staff came HIGHLY recommended from a friend of mine. When I arrived to check out the facility, I was greeted at their leasing office door was a very kind young lady named Alysia. I was very impressed by her knowledge of the space and how welcoming she was. The building is very nice, and I absolutely love the community room.
